Crew stayed late to get all their customers taken care of. Went to the big tire shop just south of here but they didn t want my business, as I wasn t needing to buy $2,500 worth of tires today, so they lost a sale and a customer. They should probably teach their employees how to respect customers as well.However, Geno s will be getting my work and money from now on.Customer Service is definitely important, and you nailed it.Thanks Guys!!

I had a flat tire close to the shop, Geno came out there and personally took the lock off(that I didn t have the lock for :(. and changed my brand new tire and only charged me $40 extra for the Roadside assistance Thank you Geno!!

Geno was very professional and helpful ! He got me in and out with two new tires in less than 20 minutes. The prices were the best that I have seen for new tires ! 10/10 highly recommended

I highly recommend Geno s Discount Tire to anyone! They don t just sell tires, they look out for their community. I went to get one used tire and after giving His honest opinion, I left with rotated tires, 2 practically brand new tires and got to take my old ones with me!!!

Geno was very helpful and nice, i was in a tight situation and he told me instead of calling a tow truck that he would personally come out and grab my tire and fix it then bring it back, and i was at the brookshires and i didn t have to call a tow truck and saved some money on the tire as well . definitely recommend, thanks Geno you got my family s business for sure .

Was needing one tire and I ended up financing a whole set for only 50 down. Gave me 3 months to pay it off same as cash. Highly recommend, A lot more affordable and helpful thank you Geno!

Came here with a flat tire and the guys at Geno's were so friendly and helped us get back on the road in no time. Seriously, we were out of there in less than 10 minutes. And they were very reasonable with their price. Highly recommend this place.

Got 3 used tires from this place because I couldn't afford the new set yet. They fixed me up all 3 times for $32 and these are some surprisingly good looking tires. I had a problem with one of them, and the manager told me to come right back and he rebalanced it for me for free, they do cheap brake jobs as well, $15 I believe.

Went in was going to get a tire didn't have size i needed. Ok, I asked how much it would cost to put air in my tire he said which one I told him I didn't know he said to check the air in my tires he would charge me $5 I can get air in my tire for 75 cents and all four tires

Wanted to charge me $15 per a $2 valve stem. Don't waste your time or hard earned money plus no speaking English in America ain't cool!
