Great experience! Came in to get a tire patched on my wife's car. They took care of it for free. She is a few months away from needing new tires. I'll be back for those soon. Excellent customer service!

Very irritated right now with Despino's. They DID NOT DO the alignment right last year when we brought it in and now we have to buy four brand new tires because the job was not done right. Now i am out over $500 because of the sloppy work that was done on my van.

Stay away from their cooper tires. 6 months, 21k miles in and the wires are sticking out of my "new" cooper tires.

If you're a minority don't go here. The tall old man up front ignored me and another black man that was there. He acted as if we were invisible, even after two white men came in and said they were there first. He still called them up and said nothing to us.

Got there at 7am on a Sat for a wheel alignment and was out of there 30 minutes later. No issues whatsoever with the service. Lobby was spacious and clean. Might be back for my regular oil changes.

These guys were very helpful. I was expecting to get front and rear brakes. They could have charged me for them and I would have not worried. They did recommend a front end part, which was great. My truck rides and sounds like a brand new one. This is the second location that I have used and they always take care of me.

These guys are the best! I rolled in there, the manager promptly ask what they could do for me.. I said rotate it the tires and repair one that had a nail in it. Before I knew it he was telling me that they have got me fixed up & have a nice day. What's that? No Charge! Like I said "These guys are the best". Good local business, the kind we need more of.Go see em!

These guys are very good and for just checking my tire pressure, they never charge me (or anyone else for that matter). I've been going to them for years now, but was never charged for any service on flats. I started buying my tires here as well, so I guess you can say I'm a customer for life.

The service is usually pretty good. Today was not a great customer experience. I handed my credit card to the person working at the front desk. Instead of putting my credit card in my hand, he put it on the counter. I said to the staff member , "If I have the courtesy to put the credit card in your hand, I want that same courtesy from you." He totally dismissed my concerns. I spoke to the manager about the incident. He was not much help. I will not be doing business with this company. Some people may not see this as a big deal. Respect goes a long way.

Went there for a patch on one tire. Owner ? Or manager ? Was VERY nice! Talking to his customers in the small lobby like we are all friends. After 20 minutes my truck was done and he shook my hand and said it was FREE! wow, I didn't even know what to say- but hail yeah ! Obviously will be back for tires. And was happy watching fox news on the big TV's in the lobby. Very comfortable chairs.Thanks

Great guys!! Friendly and you feel like there not lying to you about your tires just to make money. Went in this morning and they couldn't fix or plug my tire because of where the nail was, but didn't push me to buy a new tire right then. They put my spare on and didn't charge me. As a woman I'm always feeling pushed into repairs.

My wife and I went in close to closing time on New Years Eve and was greeted by a friendly staff that patched our tire and reset our tire pressure gauges in a timely manner! Free of charge. Very pleasant experience as always. Been coming here since a teenager and can't see myself going anywhere else.

Tommy is still there and when he is there-- it is a good place. The rest of the crew are mal contents who would rather be somewhere else. Judd is a waste of skin, lazy and when Tommy is not there the rest of the crew follow his lead. They lost the only good employee who could be trusted-- the vietnamese guy. Remember- you and your loved ones are driving on the tires/wheels they put on-Update- driving by 3 times the past week and it makes me laugh to see that there is never more than ONE car in a bay. Just shut down or get rid of the liars you have working for you.

Have dealt with tommy and his crew for many years. Great customer service and quality. Never had an issue of any kind. Everything is done in a timely manner. Always good to support your local businesses in your area.

I had no complaints or problems until yesterday 05/15/18. I had bought my tires from them. I bought the tire warranty for mishaps like I always do. I asked my wife to take the car and get a tire plugged. My wife said that I told her to come here because this is where we bought our tires and the plug would not cost. Well I guess she is a woman so they told her it does not matter where you bought the tires they was a change. A reasonable person would have asked do you have a hazard warranty. This was not asked. Instead my wife was changed for the plug. When I went up there to discuss the matter and get my money back, I was told stories that My wife said were false. I married my wife so it says something about her trust level with me. So I told them I believe my wife. They thought about making me come tomorrow to get my money back but that was not an option. The change was 19.75 They gave me 20.00 back as I did not have a quarter. If I had one I used at least .25 in gas so that also was not going to happen. This is a adequate company and if you are male You will be treated right. I do not recommend females going here as if you are not on your toes they will take you for money you should not be paying.

I was told my the Honda dealership in Bossier that all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced immediately, that they were to unsafe to even be rotated. Came to Jim's South Tire Center. They did a free tire inspection and said I had over 50% of tread left on my tires and I did not need new tires. Thank you so much!

Always have a great experience here. These men work very hard. Everyone here is very good at what they do. Seems to be busy often(which is a good sign). Cooper makes a damn fine tire.

Always friendly, I've never felt like I was being overcharged for something. The price is always reasonable, and they don't b.s you about whats wrong with your vehicle recommended to everyone
