BEWARE of this place! Pictured attached for reference. Where to start!? Will try to not write a book. Purchased the truck and bought extended warranty for an additional charge. Before the 1st payment was made, truck broke down. I ve been battling this since January! Had to pay out of pocket to tow it to the required shop per the warranty. Consumer assured me it was covered and had the warranty papers to give to the repair shop. The repair shop said the motor was fully shot and needed replaced. Had to pay the $2000.00 deductible to start work. All while communicating with this horrible car dealership.Well, come to find out, the warranty company would NOT cover the repair because this dealership didn t complete their paperwork correctly! See the pictures attached! Now I have $15k truck and truck note for a vehicle that doesn t run and will NOT have a warranty like I paid for! This horrible dealership would not even reimburse me for the $ paid to pay the $2000 deductible for the repairs, they would not pay to tow it to another shop, nor contribute in anyway to help resolve the situation. I suggested they cover the repairs for the length of the extended warranty I paid for, but this dealership refused. I took it to another shop, and paid $5900 on my own to try to get this truck repaired.Which brings me to the next absolute nightmare! Consumer offered only $1500 towards the new motor that is needed, but ONLY if I signed a letter about not leaving a bad review. PICTURE attached! They are a joke! Horrible place and didn t even attempt to help resolve this. So now I have a truck that doesn t run that I have to pay on for 4 years. This should be illegal! BEWARE! They are nice when making a deal, but the relationship ends once you sign those papers. Attorney contacted to move forward on what steps can be taken. This is not right and the worst experience!

If you don t know what to look out for don t buy a car from here. Car bought from here by my family for 6k and shop estimates 5k for repairs. They don t even do common maintenance before selling, has dirty air filter and oil hasn t even been changed. We can rock the entire engine with one hand because one of the transmission mounts doesn t even have a bolt in it. Oil pan leaks, check engine light came on, brakes need replacing, not to mention every tire had air pressure ranging from 9 psi to 35 psi. The list goes on. Owner refuses to let them return it. They may have good cars on the lot but if they let cars roll outta there like this I wouldn t trust it. I m happy my family survived the drive to the shop without any accidents. Buy from a reputable dealer!Update 4/19/23After the quote from the shop the owner said he could get my family parts at wholesale prices. So you sell a car needing 5k of work and then want to make more money by selling them the parts to fix it too? What a joke!!!

I would recommend this car lot to anyone. Omar is very friendly and don t play around with you when it comes to purchasing his vehicles. You can ask him anything about the vehicle you are interested in at the time, and he will show it to you, then explain it to you. Shawn is very knowledgeable when it comes to the business side. He listen to everything you tell him and will work hard to keep your payments where you want them. The process doesn t take long at all. So don t listen to other people, check in for yourself. The best place to get a vehicle. We were needing another vehicle and we got a great deal and they treated us like family even called us several times afterwards to make sure it was doing good if we needed questions. Can't say enough about this place. Thanks guys see you soon for another car.

Good small selection of cash or financed vehicles at great value prices! Hardly no mark ups and inventory changes pretty often so that keeps the selection of vehicles fresh! Also take a trusted family mechanic with you or take it to a good local car dealership to have the vehicle inspected! Only thing I don't like is the car dealerships location, it sits next to a train track and if you blink you will miss it!

Some decent looking vehicles on surface, but after closer inspection..... not so much. Plus Amy trick I looked arty wad already sold. This was wed. Today [Saturday] I look and there of the trucks I was interested in or for sale. Hmmmm wonder why they didn't wanna sell to me? Shady place and stock is WAAAAAAYYYY over priced. Like I said earlier I don't thing they sell to people who are a certain shade of hue. Just saying, that was the feeling I got. Good luck.

!!PLEASE READ!! Before purchasing a vehicle ASK about your tax, title, and licensing fee! When they call you to pick up tags up, TAKE YOUR CONTRACT WITH YOU VERIFYING your tax, title, and licensing is included in your loan! DONT GIVE THEM ANY EXTRA MONEY FOR SOMETHING THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR! They almost got me, however GOD COVERED ME

Don t buy a car from this place unless you get a car fax and read everything in fine print. I was told that they buy the cars from auctions and they don t know what s wrong with the cars they buy. They are liars and patch the cars enough to get them off the lot!
