What can I say I don t think there s enough space here but I ll start with Terry was extremely unprofessional rude aggressive and very aggravating to deal with when expressing my concerns she didn t care to listen didn t fix anything that was the real issue with the vehicle car still rattles drives rough says there was an alignment done but there was not I ve had to replace the wheel bearing that was damaged on the passenger side because it wasn t checked thoroughly they are just there to make a quick buck don t care for their customers and have the worst customer service I ve ever seen I m still slowly working on my car after getting it back from Gerber collision I highly recommend no one take their vehicle there I wish it was still cbs Collision Not to mention they can t even match paint

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They contacted me every day I was going through my ordeal to inform me of what was happening and I really appreciated the caring nature of everyone. Very professional company Thanks Y'all

Several months ago, I had a fender-bender and brought my car here. CBS Collision (now Gerber Collision & Glass) had my rear bumper replaced and painted to match the body color. But for some reasons, the paint peeled off. Then I made a review and Gerber Collision had my car re-scheduled for painting. They eventually did the re-painting and it has been about a year now since then and no peeling off of the paint.Very GRATEFUL and THANKFUL that they did the repainting of the rear bumper.Service: Painting

Extremely good work and top quality repair. They stayed in contact throughout the entire time they had my car in the shop. Explained what they had to do and how long it would take. Gave advanced notice of receiving parts taking longer than expected, which was not there fault, but we re very apologetic. Picked up an immaculately clean vehicle. Will definitely use them again and feel confident referring them.

I took my car in to be repaired after someone hit me and throughout the entire process they were thorough and explained everything about the process. They gave me an estimate of about 7 days for my car to be done when I took it in Tuesday afternoon but by Friday they were done. The quickness of the job doesn t mean they rushed it because my car looks amazing and I d definitely use them again. Excellent service from start to finish. I received almost daily calls with updates on my daughter's car. The repair was flawless. Her car looked better than it did when we bought it. Excellent body work and even better customer service. We will absolutely recommend anyone that needs collision repair to go here.

CBS Collision was such a nice place to do business with. They kept me updated on every step of my auto collision repair. I ve never had an autobody place do that for me so it was so great to get those notices. The staff was also incredibly friendly. CBS did an incredible repair and paint job on my truck. It is not possible to see ANY of the damage from a recent accident. My truck is 14 years old, but it looks brand new where they worked on it. They kept me up to date with text messages to let me know where in the process they were on it. There were no surprises, except how awesome it looked when I got it back. This is not the first time I've used CBS. I hope I don't have to again, but if I need body work in the future, CBS it is.Services: Full body wash, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Had a very good experience with CBS. Everyone was friendly and professional. Repaired our vehicle quickly and sent us texts several times throughout the process to let us know how it was going and update us on when they would be finished. Car looks great.

Outstanding service. Lady at the front was very helpful and the repairs for hail damage left my brand new car looking spotless. I did the estimate with a company scheduled by my insurance but with the estimate in hand they scheduled me right away. The original estimate called for a roof replacement but they were able to avoid cutting the roof and worked the dents out flawlessly. Great customer service, very professional.

I waited to to rate the company because I wanted to see if they would do the right thing. It was worth it. At the time of this rating I my vehicle a day and a half. The work done on the driver's side door and quarter panel was great. However, they broke the small black paneling in the inside behind the door handle. I didn't know it until I made my first stop after leaving the shop. When I got in and closed the door the paneling fell to the floor. Of course this was at a time when I didn't have time to return. However, I called the shop back and explained the situation. The person I spoke with knew immediately what I was referring to and offered to order the piece and repair it a no extra charge to me (which I don't believe it should be if I've already paid for said repairs.) Thank you CBS-1 Collision for being a reputable company! I would definitely consider you if these types of services is needed again.

I had CBS Collision conduct paint correction and rear bumper replacement. The work looks great and they kept to the timeline given for the work to be completed. After getting my vehicle back I seen they had cleaned the whole vehicle inside and out. Even though it was a complentery service they did an amazing job with that as well. I definitely recommend CBS collision and will be using them again if needed.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

2020 High quality workmanship, extremely pleasant staff. If the need arises I will definitely use them again. 2022 Update! Have again used this company to repair one of my vehicles. They did not disappoint. Superior workmanship and service. Was always kept informed of what and when things were being done.

I dropped this car off and they made everything super easy, taking care of everything through my insurance company. The ladies were extremely friendly and professional, and the company texted me updates of what they were doing and deadlines and such. Excellent worked performed to fender bender, worked through insurance adjuster. Initial 2-3 day estimate, only lengthened to 1.5 weeks based on supplemental, which CBS coordinated with insurance without trouble. Excellent communication from CBS to me via text feature, enabling me to plan throughout. Would recommend to others in need of auto body work!

My truck was damaged in a hail storm and badly in need of repairs. CBS Collision was able to inspect my vehicle, schedule a drop off time, and return my vehicle to me in less than a weeks time. They are extremely professional and their work is top notch. Thank you CBS!

Needed a new rear bumper, associated parts plus paint. Went in on a Thursday afternoon for a quote, dropped off the truck on Tuesday morning, got a call Thursday afternoon saying ready for pickup. Excellent paint job, matches perfectly, you'd never know it wasn't the original part. I'll be going here for any future needs and will recommend to everyone I know of that needs collision work.

I needed front end repairs after a fender bender. I was expecting it to take a while. Here it is only a week and a half and it's completely done. It looks fantastic and they washed it too. Looks like a brand new car. Highly recommend them!

After a serious wreck in my nearly brand new Toyota Tundra while heading east on I-20, I truly thought the collision damage was so severe, unrepairable, and a total loss.CBS Collision proved me wrong. My nearly totaled truck was restored to right off the lot and factory condition two weeks ahead of schedule.Even more, the office staff is top notch. From continuous phone call updates to catering to the specific needs of the customer, they go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Because of this, CBS offers so much more value than their competitors.

Second visit to CBS and have been more than impressed. They keep you up to date on the status of your vehicle, are courteous and professional. If you have a question the front office can't explain they call one of their techs to respond to any concerns you might have.

The work just wasn't done... When you come to the certified by manufacturer shop, you're expecting your car to be repaired ideally. That was not the case. I mentioned specific mechanical problem, and was expecting that time will be spent on that issue. No. They painted it instead. My time, unpaid salary and insurance money just was wasted. I hope owner is happy...Update:So you lied me that you delayed my car because of painting... Good. I didn't ask to resolve the scuff. My main concern was gap. The car was in the shop for a week and you "resolved" the problem in 30 mins. The next day gap is back. The body work - is about aesthetics. When left gap is 1/8 and right gap is 1/4 - that means that work wasn't done.I'm not saying that your location is not professional or every job you do is bad. No. I'm saying that in my case - you didn't do anything. And I don't have possibility to drop my car again. No more free days. If that makes any sense to you.

CBS did a excellent job repairing my chevy impala. They were quick with repairs and was very deligent with keeping me up to pair with the status of my car while at the shop by sending me updates everyday via text. I would recommend there business to anyone looking for good quality work with good quality customer service.

Despite scheduling setbacks created by the COVID-19 situation and numerous local vehicles damaged by hail, CBS Collision was able to get my vehicle into the shop reasonably timely and did a great job with the repair. Michele at the desk kept me up-to-date on the repair status and was always friendly and courteous when I had questions.

I am in awe at the complete disrespect I received by CBS Collision - Bossier. If I could rate them less than a one here, I certainly would. I called to get my vehicle scheduled for repair after the hail storm. I had a poor customer service experience with the lady at the front desk after originally getting the estimate and was going to transfer the repair to Shreveport. After being told that the process would need to start over (new estimate), I decided to settle and call Bossier to have repairs done despite original experience. The lady who I encountered this morning was very argumentative, called Shreveport to get a repair date (even after I told her I'd already spoken with them and wanted to just have car repaired in Bossier), and she slammed the phone down in my face. I cannot imagine a business owner allowing an employee to disrespect a customer or prospective customer of mine, and cost me 12k in business. She deserves to be terminated. It is inexcusable, and you'd think people would have human decency and respect with all that's going on in the world. Utterly disgusting and I wish I'd never listened to the person who referred me to this place.
