In Love, with my 2024 Atlas Crossport, traded in my 2020 BMW.The sales process was easy and I was pleased with the experience. I am however frustrated to find my interest rate was higher than what I was pre-approved through my bank. VW financial services were 1 point higher. I proactively informed the salesperson of my offered rate and was told verbally that with% would be better through VW. My mistake for not reviewing terms more carefully.SUV 5 starsSales Process 5 starsCustomer Service 3 starsCommunication 3 stars.I am thrilled with my purchase, however, I am disappointed with customer service and communication so far. This is my 2nd VW

Experience with service department was not pleasant. I received a text on Tuesday (3/26) stating that they were ordering a part and that the part would be in on Friday (3/29). I then received a text on Wednesday that my car was ready. I called and left a message (because no one EVER answers the phone) and did not receive a call back until the following Tuesday at 5:30 where a message was left on my voicemail stating (NOT that my car was ready), but that if I did not return the loaner car by the next day at 5pm I would be charged a daily rate. I was not aware that my car was ready since I did not get a phone call and the texts were contradictory.

Once I got there for the appointment it couldn't have gone better, but it was a challenge getting to that point because of it being my first oil change since buying my car and not knowing what all of the options meant when trying to schedule (waiter, shuttle, drop off). I could never get anyone to call me back from the VW Service Dept and each time the person answering the phone wouldn't answer my questions because she said she worked at Mazda. She wouldn't even explain what 'shuttle' meant. I live 1.5 hours away so I was trying to coordinate my oil change with working in our Shreveport office that day and it was a little stressful not knowing what to expect! But overall it was a great experience that day- so fast and I was able to work on my laptop while waiting!

The customer service is amazing. This is my second visit over at Mazda and they know what it means to deliver good ole customers service. The appointment was made in person across the street at Volkswagen and the service there needs improvement!

From the start it was fine first walking in looking. Then when I sat down to talk numbers everything changed. I really wanted this car specifically since it was the last year the manual was being made. They were a somewhat close dealership that had the spec and color I wanted. They had a markup on the car and were not looking to move off that price or negotiate at all. Also part of the price included tint and nitrogen which none of that was actually done to the car. It also still had all the pre installed things from the factory on the car like the pucs on the suspension that I had to remove myself. The paint also had swirls and marrs in it like they ran it through an automatic wash, had to take it to a detailer to fix the paint. They were unwilling to fix any of these issues and also went as far as denying it even when I showed them proof. Also when financing the car they would not let me use my own company that had a better rate and that I had already been approved for they were trying to force me to use VW finance even though they had a worse rate. I was never given the paperwork after I signed for the car or a 60 day temporary tag just pushed out the door. I had to ask many times for this information and was told it would be shipped to me but never received it, they then stopped answering my messages about it so I had to drive over there to get this information when my rage were expired since they only gave me a 5 day tag and still just received an overview of the paperwork not all of it. Also my finance company informed me that they asked for more money than I had signed for on the car how is that even possible and would not approve it the dealership wanted to make a deal since they were not getting their money and I was going to just return the car at this point from the terrible experience but they said they would write me a check for the difference if I agreed and pressured me into telling USAA that it was ok to charge more money than what I signed for. I still have never recived a check for the difference in price of the car. I was also told since the markup included tint that they would cover tinting the car since it was not even tinted so I went and got the car tinted and gave them the receipt and they still have yet to pay me back any money for that. I also inquired about infotainment issues the car was having and they would not do or say anything about it. There is update that fixes it but they were not willing to do it. They just ignore my messages now at this point. They are extremely rude. They were very unknowledgeable about the car and had no idea about things the car was equipped with. Very young untrained staff, didn t know how to drive manuals. Overall the worst buying experience I have ever had and will ever have I m sure. I use to work at a Toyota dealership and the difference is absolutely insane. How this dealership even has a license is beyond me. The family that owns it does not care about their customers or employees at all. Right across the street is the Mazda dealership owned by the same family and the difference in experience their is night and day and their own employees talk bad about the VW dealership across the street that is the red headed step child of the family. That s sad when their own people even talk about it like that. If I didn t absolutely love the car there is no way I would ever buy another one after this experience.

Don t buy a car here. I almost didn t from the terrible reviews and I should have listened.1. They didn t want to negotiate on a severely over priced vehicle.2. You can t get help from anyone after purchase.3. I still don t have my license plate.4. The control arm is apparently faulty and the rotors are warped.5. They refuse to give me a rental car to get my car worked on when we were told that we would always have a rental available and covered.6. They keep giving us a run around, ignoring us, and not helping in any way.I am probably going to sell this car because the service and vehicle are a joke. Please don t shop here!!!

My husband and I had a great experience looking for my new car here! Our salesman, Camron, was very knowledgeable and patient, and took the time to get to know what I was looking for. He was so fun and easy to work with and never made us feel pressured to buy anything, he just really wanted to find the perfect car. I ended up loving the looks of the VW Tiguan SE R-Line (thanks to Camron s recommendation for me), it had everything I was looking for! He also helped us negotiate a deal at the end and was dedicated to ensuring we leave as happy customers. Thank you Camron for the great experience and welcoming us to the VW family. Everything was so transparent with them, and we never felt lost in the numbers. You guys are awesome!!

Both my husband and I were thrilled with the customer service of VW. Between the first day to driving away with Zeus.( 2024 Platinum Grey Crossport), the overall experience was easy going. Cailey, was an excellent representative. She was very thorough with each individual suv we were looking at. She was not pushy or demanding. We felt like, we were not pressured into buying a vehicle. She is definitely a great assert to VW, and they are very lucky to have her. * We will be back in 5 years, Cailey! All our best, Marvin and Jackie Harden and Coco

Subpar maintenance department. Every timeI ve called I have to leave a message because no one ever answers the phone. My most recent interaction, I had a coolant leak that I took to them and I was told that it was just the cap so they replaced it. Now that my coolant is still leaking they want to fully charge me for another repair, even though a coolant leak is what I took it to them for in the first place. I m not really sure why when I brought a coolant leak the first time and I still have a coolant leak It s my responsibility..

Very poor customer service. The people working the intake desk were not welcoming. There was mud left on my floor mats. The clock and sensors settings were not as i left them. The suggested service was overpriced.

Always kind and helpful. The only real complaints are:1. I never receive a phone call when my vehicle is ready. I get an invoice so that's how I know it's complete but never a phone call.2. No one ever offers to rotate tires, even for an extra charge.3. The report said I will be needing two front tires soon but would have loved an estimate for new tires through y'all.I work in sales and these are things that are missed opportunities for revenue.

My daughter brought her car in for 30k maintenance. She mentioned if they could check the filters due to her filing up more than usual. The oil change was performed and she was told that her back tires were in the green and the front tires needed to be replaced. The good tires were not rotated to the front. I contacted the service manager and explained the situation to her. She stated she would speak with her employees about moving the tires to the front as they know better. She stated that my daughter could come in anytime on Saturday for the tire rotation as long as it was on the half hour or quarter till mark. My daughter arrived on Saturday and waited 2 hours for her rotation and then had to move her car over to mazda because VW service closed at 2pm. None of this was relayed to me when speaking with the service manager. When the car was finished being serviced, she was told that the filter was in fact dirty and they changed the filter for an extra one they had for another vehicle that they didn't use. Keep in mind that on the first visit, she was told everything was fine except the tires on the front were bad. After she left the dealership and ran her errands she noticed low tire pressure light came on. We added more air to the tires, yet the indicator light was still on. I have never seen such terrible customer service. I will gladly drive to TX for service going forward.

My wife and I found out during our test drive of the ID.4, that we were the first to test drive the demo model at Moffitt. I have driven numerous EV s and I will say, I was very impressed with the ID.4. Trenton was our salesman and he knows the car! I ll start with the look. It looks nice and the lines remind me of my wife s current car from a different brand. Interior is nice. I wouldn t call it luxury but it s very nice. The seats are very comfortable. At first glance I thought they d be firm but they were not. Front seats are both electric and have a massage function and it was really nice too! If you worry sometimes about parking in tights spots like parking lots or even at home in your driveway or garage, this thing has the tightest turn radius I ve seen. We went to a parking lot and I turned around a light pole with a concrete base . I was literally 3-4 ft away and in a perfect circle . The air condition is instant cold. No waiting for it to cool. Same for heat. Heated steering wheel and seats. They had just gotten a software update and the Infotainment system worked very well. It was fairly easy to navigate. You can use voice commands or buttons on steering wheel to navigate through the infotainment pages as well. The only thing I noticed was a slight delay in the voice command. If I said, Hello ID, the screen immediately showed a response but the audible How can I help you took a few seconds. No big deal. The haptic controls worked very well. Excellent sound system. Plenty of USB C and USB A connections. A wireless charging pad in center console. Ambient interior light and you can set any color you want. The sunroof was a great touch. You have a cloth like motorized sun visor that you simply swipe forward or backward to extend or retract. (See photo of overhead. There s a recessed channel that your finger slides back and forth to operate it) Here s one that was different. At the base of the windshield where the dash meets it, there is a light bar that spans the whole dash/windshield. Maybe an 1/8-1/4 thick. It will light amber for caution and red for impending collision. If your navigating with the onboard navigation system, that same bar will flash (blue) left to right or right to left prior to an impending turn. Shifting was a breeze. All your typical controls on the steering wheel. Headlamp and defrost controls are haptic switches/buttons on the left side of dash below air vent. Overhead lights are capacitive. Touch once they come on full bright. Touch and hold and they dim from full bright to off. Release your touch at any brightness and that s where it stays. Touch again and it turns off. No Frunk, but plenty of space in rear cargo. You can wave your foot under back bumper to open lift gate or push the button in the lift gate. Like most, you can adjust the opening height by pressing the button on bottom right side of lift gate at the height you like. Driving characteristics were great. Tight steering. (Like most European cars.) I did not notice much body roll when cornering. Smooth ride and very quiet. This vehicle is a demo vehicle but you can order them. I suspect the ID.4 is going to be a hot selling vehicle. I highly recommend it. Trenton, thank you very much for your time and knowledge. It was a pleasure driving the ID.4! For those not familiar with EV s, you can get a federal tax credit of $7500 and LA offers a $2500 tax credit as well.Tim

Called for an issue regarding my seat belt not registering that it is buckled. I was told by the service advisor that it s not a big deal and to keep driving till our appointment at the end of July (3 weeks away). I also received my vehicle back after my last oil change with a broken hood cable that the technician broke. Multiple sub par service issues at the place and I ve had to get the owner involved multiple times. Whitney in service is the worst at returning a phone call and terrible to speak with. Luke who is new is not much better. Due to my issues with the service department I have sold my vehicle.

Horrible customer service. The tech left mud on my floor matt. They wanted a ridiculous amount of money for their suggested repairs. I well never go there again. They did not even set my clock back after disconnecting my battery.

Sadly this place has gone downhill. I have been a loyal customer for a few years and have spent thousands over the years in maintenance and repairs. I was thinking about getting a new car soon but they will never get my money again. I tried to drop off my car for a check up due to a check engine light. I was informed that management has changed the policy and is no longer allowing walk ins. Ok that is fine but they offered me an appointment over a month out. I asked if car breaks down earlier if i can tow it in and they said not until day before the appointment over a month out, basically you are SOL. Yeah i will be taking my money and business elsewhere to one of the other foreign local shops and will never buy a VW again. I guess you do not want to make money and provide good service. I simply do not give my money to low class places like this. Update: took it to a competitor, seen the same day. Issue fixed by the next day. ToldThem about my experience here and they said they were not shocked adding this place has a very bad reputation. You have been warned. Take your business elsewhere.

My oil was changed and all error codes were assessed a cleared in one day. The only reason not giving 5 stars is that I attempted to call 3 times and ask when my car would be ready so I could prepare transportation and no one answered. After my last call I left a message and never received a call back. All I received was an automated text message when the car was ready.

I wasn't told at my last visit (prior to 10/2023) that I would be over my maintenance mileage for oil changes. So when I dropped my car off and left, I got a call that it would cost me $170 for an oil change. I should have been told this way before my appointment.I ended up buying the oil filter, and oil to change myself for less than $50. Upon changing the oil myself, there was hardware missing.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS SLOW TO RETURN CALLS OR NOT AT ALL. WHEN I DID TAKE THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE I WAS MET WITH A VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE A YOUNG WOMEN WHO HAS SOCIAL SKILLS OR AT LEAST NOT WITH ME. SHE WAS VERY PUT OFF BECAUSE I WAS LATE GETTING MY VEHICLE THERE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR TRADE AT THE DEALERSHIP IN BOSSICE CITY, LA.

I called several times and even sent in an emailed requesting an appointment for my oil change. No one ever answered the phone (no voicemail setup either) or emailed me back to schedule an oil change service. So, I arrived on site to receive an oil change and the service desk person informed me I couldn t drop my vehicle off because I didn t have an appointment. So I was scheduled for the following week at 4 pm. I was never told I needed an appointment to receive an oil change. When I asked about a loaner vehicle, they told me they didn t have any vehicles to loan out. It is a service I paid for, so there should have a loaner vehicle always available. When I scheduled my appointment, I informed the service department that I needed a ride to work since there were not any loaner vehicles available to me. I also informed them I will be dropping off my vehicle at 7:30 (when they opened) so I could arrive to work on time. The service department er did not make note and get that scheduled ahead of time. I had to wait over 20 minutes for the driver to come pick me up and drop me off at work. Upon pick up of my vehicle, I walked to the service department with no one in the department. There were salesman s throwing a football around the showroom floor and being very unprofessional. The service department had 3 customers waiting with no one to greet them when they arrived there.

I had to make an appointment which I took off work for. I did all of this sat there and was told that the recall for the wiring harness was the issues and they needed to order parts. They would call when they got them in. I waited a month. Finally, I called back and they said oh yeah, we have the parts. So I was able to go in the next morning, drop my car off and repairs were made. My service inspection due light was still on and I was able to correct this issue myself, but the lack of communication between the customer and the establishment is subpar and could be better.

Once you buy your car they are pretty much done with you. I had trouble getting anyone in the service department on the phone. Then when My daughter went to pick up my car they sent her back and forth across the street. Told her they didn't have my car. She said yes you do pointed it out to them. They did fix the problem. Never got my tags. Called about them, left a message with whomever they connected me to. Never got a call back. Called a day later supposedly they just arrived. I have never had to pick up my tags at a dealership they always were shipped directly to my house. So far Moffitt hasn't showen me much in the we care about service department.
