Moseley s charged me less than $200 to replace my rear pads & rotors (I supplied the parts) when Orr Cadillac wanted $800 just for labor to do my brakes on my 2018 Cadillac ATS Turbo AWD! I love Moseley s. And my car was ready the same day! Thank you Moseley s! You saved the day!!!

I brought my truck in for a front-end alignment and after Moseley's looked at my truck they called me and stated that it was going to need over $2000 of work done to it. I picked my truck up without having them do any work because something did not feel right. I then took my truck to a different mechanic who said there was no need for all of the things Moseley's stated were wrong to be changed/done. I am not typically one to post reviews online good or bad but being a woman who was taking a vehicle in to be worked on alone I feel as though they were trying to take advantage of the situation and knew I was not mechanically inclined and that they would be able to make a quick few grand off of me. With this being said ladies please be aware of this and make sure you do not get taken advantage of like I almost was.

Great place, took my jeep to get ball joints both sides top and bottom dropped it off in the morning got it back the next, an to do both sides for under a $1000, and alignment, and a 24 hour turn around. Great place I'll defiantly be back.

Reached out to them for quote on brake job. Spoke with an AJ. Quite rude. Wanted to bill me $46 just for a brake inspection when inspections are free lots of places all over town. He shared with me only thing he could tell me is $300-500 per axle, can't share price for pads, anything. His whole demeanor and attitude on phone from the get go was rude, hostile, and quite unhappy with his job, it appeared, and I MAY have been a brand new customer for them. I miss Mr. Moseley and way he did things/treated ppl back when they were on Benton Road.

Over $1200 was spent on my car and I still have the same issues. I was told they forgot to mention the transmission problem until after I called back about 30 minutes later and told them I was still having the same problems. I feel taken advantage of. I will be posting a more detailed review once I get home. I am beyond angry. I should have went with my first mind and just gotten a new car.

Best value for the price. People you can trust. I have been going to Moseley s for years. One of the only places I have gotten the same level of service post-COVID as pre-COVID. Continues to be my first choice for tire and alignment needs.

These guys know their craft! I tried to have the dealer align my truck but they are seemingly unaware that a straight steering wheel while adjusting toe is part of a professional alignment job. Went to Moseley's....proper alignment AND straight steering wheel! What do you know, it can be done! I should have just gone to them first, but I certainly will from now on. Kudos guys!

I have always used Moseley s for my front end and alignment work, never had a problem. This last go round I was still having some trouble that we had a hard time pin pointing but as soon as AJ figured out the problem he immediately fixed the problem no charge. THEN called me the next day to say his mechanic woke up at 4 am worrying about he might have forgotten to hook a ground wire up on the frame. He talked me through it and it was done. I will always recommend Moseley s to anybody that will listen. They re amazing and really care about their customers. Customer care alone goes a long way with me!!

My regular tire shop's alignment machine was down yesterday for repairs so I decided to take my wife's car to Mosely's. My front tires were showing uneven wear and alignment was the first order of business. I instructed them to rotate my tires putting the more worn tires on the rear.As I washed my car this morning I noticed that the rotation had not been done. As you can see from the photo, the tires are noticeably different in the amount of tread that was left. It confounds me that they did not do this since it is obvious which would be the safer tire on the front of a front wheel drive car.Going back on a Saturday morning to get this done was not an option since I was leaving town. It's a lot of work for a 64 year old guy to rotate tires, but I did not need a "certification" to know what was the safer thing to do.You only get one chance to do it right the first time and they did not.

Outstanding service at a great price. Great selection of tires.update: Had to go in to repair a tire that had a screw in it. The guys quickly fixed the issue and had me back on the road with no charge

Fair price and very quality work. We got the car there at 7:30 and they had it fixed and ready to go by noon! I recommend them highly!

This place! These people! Attention all of Shreveport/Bossier!!! If you are looking for stand up people that are sweet, caring, respectful, hardworking, take pride in their work, and do a great job, then look no further!! These amazing people took care of me and my family when they were literally about to lock up and go home. They didn t have to help us out, but they stayed and got us home safely!! I had a giant piece of metal stuck in my tire with air spraying out and the meter on the car dropping constantly. We live 20 min away and would have never made it home to our kids without a tow truck! Moseley s fixed it in no time and had us safely back on the road! Thank you to you wonderful people!!

Never had a bad experience with Moseleys..the front end guy is a genius..i am sure his name is DARELL..these guys will ease your mind with their professionalism and honesty..they do all kinds of repairs and I only trust them to do the job..before I go anywhere else I stop by Moseleys and if it's not a job for them I use only their reference to another shop..

They are by far the most helpfully and honest shop around. After always taking my car to the dealership where I bought my Honda thinking they had my best interest I soon found out the otherwise. Mosley fixed the problem the dealership refused to fix and also found problems that were created as a result of the misdiagnosed original issue. I appreciate honestly and integrity and after 2 years of loyal service to the dealership Mosley will now have all my business and I recommend anyone looking for service to absolutely use them as well!!

If I could of giving no stars I would have. I brought my truck in for brake work. Was told just to start it will be $1200 we need to replace everything and we haven t even gotten to the back yet. Yes I was told JUST TO START WILL BE $1200 we haven t gotten to everything yet .We ll needles to say I took my truck for a second opinion. Wouldn t you know it, it only cost me $412 dollars.Folks watch your wallets/pocketbooks they are out to take advantage of people who wouldn t question what they have to say. 100% scam artist.

Had some tires swapped out and a level kit installed. They did an awesome job! I could tell they took extra care not to scar up the wheels on my new ride..would recommend 100%

Anytime I can support a local, honest, business...I do! They may not be the cheapest, but they are always fair priced. They DO however offer the best quality work and customer service anywhere. I'll gladly pay the extra $10-20 now and then because I know they will treat me right. I've never had to wonder if they were going to lie and try to screw me like so many other places...that alone is worth it 10 times over. Moseley's is the only place I will let touch my car when it comes to suspension and alignment.

Best shop in town, they do great work. I bring all three of my personal vehicles and every work truck in our company fleet to Mosley s for tires and repairs. They are honest and fair, if they make a mistake they ll make it right. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

My wife Came in last month and this will be the last time we bring a vehicle in.wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount of money. We went to Firestone,not only did she NOT need ANY of the parts they were trying to sell her, they actually did the repairs for half.They were not rude. I'm ok with capitalism labor cost,price markup and supply & demmand. What I'm not ok with is price gauging. If you must use this place get a second opinion because they will try to sell you parts you don't need,I guess the tech works on commission. Shop around and educate yourself about costs. Not only will I not go back . I will also tell everyone I know to stay away.By reading some these comments it looks like Im not the only one they tried to pull a fast one , they must think people are unaware of parts prices. Wanted to sell me $30.00 parts for $600. This should be ILLEGAL.DONT TRUST THESE CLOWNS!

Second time here seems to be a good go to for alignments on a lowered ride. Happy with them so far. Staff is good with keeping you up to date on whats going on. And pretty quick getting you in and out.

Great family oriented people. I did have a bit of an issue with my alignment and was told if the issue persists just to bring it back. I was comforted and felt like my vehicle and the safety of my daughter & i were in great hands. I think my daughter had more fun here then she does at the park

Place does great job aligning cars that have supreme low without a problem. My only recommendation is to drop your car off because the wait times could get a little long. That's only because everyone knows this is a great place.

Have used them for a few years. They fixed my brakes and front end and got it right.
