Louisiana Glass was great in replacing our truck window in a hurry. Our window was shattered in a break-in, while visiting from out of town, and Louisiana Glass accommodated us immediately and replaced our window within 2 hours. Their prices are great too. We highly recommend Louisiana Glass!!

Louisiana Glass always takes care of me!They repaired a rock chip for me today and i found out that if the chip eventually turns into a big crack then the cost of the repair will go toward the price of a new windshield. These guys are the best!

Great customer service. Tech had me in and out within 30 minutes. Did a great job on my windshield. Although I decided to go through my insurance provider, the process was very simple and took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Louisiana Glass.

I called looking for a piece of glass for my coffee table. The gentleman I spoke with was so professional, courteous and friendly. He was very thorough and detailed and patient not to mention the service was done within hours and the price was very reasonable. It was a quick but valued and memorable transaction. I absolutely recommend!

Great place with quick service. I had a windshield replaced by a competitor only to find a stream of water pouring into my suburban the next morning during a thunderstorm. I went to Louisiana Glass that morning and they identified the problem and fixed it ASAP. I have used them ever since. Good people with good service.

I blew-out the windshield in my rig on a dead-head to South Florida and had to stop and get a replacement. Their shop was very organized and clean, and the staff was super helpful. They actually got me in right away because I was in a rush to my destination. The repair is still holding-up and no complaints. I'd recommend them to anyone and I wish they'd open a shop in Colorado!

FRIENDLY,BETTER QUALITY,ON TIME,CHEAPER PRICE-has all made replacing the windshield on my son's vehicle a joyous,stress-free experience-call these friendly folks first before the "repair or replace" people or the "sale 50% off" fly by night people!....at this Louisiana Glass shop the people and workshop says professional do right quality from the very start....can't put into words how awesome replacing a windshield is,but i can tell you to call these people first-don't mess with the others-they will do you right!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I ve used Louisiana Glass for windshield repair and home window repair and had excellent results with both. They answer the phone and return calls promptly and their service is fast, friendly, and priced with or lower than competitors. I ve received same day service each time I ve called, and the staff treats me more like a friend than a customer. I d recommend Louisiana Glass to anyone.

I don't believe reviews when people don't tell you who they are, do you? Look I work at a car dealership in Bossier and do not know Ken and his crew other than over the last 15 years they have installed over 500 windshields for us. They have installed glass doors in our dealership. They have replaced broken windows in our dealership. Why do we use them and only them....Service and Fair Pricing! They do what they say they are going to do at the price they say they are going to do it for. Have we ever had a problem, sure. Now and then! What happens...they take care of it as quick as they can and everyone leaves happy. Need glass? To me this is the only place in Bossier Shreveport to go!

Wow, I drove over 80 miles to have my windshield replaced here. I would gladly do it again if I ever need another one replaced. They were so helpful in setting up an appointment with Moffitt Mazda for a re-calibration of the camera. I drove from Louisiana Glass to Moffitt's and they were ready to take care of it. Thanks Blake for making things go so smooth.

Best windshield glass replacement service i ve ever experienced in this city, ever.Quality, professional, upbeat and courteous.Family owned and operated. Previously I ve used a national chain place 1/4 mile away (Safelight) and have had nightmarish service and repeated hostile conflict with the lady manager at the front desk. Can t believe I ve not discovered these guys before !!

My normal windshield guy is on vacation so I shopped around, called these folks and they won t repair cracks in windshields. They seem nice and all, but they do.not repair windshield cracks. So, I m sure business is good, I just need a windshield fixed like my regulat fellow can. I ll wait till he gets back from Barbados. The world has gone bizzaro. China gonna have an easy time invading us fo sho.

Ken Stephenson asked me to email him the estimate I obtained from another company so he could 'price adjust' his company's estimate a little lower so they/his company might secure the work, something I have since learned he should not have asked me to do that is fraud allegedly. Ken Stephenson told me this verbatim. I can not speak on his dealings with others, but this is precisely what Ken Stephenson communicated to me, and documentation of such corroborates my statements. I have the absolute right to post concerning 'my' experience with this company and its owners, as do others. This is his line of work, and I had the reasonable expectation that Ken Stephenson would practice professional business ethics. However, I learned after my experience with him, he did not. Blake Stephenson-Ken's son-became indignant for no reason, and attempted to assign his frustration to me rather than the actual cause-perhaps his and his father's attempt to have me send them something they should not have asked for in an attempt to act in a manner they know they should not which may be illegal allegedly. I do not appreciate this father-son duo and company attempting to take advantage of me or any other would-be customer simply because this is an industry whose inner workings are unbeknownst to us. Horrible. Considering, any company would be glad to accept business from me, there is no need for me to be perturbed about not conducting business with a company who may be attempting something I have been informed is allegedly fraud in the industry. Thus, it is preposterous for any business owner to erroneously assume any customer/potential customer would be perturbed about seeking another company whose business dealings may not consist of alleged fraud. I understand the owners may not relish me posting this review; however, it is a true account of my experience with them, and I have the right to post. I unwaiveringly state Ken Stephenson told me to send him an estimate I received from another company, and he would adjust his price a little lower than theirs. His exact words were "Why dont you email me their estimate, and I'll make mine similar to theirs just a few dollars cheaper." That is truth. If the owners are perturbed, they should be perturbed at themselves for their own acts.

I had them replace all the windows on the front of my house on 9/8/10. I requested low-E glass to help with the heat since my house is mostly windows. The cost was $3800. The windows they installed were labeled low-e but were hotter than my regular windows they replaced. It was so hot, it burns your hands to touch it. I called to complain and they said there wasn t anything they could do. They advised me to get window thermometers to monitor the temps but there wasn t much they could or would do. Stay away from this company! Never again! There s a photo of the work order on google maps if you want to see it.

The team at Louisiana Glass is exceptional! They have done a few projects around my house and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Scott, our project installer on our latest project, even went above and beyond by helping lift our new tub through the window opening before he finished installing the window.

Shopping for windshield replacement and was promised one price (around $225) I dropped the car off and then 30 min later recieved a call from them saying the price will be $100+ more then the original quote(now around $350). They stated that I was quoted a wrong glass, to me this is very poor customer service to promise one thing then try to flip the price just before the replacement. Luckily they did not remove my original glass and I picked my car up. I will never recommend this company to anyone that needs glass repair.

I would have to say getting excited about going to a glass store would not be something I would mark at the top of my list as something I would enjoy but These guys are AWESOME.They always make it easy to work with and are straight forward and dont give you the run around. I have been getting all my glass needs taken care of at Louisiana Glass for years and that will never change.Just good folks that are always working hard trying to make their customers day better.

Extremely helpful, USA OWNER UNLIKE THE OTHER CUT RATE GLASS COMPANY. STAND BEHIND PRODUCT, NO HIDDEN FEES OR SURPRISES. FAI PRICES, ALOT CHEAPER THAN MAIN COMPANY THAT INSURANCE COMPANIES TRY AND FORCE YOU TOO. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
