Just outstanding. We had a nail in a tire while on vacation. Arrived at 0815 in a pouring rain. After conferring with the young man, decided to get four new tires. I left at 8:55, able to continue our trip home. Great friendly people. Such a positive experience.

I caught a screw in my tire and limped in here on my spare without an appointment. They got me in quickly and fixed the tire right away. Very friendly and unbeatable price. Thank you!

I needed to get two new back tires, it was done very fast very professionally. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable they even aired up my two front tires to spec. It's been a couple days so far everything is great.

Customer service: 4/5Speed of service: 5/5Environment: 5/5Bought a brand new car couple months ago and had already run over a nail. I took my car here for servicing and they removed the nail free of charge within 15 minutes.Needless to say, they saved me probably lots of money and a headache of trying to find a place that would do it right without messing it up and telling me I ll need a new set of tires on the brand new car.Only feedback I have is that when I walked in, I stood there for about a good 2 to 3 minutes in awkward silence without any of the employees standing in front of the computer, even looking at me. Even a hi welcome, I ll be with you in a second would ve been better..One of the employees eventually came out from the back and greeted me and asked what he can help me with

I'd give 6 stars if I could. I made an online appointment for the same morning after discovering a slow leak in my tire caused by a nail. They patched the tire for free and had me in and out within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Their waiting area was clean, had free internet and power stations, and the staff was super friendly and very respectful. I'm hard pressed to think of how this could have been a better customer service experience...

Went to see about getting a leak fixed, was told we would new new tires, but they could fix the tire for the time being. Went ahead and replaced two tires, there was no hard pressure sale, and the salesman did his best to save us some money. I liked the experience and timeliness of the work done to our vehicle. I will be using them again.

Discount Tire in Bossier City, La, are OUTSTANDING!!!! Lakota and Matt are fabulous. My 22 year old daughter was driving back home to Alabama and had a blow out. They helped this mom being over 5 hours away feel better about the situation. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and that she was safe. They were even willing to stay open past closing until her boyfriend could get there.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was a good experience.My wheels didn't show up, but Luis workers deal on a better set for me.I like that they didn't just tell me too bad!I would recommend dropping off due to wait time but it's a good spot!

I ended up with 3 screws in 3 separate tires within 2 days. I was driving in the shreveport Bossier area. They are professional, and have good-quality tires. On day 1 I was there for nearly 3 hours, day 2, 2 hours. Long wait times. The bottom line is, I trust these guys. And I trust their work.

These people are a joke. I called to ask how much they would charge to plug a tire. They said they do it for free. So I take my car down there and the next thing I know I have a voicemail telling me my lug nuts are shot and they cannot get them off without replacing them for 125.00 I go get my car take it home my husband gets the tire off, fixed and back on with no problem there was nothing wrong with my lug nuts I guess the old saying is true nothing in the world is free

I ran over part of a car that escaped it s owner. My husband put the donut on the car for me so I could go on about my errands and took my tire to the Discount Tire on Viking Dr. and it wasn t long before I got a call from my husband telling me my tire was shot and I had to have a new one. Meet him there and they would put it on. It took me 10 minutes to get there and they already had the new one on the wheel ready to go. I handed over my keys and by the time I was finished paying for the new tire it was installed on the car.I was really pleased with the fast turn-around, they support our high school students with jobs, and everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant.

Had a courtesy air check done on my tires. I gave him a 5 dollar tip and you would think I gave him 100 dollars. He was so grateful. I told him I really appreciated him and he deserved it.

Great service!! We stopped in just before they closed after having a blowout on the highway. We were in and out very quickly and every person working there was polite. They even pumped up our spare before putting it back. Thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly guys!!

Suggest making an appointment if you can but if you don t they will still work you in. I did not make an appointment but they told me how long my wait would be and they were correct. I chose to wait. They had my valve stem replaced and I was on my way. Very friendly and professional.

I bought my tires here and paid for the warranty on them. Best purchase I've ever made. They have honored the lifetime warranty with no hassle, other than waiting time but it was well worth it, to me.

Would give a 0 rating if I could. Had tires replaced on Range Rover and new windshield wipers replaced. Few days later went on a road trip during a rain storm and one flew off the car very DANGEROUS! I had to find a place to buy new ones and install them while on a 8 hour trip while in the rain. Ridiculous Service - employee did not lock them correctly per our vehicle needs or check! Would have installed them myself if I knew the employees were incompetent.

As usual 5 star. Had a busted tire from a LA. Pot hole and they took care of tire and did my rotation in 30 minutes. Got there 750 and they opened at 8 and out by 830 to 835. Great service and Jerald was very pleasant.

The guys here are quick, and really knowledgeable. I bought my tires from here a little over a year ago now, I think, so I bring my car in regularly for a rotation and balance. I ll definitely keep coming to this location.

I have always gone here and to the one on Burt Kouns. Today I watched one of the techs rapidly pull out of my parking spot and accelerate to the point that when he pulled my car into the bay he had to slam on my breaks. That did not set well with me. Despite that one thing happening, I will come back because of the customer service and prices.

Love this place. Fast friendly service! Where all seem to have a long wait time for product and service, they excel.My tire was expected May 31st, it came in today on the 26th. I called to see if it could be facilitated after work Showed up at 5:40pm and out by 6:10pm with 7 cars in front of me! They stayed late to get everyone I and out! Now that s service!

First off, wife and I showed up about 1 minite till closing (not my intention, I thought they were open later). We getup to the door and see that that is the case. Having worked retail and such before, I understand that there is just somethings you don't do as a customer. One of those things is showing up a mintue or so prior to closing and expect service. So, we started to leave. Rusty Grant, the assistant manager practically chases after us asking what we needed and insisting on helping us. Withing 15 minutes, we had the tires picked out, on our car, and even opened an account. All, with smiles from his staff, despite the fact that they were staying later because I failed to look up thier hours. And we even picked out cheap tires, so it's not like they did it because we spent a whole lot.This is not my first experience with Discount Tire. I used them for all my tire needs while I was in Utah. Now that they have opened one up in Bossier, I will defintely be a regular. Well, hopefully not too regular. If I need tires that often, I am doing something wrong...
