Great service! Knowledgeable staff! Went in to get my truck looked at, when the nice young man with the bald head and beard ( I think his name was Brad ) explained to me I needed some work done he was very professional. While I waited he was very communicative making sure I was up to date on the status of my vehicle! I recommend this store whole heartedly if you need your car or truck looked at and fixed!!Thank you so much Moore s!

This crew is hands down amazing! Came in with an issue with my oil filter and stuck on and chucky and the crew had it off in less than an hour! Big thanks to yall! Definitely recommend them!

The lady how help me went beyond thr call of duty to help me . She needs I could here. But was able to read lips real well evertging work out great most people would ha laugh and said look at tne retarded person . She didn't. And took the time needed to help me never let this person go Catherine Bremer. Shes polite and caring person she go far just need the time I truly belive she'll go far

Horrible service and communication. The blady at the front desk informed me that my car would take 3 hours. When 3 hrs passed - They weren t even half way finished. The lady played games on her phone the whole time and wasn t professional enough to give me a heads up. It ended up being 5 1/2 hours until they were done.

Showed up for an oil change and tire rotation right when they opened so I could try and get in out relatively quickly. My vehicle wasn't taken back for almost 30 minutes. After about an hour I started to look through the bay window to see how much longer it would take. I noticed no one near my vehicle for about 20 minutes. Turns out they were finished but couldn't pull my car out because they had parked something else behind it. Was another 10 - 15 minutes before my car was brought out. There was dirt and grease all over my steering wheel and inside of my drivers door. All around terrible experience.

Don t call here after 3 pm. Jobs like changing out a tire pressure gauge they won t take. Need a tire? Also not going to happen after 3. Have called several times and they basically take zero jobs after 3. I understand wanting to go home by 4:30, but they should just change their hours to closing at 3.

The best in town for tire service! They installed tires on my Miata and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so welcome. Very reasonably priced and will go out of there way to help you! I highly recommend Moore's for your tire professionals!

Could not have been more grateful of their service, we were passing through LA on our way to AZ when the car started acting up... found them online and called, they took us in even though they were almost about to close as soon as they heard about our situation. Customer service was outstanding from the minute we called through the end, were super accommodating of our circumstances (couple of dogs in the car, they even gave us treats and water for them!)... car was taken care of very promptly and got us safely on our way... thanks again!

The manager Bryn and his staff are the best in the business hands down! I have never been treated so well or been happier with a service provided by a business in my life. I will recommend them to every commercial client and personal contact I have! No more 4 hour waiting times with other companies for me. I am a Moore's customer for life! Thank you for everything Bryn! You are top shelf sir.

My car is a Volkswagen passat so Moore's had to have an oil filter brought in, which took about 30 minutes extraWhich I'm glad they did.The Goodyear team did a fantastic job with that hiccup.Thank you Moore Goodyear team for your service today.

This place gave absolutely exceptional service!!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could! I went to three tire shops prior to arriving at them, but I still had hope that I would get some help today and boy o boy did I! As a matter of fact I ran into another problem And was even told if I find my OWN part, that they'll be more than happy to put it on for me! When I told them that I still didn't feel as if my car was aligned, they were more than happy to look at it again with NO attitude whatsoever! Professionalism is at a 10! Try them out!

Amazing! 5/5!I came in close to closing time to get a tire patched up from a massive screw in it, and they still took me.The staff were all super professional, funny, and loved talking about cars.I really appreciate all that they did, and will definitely be back if I ever need work done in the future.Thank you so much!

I was there early for a tire repair (prior to opening) and staff acknowledged this. Told me they d get right with me. Over an hour later I was still waiting and watched several other tire repairs, which arrived after me. Mr. Owner.....you have a problem with the people that work there. If you want to stay floating, you might want to have a meeting with the people that work for you. Don t bother getting back with me... I found another tire store. Good luck.

Got a flat tire and they were able to patch my tire and save me a ton of money. They were also fast and courteous. I would like to add a kudo for Moore's, my daughter had a slow leak and I sent her to Moore's, they repaired her tire and didn't charge her. They were very nice to a young girl and didn't try to take advantage of her... Moore's has my business from now on!!!!!!

Had major problems with the E. Texas Ave. store in Bossier City. They damaged and cross treaded lug nuts and scratched trims on both front, because they used wrong socket. They took off the wrong tire. We spent 5 hours dealing with their run-around. Manager forgot to order new lug nuts, then spent 2 hours waiting. All I was offered was to have the scratches buffed out and damaged lug nuts replaced Terrible customer service. Also, because of their inept behavior, I missed my dialysis treatment.

First, they were very courteous and didn't charge me for taking off a tire and putting the spare on. That's why the second star.Came in with a low tire on the wife's car. They told me the nail was too close to the sidewall to be safely fixed and tried to sell me a new tire on the spot. Then said my tread was real low and I should go ahead and think about a new set in the near future. The tires were less than two years old with under 20K miles on them. They're a 45K tire (Pirelli P Zero Nero all weather - good tire FYI). Good thing my wife didn't take it in because she believes that people always have the customers interest in mind. Not so much at this location.Took the tire down the road a few miles to Gateway Tire and Service and they fixed me up no problem without trying to sell me anything. The nail was right at 1 inch inside the edge of the tread. Will not be returning to Moore's.

Would be a great location for a tire shop. Two stars for friendliness of the staff Try Firestone Complete Auto Care instead. Much quicker and their equipment is up to date.

Very nice folks here, pricing for an alignment was on par with the rest of bossier City. Two wheel alignment vs four wheels is same price, but that's not their fault. That's just bossier I guess.

I bought 4 new tires 2 years ago. I am getting great gas mileage. They have wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Moore's Tire and Service Center .

I came in with a power steering leak, they were able to find the part, and get it replaced in less than 2 hours and for a lot less than I was thinking I was gonna have to spendGreat place with good, honest people

Good place for tires, but the customer waiting area looks like an old public rest area. It may be clean, but it doesn t look it. They should spend a little money ensuring comfort for the customers.

I bought tires at Moore's about 2 1/2 years ago. They have been great anytime I have had a problem. Great customer service. I am recommending them.
