Joe Hudson's Collision Center is more than a place that puts broken cars back together. Believe me, they do that quite well and efficiently. It's a place that believes in honest feedback and outstanding customer service.Joe, Andrew, and Mason assessed my issue accurately, fixed it quickly, and had me back on the road a lot faster than expected. They provide good old fashioned service with modern technology. Want to go somewhere where they care about both the quality of the work and the people? Joe Hudson's Collision Center is it.

This team went above expectations! And this wasn t an easy repair. Finding parts when the dealers were on strike, dealing with my insurance (this was a BIG problem), and so much more! This is a great shop and you can t ask for a better team to handle your repairs. I had a freakin tree fall on my truck! And now it looks showroom ready!! Amazing!! Thanks to Mason and his team!! They were great!!

Customer service was amazing! The work was incomparable!!! Great job! Very refreshing to have a service done professionally and perfectly. Mandy is wonderful, accommodating, and an asset to the company. The guy was super courteous, didn t get his name though. May have been Mason, idk

If I ever needed repair work again (Lord, I hope not :)), I would highly recommend. Mason was very polite, respectful, and timely. I was kept up-to-date on the progress being made. He also explained everything well and only wanted the best for me as a customer. Thank You, Mason. Much appreciated and the car looks great!

Profesional and friendly with amazing customer service. My car needed body work and repairs. Mason and his staff did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for any auto body repairs.Update. I had to have auto body repairs made 11 months after posting this review. I need a good bit of work done due to storm damage. Once again Mason and his team were amazing. The communication and professionalism was top notch. Even with all the set backs due to my insurance company Mason stayed professional and honest with me. He made sure the necessary repairs were made and that the insurance company paid for the additional ones. I could not be happier the 2nd time around. I will continue to use Joe Hudson Collision and repair as long as Mason is there!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Don't get your vehicle serviced by Joe Hudson Collison in Bossier City. The took an additional 2 weeks past the original exit date to give me back my vehicle. When I received it back they put my engine shield on the wrong way which led to damage to the shield they installed. Then quoted me a $550 price to fix the work even though they said they would replace the parts they worked on at no cost when I got it back.

Mason and Mandy went above and beyond for me and helped me even get my car rental figured out as I was having trouble with enterprise. Mason took me to enterprise and stayed until I got the rental- enterprise wouldn t come and pick me up and I had to get to work! I am super happy with their customer service!!! Joe Hudson's recently handled a claim I had after a pretty significant car accident. They did a great job. They were knowledgeable and professional! Communication was top notch. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
