Assistant manager Matthew was awesome. I visited here on 05/29 around 5pm. I had broken the shell case of my car key. Matthew was very helpful. He helped me fix my key and he was very considerate as well. Thank you so much.

Came in today for a new battery because mine was literally boiling & spitting out battery acid . The manager Josh was so helpful and professional . Thanks again and I will always come here because of the service I received today .

I needed to add a quart of oil to my car. A high performance synthetic blend for European automobiles. As always, it was in stock. Upon entering the store an employee immediately asked if I needed any help. Great store.

This is the very First O'Reilly's that I've been too that I didn't get the assistance I was asking for. Everyone you hire must be about Customer Service and satisfaction. I am a female having issues with my air conditioner. It is hot. The young man-putting it lightly- could have at least checked to see if I needed freon, but he didn't. Stop hiring people who are only there for a pay check.

This particular location is conveniently located next to my gym. The employees have always been knowledgeable and helpful every time that I've been here. I had to order a tool once and the lady who worked there that helped me was very helpful and knew her stuff. I prefer O'Reilly's over the other stores. Their website is easy to use as well.

I went in looking for a engine air filter. Online it said they had some. Well when I went to the store they didn t have the one I needed on the shelf I went up to register to see if they had it some place else. The Hispanic woman that helped me first was pretty rude and didn t help me at all. I stepped away and then the man in their helped me. While I was talking to him a customer said he would checked my filter for me and we went out to my car and he popped my hood pulled my old one out and boom the young man found one in the back that was the same size and I checked out. The customer who was in there for something else even helped me put in back on my engine. Thank you to the customer and worker who helped me! God bless you too!

Close to the house so they are convenient. A bit higher than most other places on most items. But they are .2 miles from me. And if it's wrong part or just decide u dont need it they have no problem refunding. Friendly staff and prompt service.

Went to exchange a part this morning and soon as I walk in and went to the the register the short man behind the desk act like he didn't see me stand there and as I stand there another guy seen me and didn't say anything until the black guy came way from the back and said can I help you that's when Mr. Anthony got in front of him and said what can I help you with. I told him the part did not fit my car. He said well that's the only part I have for you. I told no you don't give me the other part she had should me a different one when I was here last. He went and got it. After the exchange he threw my receipt on the counter and just walked away the guys in O'Reilly need some more customer service training cause Mr.Anthony was very rude. And I will not do any more business with Bossier O'REILLY on Benton road again.

If there were 10 stars to rate for O'Reilly's in bossier city off Benton rd they'd have every 10 stars filled from me definitely... Amazing men who work there.. Thank yall so much for the help and advice on my brake pads & rotors...

Do not go to this store unless you want to be RIPPED OFF.....I bought a kit for my vehicle only to find it was incomplete.When I called to the store, I was told by Kyle they could help me with the proper documentation.As I proceeded to the store I was told by Kyle and Dustin, that they could not help me with the missing parts; that are clearly labeled on the box. But no part ! I was told I had to pay more money for a part I was already supposed to get.

This morning I needed a windshield wiper fluid cap. As I walked in, Georgia was very welcoming and genuine. She hurried to assist me and casually talked with me as she rang me up. As I headed to my next destination, the phone rang. Georgia called to let me know I dropped my debit card on the way out. Not only was she great to me while I was there, she went above and beyond after I left the store. This means EVERYTHING that she helped me out even after leaving the store. Top notch customer service means the world to me. 100% dedicated to you now because of her service. Thank you!!!!

This is a smaller store but has most everything you'll need. The staff was friendly and helpful and didn't talk to me like I had never been in an autoparts store before *cough* AutoZone *cough*. One of the workers even offered to help me take my stuff to my truck since I was holding my 1yo son. Also, if you're looking for full synthetic oil they have multiple brands and viscosities including Royal Purple.

I always ed enjoy shopping at O'Reillys. The h a.c ve a great selection of parts, oils, filters, and other automotive needs. I can always find the parts I need to complete a job. Whether it's a brake job, oil change, or needed part O'Reillys has what I need. I don't need to go elsewhere.

If your ever in need of quality parts quickly. Go to this location ask for Big Damien or any of his staff, that are all very knowledgeable. Most parts are in stock and can be delivered.

Went to 2 auto parts store before this one, these guys had what I needed. They were way busy but took the time to help me get the part I needed quickly and courtesly. I will go back

Not gonna try and make them sound like the greatest parts store around, but I have been happier with them than I ever have with Auto Zone or Advanced auto parts. They seem to carry a little more trustworthy parts... At least to me. But if ya want the best around, I prefer ABC auto parts or Napa... Have never gone wrong going to either of those, but I don't think they will rent you specialty tools like O'riley or Auto Zone does.

They are always so nice and willing to help with my vehicle needs. Anytime I can't figure out the part or size of a bulb, they always are quick to help me.
