I haven t gotten any work done here (yet). But I did call to get an estimate and the guy who answered the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave me some options to try before bringing in my car to see if it fixed the problem which I was so thankful for. Most places try to get you to bring it in even when you don t need to so they can make a buck off of you so I was very impressed by this. As a female I tend to get ripped off so I appreciate the respect and helpfulness. If I do end up needing work I will only be coming here. 10/10 customer service.

I went here after my car died. They were excellent. Had my car fixed in less than a day. Reasonable prices as well as gave a great explanation ( that I could understand) I will definitely recommend this place to anyone with car issues.

Awesome customer service and great prices. I was able to have my alternator rebuilt the same day I dropped it off and it looks brand new!

Doug Martin is the best of the best!!! I sincerely believe that if you need anything done on a starter or alternator please take your business to Doug!! I ve used him for years and will not go anywhere else!!!

Best place around, family biz, or at least it sure did seem that way :) experts, friendly and knowledgeable, and great prices too. They do custom work as well as commercial/industrial stuff. Id recommend these boys to anyone and they're the ones that i send mama to. Straight up.

The best! They helped us when we were traveling, and had already spent almost 400.00 at somewhere else, and they changed a minimal fee. That way we got back on the road with money in our pockets for our trip to surprise my son. Great people!

I Just want to give a shout out to this new gem I found. I visited this shop twice this week. Had to replace a starter & alternator on a 2011 Dodge Journey. They were able to have both fixed or replaced in minutes. Saved a few hundred. And no waiting for days for parts. Thanks guys for saving me $$$ s. Awesome folks. AAA They have been in business for a few family generations. Located on Barksdale blvd. bossier city.

Martin's got it done for me and in a timely manner. The only people i will ever trust with my electric work. I had a 1959 Ford F100 Pickup truck and they got my generator, heater, windsheild wipers, and dash lights all working. I was very amazed. The team also was friendly and kept me up to date as they were working on it. Huge help and great prices.

Great customer service!! I called this place early one morning, took my car and it was done that afternoon! Fast and efficient! Great price! The guys inside were super friendly!! I'm sending my friends for all their alternator needs!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Brought my starter to them and it turned out to only need a small insulator. The solenoid and starter itself was fine. He gave me the small part and sent me on my way. I will send all my friends to this shop in the future.

Dub and Trey are the absolute best at what they do. That is alternators and starters. Dubs son Trey is also a fantastic bass player in "fall before glory". I highly recommend this business!

One of the best alternator and starter rebuild shop that you could ever do business with. Started out family owned and passed down in generations to the sun which still today gives the same quality work as they did when they first opened.

My alternator went out on my Nissan 350Z that morning and by that evening it was rebuilt and she was running and ready to roll. Awesome, great service. Definitely have my recommendation.
