I went there with my brothers to change out the battery for my mom's 2016 Lincoln Navigator. The staff had professionalism and casual behavior in perfect balance. It made me feel like this man's lifelong friend. He was extremely knowledgeable and even let us borrow tools to change out the battery.

Back in June when me and my family was coming back from a vacation in Florida our Tahoe starter broke and we were stranded for about 2 hours i think this O Reillys didn t have the exact starter we needed so an employee (I don t remember his name but he drives a bmw) was so helpful to take me and my dad to another O Reillys to get the piece we needed. Over all a really nice store and the employees are really helpful.

Juan saved the day! My car battery was dead , juan helped me pick out a new battery and installed it. It took less than 15 mins. Great guy

One employee was working with someone outside she came inside and no one was at the counter to help us. After waiting several minutes an employee walked right pass the counter and just ignored us. The young lady working with the customer came inside and continued to help the other customer. The other man continued to walk past us like we were not even there. I asked the young lady his name. She said Johnathan and he is the manager. Wow!! He definitely needs to be retrained on customer service skills.

I went in for a battery earlier this week. Mr. Kevin was very professional and helped me find a great battery for my car at a good price. I ordered some oil later in the week but had a problem with getting it shipped due to the distribution center being out. Jonathan and Mr. Kevin both figured out the problem and made it right. Because of the great employees here and their professional attitudes, I will continue to come here for whatever our vehicles need. This is a good store with great employees.

Thanks Billy for addressing me as soon as I walked in. I sure appreciated that everyone was wearing their masks to keep the spread of Covid. I was in and out that store in less than 2 minutes!! I can t wait for your other store to open on Haughton!!

I have never been treated like I was, tonight. I will pass this store and go to AutoZone, from now on. I left and did go to AutoZone and they were more than happy to help me.

O'Reilly usually has what I need. They are great for general auto maintenance. They guys at the counter anyways have a good attitude and are helpful. I do wish their products were a little more high quality, but that goes for the other chain stores as well.

The Manager helped me out with Wipers for my wife's Car. Great service and they installed them for me too. Told me if I had issues to come back.That's old school service at its best.

Helpful to inform me about my car and what to do about it. Stopped by today on bike. Sue was very helpful providing me eWith air for my bicycle tires. The remaining 2 miles was easy. March 9, 2019, was greeted upon entry. CSR was helpful and understanding what I needed to fix an oil leak. Thank you O'Reilly.

We stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for service. You had 2 people helping the customer. The 3rd employee comes in doesnt speak sucking from her McDonalds cup, then took 5 more minutes to put on her mask & gloves. Once she was ready, she decided to wait on the customers that came in behind me. This is 1st time we was treated like this & I hope the last.

This is my favorite location. I love the friendly staff and attention to details. Excellent service. My only complaint is, during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were signs everywhere asking customers to wear masks. However, the almost everyone (including staff members) were not wearing masks. When asking one of the employees' they admit they do not enforce it. I dont expect everyone to agree with this post. This pandemic is not a hoax. It is very serious. I have at least 20 close people to die from this disease. I really pray that this location as well as other businesses enforce the policy and take COVID-19 seriously.

Great, found the part I needed and it was in stock and at a decent price. They give military discounts which is a plus. They are helpful and generally knowledgeable. I just wish there was one closer to Benton, LA.

Mark and the folks there really helped my husband and I with our fading 2012 Jeep. They helped me pick out parts and gave me a short education when I asked questions. They truly care about the people and the quality of their work.

They were very helpful looked up the fuse I needed for my car didnt ask any ?? ? And sold it to me my son inlaw put it in no more problemswith my car? The other O'REILLY in town would not do that for me rhank you

Quick service, knowledgable staff, good prices, and since I was in uniform, they installed the battery for me.If you need any sort of help with your car that's a do it yourself kind of help, these guys have your back.

I love O'Reilly's. The usually have the parts on hand that I need. The staff is friendly. Service is usually quick. Most parts have a guarantee. Visitors are thanked for coming.

I needed a battery. All my tools were in storage. Guy replaced battery with his own tools and bought a Coke to clean the acid on cables. Will go back.
