Orr Nissan in Bossier is fantastic. The people there are great. Crystal is the young lady that worked to get ALL information together for me. The week before she got right on it along with the service provider and had parts ordered. She was kind and courteous. She explained to me what would be going on and why so long. I would recommend them highly. I hate to overload Crystal but she is the name of the lady I dealt with. She is a top notch professional, unlike what I had encountered at Orr Nissan on Bert Kouns. Please be sure and remember the best place to go is Orr Nissan in Bossier, not Shreveport.

Nissan need courtesy cars for their customers when they have to leave their cars to be serviced. It's a BIG inconvenience when that's your only car and you have to work. I brought my Altima in 2 weeks in a row for the same problem and had to get someone to bring me back to pick it up both times. My car was not fixed the first time. A waste of time. Nissan you are gonna have to do better! I WILL NEVR GET ANOTHER NISSAN AND I LET MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW TOO.

The original staff has gotten small, it's still a few of them that's still there. The service and people are always pleasant and very nice. They did my oil change and it's like my car runs better every time.

Well they were fast on their oil change, but they only had one technician is the last few times I've been there. And the person who does my oil change never returns the seat to our back where it was that's irritating.

We Ordered A Part From Here, We Have Not Yet Received. I Went To Look At The Receipt, They Do Not Even Have Our Correct Address On It.Unbelievable!!! Doug Was The Parts Associate Who Took My Husband's Order. Hopefully We Can Get This Straightened Out Today.

Clean environment, friendly and helpful employees, quick and complete service. Perfect detailed explanation of service done. Spotless waiting area with refreshments available, plus free Wi-Fi.

Ok let me tell you .I am still waiting on my car .2015 Nissan and i ve been bringing it to them . They never seem to fix the problem so slow. they said they call you back they never do you have to stay calling them.
