Warranty repair for bad headlight, took 4 weeks to get in. 4 weeks, this is not only a safety issue it renders the truck illegal to operate at night.Waited my 4 weeks, showed up for appointment, sir we ll have to see if the part is in stock then proceed to tell me leave the truck and it ll be ready in 48-72 hours. I d leave 0 stars if possible, never heard anything good about this service dept. The service dept will kill future sales.

My fianc�e took my vehicle for service today while I was at work and had nothing but great things to say. Not only did they call me before allowing her to make any decisions on my vehicle, they also helped out with mentioning a bundle deal for the services I needed. While there she was checked on and made to feel at home. It s very rare you have great customer service and Preston was that and more for us.Services: Tires, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Having an Alfa Romeo or Fiat in the area makes having quality places to have your oil changed very limited. Landers has serviced my vehicle for the past 60k miles, yet today I was denied service as they don't stock the oil filter. That was the story the lady gave me that walked out of the service managers office. If you don't want to service Alfa or Fiat anymore, say it. Although that is piss poor customer relations since Landers sold both not too long ago. But she had to lie. No oil filter? It is the same filter used on so many jeep and dodge vehicles like the 2.0 jeep or the 5.7 hemi ram 1500. Maybe you should remove the name Mopar express lube since you are refusing to service all members of the Mopar (Stellantis) family.Service: Auto maintenance

I wish I had read these reviews before I brought my vehicle there for repairs. Absoloutely worst service ever. My truck is suffering the same symptoms 30 days after so called repair and when I called for an appointment to fix it; they gave me an appt 30 days out. Never again!!!

Tried to make this read as well as I could but these note were taken throughout my service as they were happening.-Jeep brought in on the 17th, we made an appointment and waited 2 weeks to get in.-Upon arrival, we were told that it would be 72 hours to troubleshoot and call back.-This is unacceptable for an appointment. If I were a walk-in, that is understandable, but if I make an appointment, I should be getting a call the same day.-On the topic of walk-ins. We were told that they were not an option and that we would have to make an appointment. When asked about our 4WD warning light, they said it would be fine to drive on while we wait for our appointment. Upon checking in and figuring out the wait time for parts, the said that we could not drive on it or else it could damage our car further.-We ended up receiving a call around noon on the 17th with our trouble shooting results. This was great news and turn time seeing as they mentioned 72 hours earlier that day.-We were told that the issue was a transfer case motor and the cost was ~$1500. ~1K of that is parts, the other is labor. (Part is 300-700 Online)-The part needed to be ordered and took 3-4 days to come in. This to me is unacceptable as well. It is outrageous that I go to the dealership for services and they do not carry commonly bad parts on hand.-The part issued late Thursday. It was not until Monday morning at 0730 that I received a call (After me calling multiple times) saying that the motor did not fix the problem and that they needed to replace a module.-This module is ~$700 and is also not in stock. (part is 300-400 online).-7 days into a scheduled appointment and I am ~$2200 in and waiting another 3-5 days for a part that may not fix the problem.-Seeing as the service to this point was taking longer than expected and was getting expensive we asked if there was anything the dealership could do in terms of a loaner car or discount.-The service rep said no for the loaner, they would only allow us to use a rental from the dealership if they had some but had to talk to the rental department when they opened.-For the price of repair cost this far they said there is nothing more they can do.The second part was ordered on a Monday and I did not receive any follow up calls throughout the week to tell me the status of my part or vehicle. The only call I received was Friday when the part came in and was installed.I picked up the car and they applied a discount to the price. This is what bumped my rating from a 2 start to a 3 star.*A theme throughout the whole experience was customer service that was a bit disappointing. Every time I called, I would get routed to the operator which was a machine. Then select service, only to be greeted by another operator that would ask who my servicing representative was. Once transferred to my servicing rep, most of the time it would go to voicemail. My assumption is due to the rep being busy (not their fault). Once I called twice, back to back to tell the second operator that I just wanted to know if my vehicle was ready for pick-up and they went through the normal questions of who my rep was. When I told them that they did not answer, they asked if I left a voicemail and offered to transfer me to them again. Not being able to talk to another rep is not very good customer service for a dealership.If I got this service at your local john repair shop, it would be 4 start services. Because this is a dealership, my standards are higher, hence the low rating.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This Jeep store doesn't even have a car, but tells customers to come to the store unconditionally saying they have such a car. I don't even apologize. In such dishonest stores, even if you buy a car, there is a very high possibility that it will be sold at a high price. Be careful.

Takes forever to get an appointment; just to find out although you have an appointment it ll be a while before they can even look at your vehicle. They do not offer loaner vehicles but recommend you rent a car.

If I could give zero stars and leave a comment I would. Absolutely horrible service each and every single time my wife's car has been here (still under warranty). Always try to give us the run around on any service done. Will never buy a vehicle from landers again and will definitely be using another dealership for future business.

Make an appointment 3 weeks out. Drop it off and they say it s going to be 3-4 days before they can even get in to be looked at!
