Ordered an A727 front clutch pressure plate kit that has been machined to accommodate 5/6 clutches into the stock front clutch drum,(stock is 4 clutches, depending on year, may be 3 clutches)This part allowed me to get 6 clutches, almost 7 into the stock drum. But I'm not complaining, as PATC is the only company/manufacturer that makes this type of part. The other big name "Racing transmissions" rebuilders doesn't have this part for sale, PATC big win!The website however could use some optimizing/work. It was kind of a maze to locate the part I needed, searching through a third party search was more efficient at locating the part VIA picture search.Pictures below: 6 clutch front drum only possible with PATC's machined pressure plate.Transmission: Push button A727 from a 1964 Dodge Custom 880,(one of the last forward look cars)

Ordered some parts for a 700R4 and it was a great experience. Excellent communication and very fast to get it shipped. Parts were packed very well and paperwork for cross border shipping was thorough which shows they pay attention to the details.Ive ordered from other big name suppliers and did not get anywhere near this level of service.

Had an excellent experience ordering from PATC! The Parts and Sales Manager, Jim Francis, was a huge help in ensuring the order I placed was correct and he was very prompt in his replies to my inquiries about other parts. Highly recommend!

I had been looking for a specific transmission pan that was on backorder everywhere I looked. I contacted them and they promptly let me know they had one in stock. Immediately ordered it and it arrived quickly. Very satisfied.

Do not buy a rebuilt transmission from this company. They do not stand behind their poor workmanship. I am out over $10K to get a working transmission in my F250. The working transmission did NOT come from PATC. I was stuck with a non-working unit and they had no intentions of standing behind what they sold.

Not very happy the person I spoke with recommended the wrong ratio adapter it didn't correct the speedometer reading. They will not let me return it even when it's only been a week since my purchase when they have a 30 day return in their terms. Said they will not accept returns on items because they will not be considered new, but they can rebuild them for an additional cost. What an outfit.

I purchased an AOD Dominator level 3 transmission and converter from this place. Beware this was the worst purchase I have ever made. Beware this transmission was the biggest $ 3,500 POS I have ever purchased. The customer support is not good.

I'm sorry to say I did not get the salesman's name that took care of getting me the correct parts but he was great. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to speak with. All the parts I needed were in stock and were shipped the same day I ordered them. Thanks PATC.

Bought a gear ratio speedometer reducer from them worked great easier than pulling tail housing off transmission changing speedo gear there and the other other gear because mine was off 15 to 18 mph because of tires and rear end gear ratio

I was surprised you had some Alto forward clutch PowerPacks in stock for A413 s. I think Alto discontinued them. Thanks for the fast service.

I was initially wary of purchasing from this company because of the mixed reviews and the seemingly broken English in some areas of the website. But because they were the only place I could find that had what I needed I placed the order. It was for a speedometer speed up ratio adapter and not anything super expensive or complicated like a complete trans so take that into consideration if you wish. I placed the order on a Sunday and surprisingly received shipment confirmation later that day with the part being delivered 3 days later. There was plenty of communication from the company regarding order received, part shipped, delivery confirmation, etc. The part that showed up was exactly as described, installed fine and works as it should. My experience is a small sample size related to a relatively simple and inexpensive part but I thought I would share for anyone interested.

Tye at PATC transmission was great to work with.700R4 on way here for my 65 Malibu body off restoration. Retiring the old PowerglideTye set up the speedo gears to closely match the rear axle ratio for accuracy. This will be a big improvement over the 2 speed PG transmission.Good company to work with.

Got an amazing customer experience with Brittney! I am in Canada and she provided quotations for 3 international shipping options, and literally minutes after my response my package was shipped! That was on a Friday and I had the part in my hands Monday afternoon, by far the fastest shipping experience I've got from the USA to Canada. Keep-on the good work!

I'm building a 1000hp capable 4l60e and it was not easy sourcing everything. Sonnax is in the middle of a major supply chain crisis on some of their parts, especially their upgraded input shaft and drum assembly. It would be 3 months until I could get one. After trying everybody in the country (it seemed like), PATC happened to have a 300mm sonnax shaft that nobody else did. Price was fair, staff was knowledgeable and had it at my doorstep 2 days after ordering. They really saved the day on my build

The T-SUBGEN2AC works great just one issue. The plate is perfect. It fits the groove on the variator chain pully vary snug no slop at all. The holes in the plate line up with the holes in the case just fine. The issue is the bolts. Its not that big of a deal more of a inconvenience. The bolts are to long to work without finding spacers about 3/4 of a inch thick. Without the spacing there is not enough thread to spread the pully. I would be nice if it worked right of the package. The grade 5 bolts work just fine with the necessary spacing. It would be nice to see grade 8 bolts that had 2 to 3 times more threads on them with grade 8 nuts and some hardened fender washers. Its a must have tool for anyone assembling one of these transmissions. The quality is there just a little more attention to minor details is. I would recommend this highly.

Just got another order from PATC. Shipment was FAST! Order was filled correctly. High quality parts already installed and working great. Kicker is this was a small, small order and they treated it just like it was an order for thousands of dollars worth of parts. Highly recommend!

Beware of the shipping costs that they add on after you have ordered. I ordered a $12 item and was charged $18.50 shipping which I would never have paid. They have admitted that they should have contacted me to confirm I was happy with shipping costs but did not. No apology or any attempt to resolve the situation and just said it is what it is but you can return the item at my own cost for a refund of the $12.To make matters worse the package took nearly a month to arrive and I had to get a replacement elsewhere ($8) which I wish I had done in the first place.

I bought a 4L80E adapter for my Pontiac 455 and then changed my mind. I emailed PATC about what happened and Mariska helped me through the process of returning. I see one and two stars but unsure why, this company is great to work with. When I got the part shipping was fast. I got emails back the same day, and she let me know when they received the adapter back. I recommend this company to anyone. They're great to work with! Thank you!

I put my order in with PATC and another online Transmission part retailer basically same time. I didn't like the part about shipping being added after you pay that needs to stop, but they got me my order 2 days later, the other company is still a week out. Thanks for a quick and painless transaction. Hopefully the Alto rebuild kit holds up.EDIT* I'm changing my review to 2 stars, Ive since started my rebuild and am finding out I have multiple items missing from the kit. Considering I've already contacted them once about a missing backing plate , and waited an additional week to finish my rebuild, this is ridiculous. I only received the 2 molded pistons for the ud/od drum, I'm also missing one of the external splined OD clutches. Should have 10 total, I received 9. Also I believe I'm supposed to have another pressure plate to at least according to the picture on the website. This transmission is really easy to rebuild but this company has made it super difficult. Only reason I gave 2 stars is they were fast, now i wish they would've taken more time to make sure everything was there. So now ill have to contact them yet again to resolve this problem and wait another 2-5 days to get a part that should've been there to begin with. I have a Jeep event this weekend that I will probably be missing now. Thanks!Edit* I'm now dropping to 1 star, I called again this morning and was told a parts guy would be calling me back shortly. That was at 9:30am it is now 4:00pm and no word. Considering I spent a thousand dollars on transmission parts I think its pretty ridiculous. Will order elsewhere next time.Last and final edit** waited for the return call till Wednesday afternoon when I finally had enough and attempted to call which went unanswered.. hmm. Well since I didn't receive a complete rebuild set I ordered another from a different online store and what do you know it had all the clutches , backing plate and even the pressure plate missing from Patc's rebuild kit. So my next step will be to contact my CC company to see what can be done. I will say again I will never do business with this company again.

I purchased a torque converter from this company for my suv that I use to tow a camper. I gave them all the specs needed to design the right converter. After 3 uses I got a fault for torque converter slip. I contacted them and they said the person that sold me a single disk converter no longer works there and it should have been a triple disk converter for my application. They made me buy the triple disk converter and get it shipped to my shop then after i return the faulty one they'll refund me. I lost 2 days of work replacing the faulty convertor and when I tried to contact the person I talked to so I could return it and they said he no longer works there. Now I finally get someone to respond and give me a shipping address to send it back. I paid $80.00 to send it back and they claim someone new owns the company now and they're not responsible for the other companies mistakes. I just want everyone to know my experience because if they don't stand behind their faulty parts or poorly designed components in this case what are the chances of anyone getting warranty with these new owners. I'M OUT OVER $3000 FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND NOONE CARES.

The mail order part of this business has undergone mismanagement and a major employee exodus in the last 30 days I had ordered parts just before the walkout and my order was basically lost / in limbo. As the dust settled and a new staff tried to make heads and tails of a huge mess that was left. I had to make contact several times but was eventually able to get my order issue resolved and fulfilled, and they sent it 2nd day mail at no additional cost to me. For this effort I give them grace and rate them with 4 starts. Note the website now has a pop-up that says to email with concerns rather than call.

So far, bad. I ordered transmission parts over a week ago. I have not received a confirmation email. I have called and left a voice mail with no call back and sent multiple emails asking for a status on my order. After over a week no call back or returned email. Their voice mail is now full and no longer accepting message. I will give it another day before I call my credit card company and contest the charges. Their Facebook or Youtube pages have not been updated in years. This is the only venue that seems to have had any recent attention.

Ordered a 4th gear pressure switch for an old-school 200-4R transmission, and received the wrong part. It is listed on their website as "Normally Closed" and the switch they sent me was "Normally Open", which is also listed on their website. Contacted them and they said they would "look into it" and get back to me. 1.5 weeks later, nothing heard, so got a correct switch from another source. When I contacted them about arranging a return for the incorrect part they sent me, they told me that they had indeed gotten the proper switch in for me last week, but "it went in one ear & out the other" on their end. When I told them that I no longer needed the switch, since I had not heard back from them, and got one from another source, they politely said there "was nothing else they could do". You're not going to stay in business doing business that way.

****Update 5/12/22:*******Officially out my money and parts. Filed a credit card claim as I was rudely told to do by the sales/service personnel Randy. My claim was denied due to the fact that the merchant was unwilling to work with VISA and the fact that they proved they sent a package. Despite the package including the wrong hardware and me sending the merchandise back.BEWARE: IF YOU RECEIVE GOODS DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK TO THEM AS IT SEEMS IT WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH. KNOWINGLY SENT WRONG HARDWARE AND THEN TOLD ME TO FILE A CLAIM KNOWING THEY COULD PROVE THEY SENT SOMETHING. NOT ONLY DID I LOSE MY MONEY I SENT THE HARDWARE BACK. NO HARDWARE OR MONEY.WILL CROSS POST ON MULTIPLE PLATFORMS, FB, IG, and FORMS. PURSUING FURTHER ACTIONS AS RECOURSE AS WELL.TO DATE: I have 7k in just parts in a trans build that is not complete and requires another 1200 to make it the kit I originally built. Not to mention the trans has to come apart to put the correct planetary in. Would have been cheaper to go to a reputable company like Circle D.***Previous review***Company is a sham with 0 customer service.Sent damaged and wrong parts multiple times.Randy, the customer service expert is one of the rudest I've ever encountered. Told me that I should "file a claim" instead of him sending me an RMA label to take back the incorrect part. They have cost me more money in my transmission parts than what savings you offer. They also charge more for components in a kit than buying individually.Case in point is the 6l80/90 "Super Phoenix Kit" a billet planetary is 1140 to add to kit but 890 to buy outright from their own website..... makes sense.I now have a transmission that I spent thousands on that has to come back out of the car to assembly the right part in. That I do not have nor did I get a refund for..... So I'm out 1100 bucks. The converter was 16 weeks to my door after a quoted 2 week build.Kit comes with 0 instructions and when I called to ask they told me don't follow the instructions... well there are none so glad to know even if there were they were wrong. In addition, technical questions can only be answered for one hour windows. Don't worry that you spent 6k on a kit with "custom machining" where nothing is documented or included.... you'll figure it out.Go with a real transmission company save yourself the time and headache.PTC, Rossler, Coan, Circle D...... many many other names that are worth their grit.

My company that has been in business for close to 40 years purchased a part from this shop on Ebay. I bought this part and was told by my mechanic that we did not need this part after all. So less than five minutes after I ordered this part I called the company to cancel my order and was told by Kaitlyn that the woman in charge of the Ebay orders was out of the office, but it would be taken care of. Kaitlyn was very kind and helpful. A few days later the part shows up at our location. When we opened the box it was shipped in, we discovered that it was that part that was supposed to be canceled. I then proceeded to call the company asking why the part had been sent. I did speak with the lady in charge of the Ebay orders and she apologized for the part being sent. She sent me a shipping label to send the part back. I closed the box back up and put the label on it that same day it was received. I then put it in the mail the following day. Today I received a phone call from the "boss" or a woman claiming to be the business owner. She claims that we used pliers on the part and damaged the part. I told her that nothing had been done to the part and we should have never even received the part if the proper job had been done initially then this would not even be an issue. She continued to say how disappointing it is to see a customer lie about a part. I then asked her to send me pictures of the part with the time stamp before I received it to show that there was no prior damage to the part. She said that she would not be doing that. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and that is when she said she was the "boss" proceeded to try and hang up on me. Then I asked her how long they had been in business and she said it didn't matter and that I would need to try to get my money back on Ebay. That being said I do not have the part I have paid for but tried to cancel to begin with and am just out the money and what a waste of time. With this type of "leadership" this company will continue to make errors and be a disappointment to all customers at some point or another.

Dishonest about things in stock. Listed as in stock, not shipped 1.5 weeks later with no communication. Called in and they said they don't know when they'll get it in. Went online and they're still listing the item as in stock. No thanks. A shame that Raybestos is tied with them if that's how they operate
