My car lost a timing belt in Shreveport so I had to limp my car all the way to the dealership but they fixed it before I had to go back to work... They are a really good company go here for all mechanic needs!!!

BUYER BEWARE:The salesman, Scott, grabbed the wheel while my wife was driving down the road and shook the wheel to simulate poor driving conditions. They he had us drive to Brookshire Arena and do 1/8 mile sprints to "test acceleration and braking" on a 4 cyl car. After that, they thought they "caught our bluff" in trading my car where the salesman told me he "was too tired to walk back to the Manager's office" to further negotiations. Very unprofessional. Mazda will be contacted as well.

Everything was great! I was able to test drive three different models and ended up buying my CX-50 from Moffitt. My salesperson Donald was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Oh, and the best part, my car is awesome!

Process was quick and painless. Matthew was such a great salesman and was so accommodating. Walked in just see the inventory and drove off in my brand new 2021 Mazda CX-30. She's beautiful. I definitely recommend going to Moffitt Mazda and ask for Matthew Holcomb.

I wish there was another Mazda dealership in the area because I enjoy my car but the service department is a nightmare. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone except the receptionist and they recommend you leave a message -- but no matter how many messages you leave for a call back, they never get returned.My most recent example of terrible service is when I booked my appointment over the phone, I specifically asked for an oil change, tire rotation and new spark plugs. I didn't get new spark plugs. Took a look at the bill, noticed that service wasn't taken care of and had to wait another half hour for it to be done.On my way home, my steering wheel began shaking like crazy to the point where I thought I was going to lose control of my car. Took it to my local tire shop and they fixed the problem. Whoever rotated my tires at Moffit, didn't balance them and that's not the first time it's happened from Moffit, either.In the market to buy a new car and I absolutely WILL NOT buy from Moffit Mazda again specifically to AVOID their service department.

I absolutely love my new 2020 Mazda 3! The staff were very straightforward, could answer most of my questions effectively, and I like their sales tactic in which they "let the car sell itself." I didn't feel pressured like I have at other dealerships in the past. Pricing was spot on (I checked their numbers behind them), they did not try to "get over on me." I will definitely be back in the future when it's time for another new car, Mazda is a great brand and is a great value for the price. Would highly recommend!

Our experience with Moffitt was 100% positive! Mrs Jennifer was amazing and really went out of her way to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. My family and I will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase!

I have recently purchase a used truck from Moffitt, I have dealt with many dealership in my years in Shreveport/BC,Lafayette, and Houston and never been impressed with them ever. Moffitt has shown me that truly care about customers and the service they expect. My salesperson Jennifer has been excellent since the first hand shake great experience I will return to Moffitt for any future purchases

Just traded my last mazda for a new one.. been driving them for a longggg time. Cannot say enough about the customer service at Moffitt Mazda. Every staff member is so nice and helpful, treat you like family, go out of their way to make the experience easy and cost effective. I have hardly had any issues with the cars over the years, but the couple of times I did - their roadside assistance was prompt and took care of the minor issue immediately. GO SEE MOFFITT MAZDA and give them a chance to make your day and drive a great car !

Glen was great and leasing my Mazda 6 Sport was a smooth and uncomplicated process. The staff there were all extremely friendly and helpful. Getting my vehicle serviced there was also a pleasant and efficient experience. The only thing that left me less than completely satisfied was Susan s (one of the owners) condescending and somewhat rude treatment at the end of my lease when I explained I had moved away and was going to be renewing at my new location.

I appreciate how smoothly this transaction went. My salesman, Glen Ford, was informative but never pushy, which is a quality I look for in a sales person. He helped me find a car within my budget and with the features I considered to be most important. I was even able to afford some additional features that I did not expect to have like heated seats!Jeff in the finance department allowed me to make adjustments to the bottom line by adding only the service plans I needed. Not once during the process did I feel pressured, and I visited two other car dealerships, both of which used the "hard sell" approach. I am very please with my new Mazda, and I would recommend Moffitt Mazda to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

I had such a great experience here! Glen and Robby went above and beyond for me. I purchased the car over the phone and they were extremely attentive and made sure that everything was ready to go when I came to pick it up. As a young woman I wouldn t have bought a car from any other dealership. In fact, I drove 4.5 hours to do business with them. Thank y all so much for being so patient and accommodating!

Big thank you to Luke and Kevin in the service department!! Had a tire rim issue with my wife s CX-5 and they both went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and fully covered under the warranty. Other auto dealerships should send their service managers to Moffett and let those two train them in how customer service is done!!!

We were extremely happy with the results in our dealings with Moffitt Mazda. They were friendly but professional, accommodating, and fair with us. No wonder they have an A+ rating with the BBB. Jordan DeArmond gave us his utmost attention and was great to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Moffitt Mazda to friends and family. It was definitely worth the drive.

Edit after trip: After paying Mazda $1500 to get my car travel ready, I spent over $2500 on the trip to and from Florida as well as sitting on the interstate for 5 hours in the predawn hours with my sister and my kids waiting on a tow and repair. Broke down again in Mobile coming home. Lost 3 of 4 tires, threw a rod through an axle and some other belt issues. I really wish Mazda had told me there were more problems than the $1500 I had already spent for repair to get ready for a trip and broke down TWICE! I feel like the diagnostic should have told me what was urgent and told me to fix it before a long trip. This car probably isn't even worth the $4000 trip I ultimately paid. Thankfully, will be buying a new car from John Harvey Toyota in March. Nice people, but that was the trip from hell.Kevin at the service desk was helpful and thorough. They got my diagnostics run same day and ordered part, had my car back in 2 days. The auto-text updates only told me the invoice was ready, so that could be tweaked. A little slow waiting to pay and waiting for inspection sticker, but all around a good experience compared to some others. Everyone is friendly. Will consider them for a new car next year.

This was by far the best experience my husband and I have had in the 35 years we've had in buying vehicles! Minette is awesome! I felt as though we were friends with everyone in the short time we were there Saturday! Lots of hugs and handshakes before we left!!Your dealership is full of great people and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I spoke with the sales representative Glenn, who was very understanding and nice, however, the manager on the other hand was not professional at all. I went in inquiring about 2018/2019 Mazda 3, and I said I wanted to see how close to $20,000 they could get. Glenn went to speak with the manager, and I hear the manager loudly and obnoxiously laugh, saying that she s gonna pay the regular price for the car or she could walk I m not selling a car for $20,000 and some other nasty comments. He was very arrogant/rude and unprofessional. I am a female, in the Air Force, was in uniform, and was nothing but polite to them. A person in a managerial position displaying no professionalism and having such a foul attitude just goes to show how poorly that establishment is run. Not a good way to make a sale, and definitely not exemplifying good customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I m also spreading word to other military members not to go there, since they clearly don t appreciate our service and greet us with snide remarks, sarcasm, and belittling. If the manager would have just told me that they can t bring the price down that low and had been professional about it, I wouldn t have anything bad to say. Unfortunately that wasn t the case for me.

I had a great experience at Moffitt. Trenton and Gary were great and I got to visit with Susan, too! They all really tried their hardest to give me the best deal and make the purchase work for me. I've only had my VW Atlas a few days but I LOVE it!

Third time is a charm!!! I purchased a Mazda 6 in 2004 and another one in 2010 from Moffitt Mazda. Seemless buying experiences each time! No pressure tactics and was able to get the deals I wanted. The sales team and finance department are the finest I have dealt with in all my years of being a car owner. Last week, I upgraded to the 2013 Audi A6. You couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. It's great having the confidence of knowing the service department at the dealership you are buying your car from is professional and on-time and always looking out for the customer. They took excellent care during my years of owning a Mazda 6 so I look forward to working with them on the Audi. Susan, Ray, Billy W, and all the team at Moffitt care about their customers, their experience and making sure they will always come back. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Moffitt.

Took my car in for a 100k service and some suspension concerns. They came back with a lot of issues and I let them repair everything except the brakes. They wanted over 1000 dollars to do front and rear brakes. I still was sitting on a 3k dollar bill for shocks, struts and tires. After I donated a paycheck, a week later my front end seemed loose and popped on left and right turns. Had to take it back in and turns out they didn't tighten the strut bolts. Was without a car for another full day. They didn't charge me and accepted their fault. If I were to give any compliments to this place, i would give it to Mr. Art, the courtesy driver. He was extraordinarily polite and easy to talk to and had no problem dropping me off and picking me up. There aren't many people out there like this gentleman.

Excellent service from all involved with the purchase of my new car. I have been a customer since 1986 and have always been a satisfied customer. I love, love, LOVE my 2020 Mazda CX3! It has so much bang for my buck! It is beautiful, fun to drive, loaded with so many cool features and exactly what I was looking for in a ride. Friendly staff. Take time to explain all the features of the vehicle. Even though we didn't purchase from them due to supply issues I would recommend them for all your Mazda needs.
