I would like to thank Lexi in Service for her most excellent customer service. My radio was defective and took it the dealership for replacement. She followed up with me the next day to inquire if service was to my satisfaction. There were some issues and I conveyed those to her and she set up special appointment for me on a Saturday as I work out of town during the week. She also referred me to the Service Manager, Mr Daugherty as a point of contact as well if needed. She is very diligent in taking care of the customers needs and also very good at Public Relations! She assured me that I have service needs in the future she would take care of me and I truly believe that!!! Thank you so much Lexi!!

Got an excellent deal on a 2016 Fiat 500X for my daughter. Jonathan, Keith and Kevin really know how to take care of their customers and work for the best deal possible. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed with both the Fiat line of cars and the dealership itself. I highly recommend Landers Fiat, I would definitely buy there again!!

I have visited Landers Fiat several times, bought a couple vehicles from them. I have always been blown away with their selection, customer service, & willingness to work with me on a deal. I will definitely go back when it is time for our next vehicle. Ask for Chris, great no pressure sales person & very professional.

I just bought a big beautiful Ram 1500 Big Horn Edition from Chris Luker at Landers Fiat, and it was painless. My husband and I trade in our cars pretty often, it's sort of become a joke in my family that every time they see us we are in new cars, so we have done business with most of the dealerships in town. Chris at Landers Fiat in Shreveport is awesome. He not only made us feel like we got a great deal on my truck he went out of his way, even after the sale, to make sure we got everything we wanted. Adding remote start to the truck was part of our deal and Chris made sure that process was as easy for me as possible. I assure you, we will be going back to Chris the next time we get ready for a new car.

We have bought 2 Fiat's and a used car from Landers and every time had great service and the sales staff were very helpful and nice to deal with. Our salesman was very informative and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend giving them a shot if you are in the market for a new or used ride. A+ guys and thanks.

I have bought 4 cars from Landers Fiat and all from the same salesman, Chris Luker. They have one of the best selection of automobile around and not only Fiat. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and this is where I always call first when in the market for another automobile. The service department is great also and very speedy when servicing my automobiles. These guys have there Staff together and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I have never seen a dealership so disorganized. I bought a new Fiat 500l here. The service center was more efficient only because that's where I spent most of my time. Then when I get an appraisal they laugh at me, too find out my care is worth 1/3 of the value.

I love my Fiat 500L! My salesman even called me last week to make sure I was still enjoying it. My favorite thing about the car is the awesome gas milage and of course the space I have with it. I especially love how many compliments I receive on my paint job. It's one of a kind. Definitely check the Fiats out if you're looking for something new & different. Be sure to ask for Chris Luker, salesman.

My wife and I were looking at used cars and they had the exact minivan that we were looking for. Test drove the vehicle, liked it, and went inside to do the paperwork. While we were doing the paperwork, someone else was looking at the minivan we were trying to buy, we got to the loan paperwork and miraculously the the bank was closed. So, they gave us a DIFFERENT minivan to drive for the night to "test drive" and to "use to hold the other van as collateral." We were actually told that if we drove a different vehicle, they could not sell the one we were looking at.... my fault for not listening to my gut that that sounded way out of place. We got back the next day to finalize the papers and low and behold, the van we were looking at was sold! At 10pm at night... thought the banks were closed?? So, they promised that they could find an exact same van, when they did a few hours later, it was in Texas and wouldn't be in till the next day.We go back the next day and it's not the same at all... it's a lesser model (which I found out later doing a VIN search) with way fewer options than the one we looked at originally, different color, and different price (my wife and I actually got a look at the bill of sale that they purchased it for... oopsie). They refused to make it right by installing the easy to install extra features we were lacking as well as bringing down the price because it was "as low as it could go".Few weeks later I called their service department with a question and the amount of rudeness that I received was amazing for a place that bases itself on customer service ... "Allow us to demonstrate our commitment to exceptional customer service!" (from their website) Perhaps they need to find a dictionary that has the correct definition of "exceptional" perhaps they read "inconsiderable" and thought that's how they should treat their customers. I actually heard the lady say to her coworker, "does this guy know he is calling a Fiat place, we don't have a Chrysler, how stupid... *click*"WILL NOT BE BUYING A CAR FROM THESE SHADY CON-ARTISTS!!!

My husband went here to get my new Fiat, he surprised me with. They went out of their way to make my surprise fantastic, big red bow everything amd when I went back to finish up my trade in I experienced very nice people. You expect car salesmen to be over nice but they really worked with us and helped us every way possible. Great selection, and they are timely and dont make you sit all day. Awesome! Highly recommend if you want a Fiat!

I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram from Landers Fiat and I worked with Chris Luker, he did an amazing job as a salesperson. The finance manager Kevin, had all of my paperwork handled in a prompt and timely manner. I will be purchasing another vehicle from here.

HORRIBLE. Not only did these guys try and bait and switch me at the end of the deal but they put an additional 3 inquiries against my credit score which I SPECIFICALLY asked them NOT to do. I told them where I wanted to be as far as price goes and they led me on to believe that they could sell the vehicle to me where I needed to be. So all in all what I got out of these was three hours of time wasted, me thinking I was going to get this truck then being let down, and my credit score moving down about 10 points. Don't waste your time with these guys they just want to screw you over like most sleaze bag car dealerships. Freaking pissed!

I can't say enough about the group at Landers Fiat in Shreveport! In particular - David Blumson. I went looking for a particular vehicle (needing used to avoid a $80K pricetag) and he never quit looking over a period of 7 months! Stellar service! He called me at least every other week and let me know what he found. One day I received "the call"- EXACTLY what I was looking for! He had it cleaned and ready to go for me in no time! You just don't find service like this anywhere else! This is my "go to" place for buying vehicles now and I recommend it to anyone in the market for new or used! :)

I had a appointment at 9 o clock to have arecall fixed for my truck. I got there at 830I went in they said it would be ready in late afternoon I said I would wait because I had no place to go. About 1045 someone came out and told me that the parts to fix it were not in. I think they should have better communication with departments so the customer does not have to go through this. There time is also valuable

Went to purchase a used vehicle from Landers. Terrible customer service....tried to test drive the vehicle we were interested in .. It had no gas! It took the sales guy 30 minutes to search for a gas can then wound up having to take it somewhere and put gas in. So after 45 minutes of waiting we got to test drive the car. When we returned we went inside to discuss the paperwork and pricing.... We were moved to three different offices and then finally wound up in the service department waiting area. Staff was rude and acted as if they could careless if our business was earned. I wouldn't recommend buying a wheel barrel from these people! #LANDERSSUCKS

My wife and I have purchased two Fiats from the same salesman, Chris Luker. Very professional and honest individual. The entire staff at Landers makes us feel welcome every time we are there.

Incompetence and deceitful. First vehicle we attempted to purchase was "bought" before we could seal the deal. Then they immediately found us a car that they purchased at auction. After 2 and a half weeks of waiting and trying to get information from them, they revealed that they had somehow "lost" the car at auction and couldn't find it. They immediately "found" a replacement and "knocked 1000 dollars off for our trouble" What they neglected to mention was the car was missing all of the features of the car we initially intended to by- classic bait and switch. In all they wasted a month of car searching and then tried to swindle us. Thanks for nothing. Do not recommend.

I bought a used car from them we took it for a test drive the seats wouldn't move to let the passenger out of the back. So they took it to get it fixed 2 weeks later same thing. It's fixed for now. The tire kept going low, they said it was a valve stem has not gone down since, but i turned the wheel and saw that there was cords hanging out of the tire on the inside. I contacted them to see what they were going to do about it being they said every car that is sold there has gone though the shop for inspection. Of course no word yet. So I have to probably buy new tires for a car I bought not even 3 weeks ago. Beware of the used cars at this dealership.

Got my Alfa Romeo 4c thanks to Landers. I live in the Dallas area but could not get the car locally. It is difficult to single out who made the difference but the whole team was professional diligent and delivered on all their promises. The transaction intra-state complications were handled beautifully. For me, the only minus is that they are 200 miles away from my town!!

my son bought a truck there and we live in TX... getting the paperwork done was the worst experience ever... it took almost 2 months to get the packet delivered to Harris County in TX for license plate and registration tag; in fact, i still haven't received them yet... since i had the tracking number (finally called the dealership to give me the tracking number), i contacted UPS to find out why it was delayed so long... they told me that the dealership had given a wrong shipping address & it wasn't corrected until about 5 weeks after. Mean time, the temporary tag is about to expire on my son't truck, I had to contact someone to get this situation corrected... Finally, after several emails to TX DMV office, they contacted me and told me that the package was delivered on 8/4/15 because of the wrong address dealership presnted to UPS..but they kept on saying that they shipped the paperwork on 6/25/15. they are a bunch of incompetent people working there & will never buy another vehicle from them!!

The lady that I spoke to was very rude but she told me to bring it in. When I brought my car in for the services she said she never told me to bring it in and their fiat mechanic wouldn't be in until the next day. She was as rude in person as she had been on the phone. I was unhappy but went back the next day. When I arrived the next day I was sent to speak with their manager for a scolding because the lady said I had cussed her out - not my style - and then refused service.

Worse service ever!!!! Salesman tried to jack me around in the price and sell it to me for $53,000. When they had it listed at $45,000. Screwed me around for two days!!!!! Then on top of that the truck broke down before I even made my first payment needing a turbo, Knox module, and O2 sensors and I had to bring it to a different place to get fixed. After all this I tried calling to purchase a extended warranty and they wouldn't sell it to me cause I had to bring it to them but I can't drive it anywhere because it's in the shop getting fixed and they want to get an attitude with me like I've done something wrong and I'm inconveniencing them with my problems. SCREW LANDERS!!!!

Good selection of new vehicles. Motivated sales staff... but the "59 minute car deal" must only apply if you did everything on their website before showing up to even look at the vehicle.

Fiat needed servicing under warranty as it died. Landers fiat made it easy to have it fixed even though I was in New Orleans 315 Miles away! Great Service!

Constantly posting vehicles online that do not exist on the lot. They will tell you that they were just takin to wholesale. At this time, they are listing 3 Jeep Liberty/ patriots. They will tell you the have them in stock and on the lot until you get there to look / test drive and then you will sit for an hour in a salespersons office while they try and locate a vehicle that's not on the lot

Chris Luker helped me find 2 vehicles I was in search for.. A '15 GMC XL & a '13 Camaro ZL1.. He found one in California the other in Florida.. They arrived in good time.. The buying experience was quick & painless.. I don't have spare time to be sitting around any dealership.. Any issues we had Chris provided vehicles & even dropped off the cars when done.. go.see.chris.
