Your employee Kevin, took my phone call and got me to drive over and then had patience to continue working with me, and found the right parts. I was very pleased and happy with his service

Never again... I went here to get some oil and an oil filter. This is the first time I've had to pick up an oil filter myself. The first employee I asked for help from just shrugged her shoulders like she couldn't care less which filter I picked out. I walked away to pick out my oil, and then a different employee looked up my vehicle to know which filter to use. The computer showed different types, and I told her I wasn't sure which type of filter I needed and she proceeded to make me feel like an idiot and was very rude. A customer in the store heard what was going on and he went outside with me and looked under the hood of my car. He told me exactly what I needed to buy. At AutoZone, if it's unclear which part I need, one of the employees will look under the hood, but you have to hope there is a customer willing to help at O'Reilly. Unless you know exactly what you need, I would not recommend going here. This was my first and last visit to O'Reilly. The location was more convenient, but I will be making the drive to AutoZone in the future.

Nice to have a shop in Benton, La. Prices can be high on small items. Just go to dollar general next door.

Tina and crew are always super helpful. I used to live in a place where I had to settle for a lesser parts store, and after moving back I'm so happy to have an O'Reily's near me.I've owned/built over 30 cars and bikes in the past decade, and I exclusively go to Oreily's because the staff always knows their stuff as far as parts/mechanical knowledge, and current inventory. This location is always on top of it.

The female manager was snippy, rude and not helpful! I m a very patient person but I don't think I will be back to this location again! She is also rude and condescending to her staff.

Son called his order in and it was ready when we got here and the employee Kyle was really nice and very helpful!!! I would definitely recommend the O'Reilly's on Airline Drive in Benton!!!

I always go to oreillys for a wix filter and oil. However they are crazy high on oil, but always price match Walmart. Not this one, I was happy because it s so close to the house. Guess I will have to keep going into town until they get some employees that know what they are doing. The lady even made the remark, Walmart is a big corporation, LOL!!!! And what is oreilly I asked?
