They were so understanding and let me in last minute! There was a possibility my tire could have blown up if I went back home. They really took care of me and made sure everything was fine with my car!

If I could give a half Star I would have.I went in with air-conditioning issues. They repaired it, however the heater stopped working.I was told that they needed a part.we made the appointment to get it repaired.When I showed up for the appointment they said I would be walking around in an I left it there and 8 hr later it still hadn't been worked on. After yet another appointment fiasco with no results. I take it in today and instead of them taking ressponsibility of repairing it correctly. I was given a estimate of $1900. To repair what was not broken from the original issue.

These guys are professional and very knowledgeable about total car care. I would recommend having my car serviced and maintained. Even gave me a ride home. Thank you for your integrity and honesty about my car issues.

Save your time. Scheduled and appointment, showed up 10 min early, was told it would be about an hour, came back an hour and a half later and they hadn t touched it. I ve never had a problem with Firestone, it must just be this location.

Extremely rude and impatient. They didn't give you enough time to discuss the issue and wanted you to make decision in a hurry. They also refused to do the free brake pad change service under warranty and asked you to go the shop where you purchased. I called Firestone customer service and was told that they shouldn't refused.

Jeremy and Ed are awesome and do a great job on my BMW. The only place I trust for my car. Great people and they keep my car running perfectly at 160,000 miles

Firestone always gets whats wrong, helps me with any discount that may be available, the staff is always friendly, and they are always very quick getting my vehicle back to running again!

Great location, Dillards is directly across the street. You can go shopping or grab a bite to eat while waiting. Waiting room is clean. Staff is informative and friendly. Staff was accommodating after having a difficult experience at another chain store. I left with confidence and they gave me print outs of everything they checked on my vehicle, which I did not receive at the other chain store. I will definitely use them in the future. The waiting room was full of repeat customers. They restored my belief and confidence in the Firestone chains. Thank you

I went in knowing I would need a battery replacement due to a dead cell. The workers were very professional and the facility wasn't terribly busy. They took a little long but my management card likely slowed the process down.All in all they did a good job without any difficulty. Recommended.

It's a long drive for me to a Firestone Complete Auto Care, but worth the trip. They did good work and had me on my way on time. This location was repairing an issue from another location that I'd been going to for years (I just moved). There is a nice sitting area.

Came in for an oil change and slow air leak on a tire. Sat there for nearly 3 hours only for them to tell me they couldn t find the leak. No big deal, it s a slow leak that I can t find either. I m looking at my ticket and realize they didn t change my oil. When I asked about it, they said they knew nothing about it and the old man behind the counter said he didn t create my ticket. Zero accountability from these people. I knew I was doomed when the 2 guys in front of me both complained as they were leaving. 1 guy said they didn t rotate his tires correctly, while the other said they forgot to air up one of his tires. They did at least own their mistakes with the other 2 guys. This place is terrible. It s a work/fleet car so I m forced to use corporate places like this that care zero. If you re paying, go somewhere else.

Had to make an emergency stop on a road trip with my family. A mechanic came in on his day off to make sure we were back on the road in a matter of hours, working us seamlessly into their busy schedule. They even helped us make sure no one left anything on our way out.

Great customer service. Needed to get my tire fixed, was in and out in 45min. He even mentioned that my tires needed to be replaced soon. Highly recommend!

I have a service agreement that is usually very annoying for the employees to work with but Curtis handled it over a course of more than 2 hours, all on a busy day. Do not be like me (service agreement on a busy day after a holiday) but probably strive to be like Curtis (cool, collected, diligent)Service: TiresService: Tires

I brought my BMW in to replace a tire at the Bossier City, LA location on E. Texas St. Chris (very nice guy) told me the service guy had a hard time getting it off so it took a little longer than expected. When I received my car back, I realized the air pressure sensor wasn t working. I called and they told me to bring it in next day. When I brought the car back, a guy (didn t catch his name) told me the rim was cracked and that I had hit something. I explained that I had not hit anything and that I went no more than 2 miles up the road when I realized the sensor wasn t working. The service guy then said well it must have happened before you brought the car in but I know my guys didn t damage your rim . (This guy I m guessing the store manager wasn t even there the initial day I brought my car in so how could he know what had happened) My boyfriend asked, if the damage was made before why didn t they catch it before they put the tire on . Also the tire that was replaced wasn t leaking air ( it had been check before and we only brought it in because it was an old tire) But the new tire they put on was flat in the matter of 15 hours . Side note: I brought my car in at the beginning of the year and the same thing happened. I was also told I had cracked the rim and had to replace it before they could put the tire on. I m thinking they may have cracked that one as well but I took their word for it. Back to the present: With the location of where they said the rim was cracked at there was no way it could have happened without me damaging my car as well. We spoke to the area manager (Brandon) and all he could say is I know my guys didn t do that .. they refuse to take responsibility. Now a $340 tire job has turned into $950. I have seen other reviews on the site. I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this location. This is crazy!! People please take heed!!!!! I wouldn t recommend anyone to use this location.Service: Tires

If you just drop it off. You will get anything you want for a decent price. The staff are outstanding but I could see they are low on staff. Doing something mechanical the right way is not instantaneous. Everyone be patient, and these guys will take care of you properly!

Great service. They were very professional and was able to install 4 tires and align the front end in a couple of hours. Very happy with the Bridgestone tires as they ride well and are very quiet.

I like Firestone the men there Brandon and Chris are all nice I been a customer there for 5 years great service and they try to help u with your budget too they don't try to get over on me because I'm a woman. I recommend this Bossier location.

02-25-2022: Another fantastic round of services performed on my vehicle in record time even though they were severely short-staffed. Well done! Keep up the great work quality & customer service level. It is clear that the employees here are well taken care of. If anyone is looking for a job these days & is qualified to work here, you should make a beeline for this store. You won't regret it.
