Less than an hour, in and out.Great customer service, everyone was so friendly.And a great price, cheapest I could find in town.Sento was the absolute best!

It took them exactly two hours to put my glass in. They also had to fix my rubber gasket when came loose. The price was fair and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Jason and Chris came out to help me with a leak on my residential window. They went above and beyond to help me try and diagnose the issue. Ultimately, the issue was outside of their scope, but nevertheless they were extremely professional, helpful, and on-time. Definitely honest guys - I will choose to work with Glass Services in the future. They DID NOT ask me to write this review.Service: Window repair

I showed up at 8:00 and was back in my truck at 8:48! Amazing service! I know it can t and won t work like this for everyone but my experience was great! I will recommend all people to this location. Called about a crack and needed to get it done ASAP gentleman informed me that I could come right on got there was greeted and they made me feel like family. They moved quick and efficiently and kept me updated on the progress in which they stated it would be a hour maybe two and it was ready in the time they stated. Most definitely will be back for future needs. Great people.

I had my windshield replaced here and got a new inspection sticker. They were able to get me in an hour after I called and my car was ready to pick up in just two hours!! Excellent service and nice people! I recommended my husband get his windshield replaced here and he did, he s very happy with the service too.

Had our windshield replaced only to find it was chipped when wife brought vehicle home, they did warranty and replace. Once replaced the second time I had to bring vehicle back again for wiper adjustment and trim repair.They did make good on their errors, however having to return twice for completion was unsatisfactory.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very pleased with Glass Services. They repaired my windshield and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Called insurance and got approval and it was no cost to me!

I needed a state vehicle inspection. I was there about 10 minutes, no waiting. People were very nice and efficient. They didn't just "lick and stick" the decal. Someone took it to the garage area in the back and actually inspected my car. Highly recommend.

I just gave them 5 stars. They replied so fast after saying thanks I thought I'd add a message. The bossier store helps me in a monthly basis and I can get glass cut while I wait and it's never wrong. They almost won't let me carry it myself which shows good service. The front desk is always quick and thier prices are good.

If i could give them 10 stars i would. I had my windshield replaced they were on point! They came picked my truck up and returned in about 2 hours. I definitely would recommend them.

My brother got his windshield replace about 2 weeks ago, and now the weather strip comes out when you are driving and slaps again the roof and leaves a black residue. It s like they didn t glue it back. We will be finding a new glass store from now to needles to say and everyone I have contact with will be notified of the poor job.

Fast service,however limited warranty on rock chip work.i had to sign a consent form prior to them doing the work.
