Very unprofessional, said they worked on motor, he never did. Had to get somebody else to work on it. Very rude, bad customer service. If ypu want to get ripped off this is your place.

I had been looking for partsfor my heads, I called AMS RACING and spoke with Raymond, told him what I was looking for and he told me to give him 45 minutes and he would call me back.He did and had found the parts I needed and got them ordered for me.In my opinion, this type of customer service doesn't hardly exist anymore. I will be a returning customer.I have no problem giving 10 'sDonald Speck

Best machine shop in town.. Been around for well over a decade +. Had an old 5.0 rebuilt for my old 89 mustang back in the days. Did a great job then so i would only expect them to do just as good a job now..

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I trusted Kittler's with my parts, instead of doing work to the heads I took in, which took them 4 months to even do anything, they switched my 68 bbf heads for 73 heads, thinking I wouldn't notice. So if you are considering having them do work for you, I would think twice!!!

Service realy sucks! Took my siera with new camed 5.3 to be tuned and they couldn't get it! charged me $350 plus tax kept my truck one day first trip and two days second trip And will not give me a refund.All said and done I took it to a shop in Oakgrove La and they had no problem with tune, truck runs like a champ building around 400 hpSo let's add this up.4 days work\ $1120gas money\$450Crapy tune\$383Perfect tune\$385Total.....$2338my advice on a tune is make the drive to Oakgrove and visit Mad Tunes Racing!

I used to work for them. Horrible people that treat their employees like trash and they treat each other with the same level of disrespect.

Just wanted to update what's going on with Kittler's / AMS. I left a review almost 3 months ago and the problem has not been resolved. We took heads to Kittler's. to have them ported and polished. After waiting almost 4 months for them to do anything they gave me different heads. When confronted, Kittler insisted that the ones he gave me were better. If I had wanted some like he gave me that's what I would have taken him. All I want is to get the heads I took him in the first place, give him these heads he swapped, and get my money back to take my heads elsewhere . He say's he can't do that!! Why not? I should be able to get my heads I took in to begin with and get my money back because you didn't do what you were paid for! If you thinking about using them, I would think again!

They resurfaced a flywheel for me I got out of the junk yard. It had some blueing and small cracks they cleaned it up good and fast looks pretty and new. Same day turn around.

Raymond and them built a V6 engine to be installed in a teenage boys 4WD truck .... The engine outlasted EVERYTHING else on the truck ! So if you want it squared away the first time take it to Kittlers !!!

I recommend nobody to every go to Kittlers Automotives in Bossier, they bad in business and they counter worker has a bad attitude and mouth.....your warranty on a motor rebuild not guaranteed like they will tell you....they beat me out of $5,946.64 in total before coming back to spend another $320 and my motor started running hot and now they don't want to fix it I just recommend you to go to a real car dealership because they told me $3k for my motor rebuild and I ended up paying extra and my motor still was having problems afterwards

Took motor back for warranty and they replaced a head thinking I wouldn t notice and said nothing was wrong with it and charged me over $300. So much for a warranty. Never again.

used them for years and have always been impressed with their work. best machine shop in the ark-la-tex as far as i'm concerned.

My father in law got his truck worked on here and they promised him they could do something they could not and charged him for it and didn't fix the problem!
