I have used Stacy mechanical services for about 15 years, wherever he has moved to, I have followed. His new shop is great, this is the most competent, honest mechanic in the area. He does quality work in a very timely manner. He will not charge you for things you don t need and goes out of his way to save the customer money. I have started using him for a small fleet of vehicles for the business I work for. We have been extremely happy with his services as well. HIGHLY recommend Malone s for any automotive need.

Do Not Recommend this shop they only accept "pure bred" ppl as clients if your Black or any other race don't bring your car here to fix at ALL Money don't care who got it its green but Malone do tho well at least mechanics an secretary enforce the white business only an they do it with a smile

Honest people. It's a busy shop. I dropped my truck off on a Friday and picked it up the following week. The price was a fair price for the area. The staff was great from start to finish. My vehicle was fixed right the first time and they answered any questions I had. Thanks to everyone for a great experience yall.

My biggest fear when working with auto shops is that I'm going to get be lied to about the work done or the work that is needed. It's always in the back of my mind. After my last visit to Malone's I know I wouldn't have to worry about it with them.My card had a sputtering problem, and after hooking it up and researching the code it it looked like an actuator problem($1,000+ just for the parts). So I bring it to them because I know I'm just good enough to make the problem worse if I try. You can imagine my surprise when I found out all it needed was an oil changed. They drove it a few time to make sure, and I've had the car for about 2 months no problem.

The perks of working with a small business is getting first class attention. The owner Stacy Malone is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The guy genuinely cares about getting your truck fixed the right way the first time. The staff was quick, friendly and were able to solve our engine problems cheaply. Ask for Chaz and Stacy!! They also extended the parking area which is a huge benefit to the area! Looking forward to bringing all my vehicles here if anything else comes up! If only he did motorcycles repairs with real bikes like Honda. Thank you again for the amazing job!! Will definitely be coming back with others!EDIT: Came in for my 100K maintenance items and they were quick and efficient! Belt, spark plugs, fluids, tires, etc knocked out in one drop-off! Thank you again!

I always take my vehicle to Malone s for all of my mechanic needs. He is very honest and knows what he is doing. He is also very affordable.I took my vehicle to a local oil changing place and they put too much oil in my vehicle, which caused it to throw a rod through the motor. If it wasn t for Stacy it would have never been discovered and I would have been responsible for a new motor but because of his expertise I was able to file it through my insurance and my insurance went after where I got my oil changed and all I was responsible for was the deductible. I m super grateful to Stacy for that. If you are looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic then you need to take your vehicle to Malone s.

Best shop I ve found in the Bossier/Shreveport area. Honest and quality work. I ve tried Roundtree (hit or miss), Wray (incompetent techs and liars), Benton Rd Auto, (mmm), and Red Line Performance (not very competent). Malone s far exceeds any of these.

Called and talked to Anna I believe. I called about getting my engine inspected in my 96 Bronco due to slight fuel smell when driving. The vehicle is in amazing shape with only 80k on it and drives like a champ. This business didn t even let me finish what I was saying (cut me off mid sentence) and basically refused to serve me as soon as they heard 96. I m military and it can be very hard to know who to trust because we move around so much so I was extremely disappointed. All I wanted was an inspection, I would have paid and they could have told me what they thought was wrong and then recommended some places to get it fixed if it was that big of a deal but they never even let me explain why I was calling and refused to see me. 1 Star is too many.

Malones is a great place to have your truck fixed. He loaned me one of his personal trucks to get a hotel room. Had my truck fixed the next day. If I ever brake down in Bossier City LA my truck will go back to his shop

My truck was overheating on a trip from Colorado to Bossier City . Looked at the reviews and took it to Malone's . Sure glad I did the head gasket was shot . Malone's got it right in and fixed in a very timely manner . Great service and back on the road to Colorado . Wished he had a shop here . Thanks for the great service

Was very impressed with the professionalism of this place. Was eager to answer my phone call and answer questions. The work was done spot on and I was even called to make sure I was satisfied. After dealing with Stacy s place I m not worried about the next time my vehicle breaks down. After all it s a Chevy, I ll be back.

The first time a brought my truck there the service was great. I had it back there and the problem I have is the people working on it were not the same and my front caliper bolt was not tighten and fell out which left me stranded in the middle of nowhere.

When it comes to diesel pickups these guys are the best!! Thanks again to Malone's! They got my busted radiator out and a new one in before I knew it and got me and my pilot truck back on the road. You guys rock!!!

They replace my old engine with a new engine. They did it faster than expected. I recommend going by to meet the owner awesome guy.

Easy to deal with and quality work I always get them to do my oil changes and they even did a leveling kit for my truck and aftermarket suspension on my racecar, they can do it all!

Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable on diesels. Their slogan should be Cut the guesswork out of diesel repairs. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
