I've been using Gene's tire for years now, don't trust those other fly by night shops. Had a slow leak in a tire that was taking about 2 weeks before my low tire sensor would indicate a low tire. I could not find th eleak any where. Went in and they found the issue. I never would have found it. Leak was from what looked like a sewing needle. I highly recommend this place.

I can t count the number of tires I ve purchased from Doug. He and his team are the BEST . Great products/wonderful service/ great prices! I ve recommended Gene s Tire to my friends and co-workers: Everyone that has used Gene s has come back sold on the products and services!

Friendly people, quick service, and the lowest price I found in town. Doug was very professional and friendly. He and the other employees were courteous and quick. I'll definitely be back and recommend them. They had the lowest price on my nitto tires. EDIT: I did what I said and came back for a new set of tires on 12/07/20. Doug answered the phone and actually remembered me. I told him what I needed and he quoted me a price over the phone. Again, his price was lower than anyone else that I'd talked to. He was straightforward, honest, and stuck to the price that he quoted me over the phone. I'll be back again. These people are true professionals and honest. It's hard to find that anymore.Edit as of January 2023:I went and saw Mr. Doug to purchase my 3rd set of tires. Gene's Tire has become my go-to tire store from now on. Low prices,no B.S. and friendly customer service has earned my repeated business.

Excellent service. Gene's Tires called me 1st thing this morning to let me know that my set of tires had arrived. I got there about 10:45am and left about 12:15pm very satisfied. All the guys there were very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. The installation price on their tires are very competitive. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back (not too much hopefully).

I come to Gene's Tires each time I need new tires, or a patch done, as I seem to be a nail and screw magnet. Doug is the owner and he is such a great guy! He's honest, he will not take advantage of anyone and that is one of the main reasons I come here. I'm here now. I called to say I need a new tire, bc one of mine isn't holding air. Figured it would cost me $100 for a new tire. He just came to tell me it just needs a patch. That's honesty and that's what this world needs more of. I will come here as long as he is here and I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs tires or just a patch. Great place to buy tires and have good conversation.

Pleasantly nice staff, from the front desk, to the car bay. They are Very knowledge, but do not come across condescending. (A bonus for sure.) When it comes to their capability, please do not let the moderately sized exterior fool you; they have what you need, or they can most probably get it for you with haste.If you have tire and wheel needs, give them a chance. To revisit my first word in this review, I believe you will be Pleasantly surprised!

I have known Gene and "Doug" for forty years long before their Tire and Brake Service Center and have had great sevice expierence. I will use no one else when it comes to my wheel or tire service needs. Or rather I don't trust anyone else when it involves my vehicles.Always excellent sevice and care, thanks fellers....

I had a flat and this shop hooked me up with a "like new" tire for $40 they changed it and everything!

Man these guys are awesome, service at this place is top notch. Above and beyond other tire shops. They have fixed me up a few times. I will continue to go back there.

Passing thru in our Motorhome and stayed overnight at Diamond Jacks. Google recommended this tire shop as we needed a tire repaired on our tow car. Excellent, fast friendly service close to the RV park.

I have been going to Gene's tire for several years. Whether it is aftermarket, stock replacement or just a plain old flat, they always take good care of me. Zero complaints from me and great customer service.

This place is great, i bought some tires at home here in Texas. my family and i took a road trip to bossier city, my truck shook the whole way there.. i woke the next morning and started googleing tire shops close to my hotel room and found Gene's Tire. i called him up explained my problem, he said well we acctually closed 10min ago. but come on down and ill see what i can do for you. i showed up 20min later he had my tires balanced and it was a smooth ride all the way back to Dallas Tx. cant thank you enough.

Been buying tires here for years. Don't even look anywhere else. When I need tires I go straight to Gene's and I live in Minden. Best service you'll find. No doubt.
