I was recommended this place by a friend because Shreveport's beautiful neighborhood roads destroyed my rocker panels. I had a couple of quotes from some smaller neighborhood body shops so when I was quoted a price that was about a hundred bucks cheaper I was pleasantly surprised. My vehicle was ready in about 1 and a half days and that's including the time it took to have parts delivered. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the speed of service. They had some paint left over and even did some touch up painting for me. When I received my keys I noticed that they also cleaned the inside of my car as well. I could tell because it has been about 3 weeks since my last wash and the rain since then left my car dusty. My 2010 charger looks great now. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will definitely be returning again to have my decals removed and maybe a complete repaint. Diane Zielinski and Matt Henry were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Both had excellent customer service.

The staff is very friendly. They kept me updated during the entire process of repairs to my vehicle. Once I arrived to pick up my car it had been cleaned up and down the carpet vacuumed. Easy drop off as well as pick up. Highly recommend Complete Auto Body to friends and family. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

Complete Auto Body were excellent to deal with. I was shopping in a store, and a concerned citizen came in and told me that my vehicle in the parking lot, was just side swiped. I called Complete to make an appointment to bring it in. The friendly lady on the phone, said to bring it that day. I was told that my vehicle should be ready in a week to 10 days. My vehicle was ready in one week. Replacing the side body parts and painting work was done. Complete pays attention to detail. After close inspection, my vehicle looks great. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked (almost) brand new (2014 w/ 28k miles). The service in the front office, and shop, was A+. I met Jeff, the owner, and he is a quality guy, that has a history of backing up the quality work that is done from his business. The employees seemed to enjoy their jobs, and were very courteous & professional. My experiences with this locally-owned business, was, certainly, worth the time to share with others.

I m so happy with what they did to my car. A lady hit my fender with her car door. I took it in on a Monday and it was ready on Thursday. It looks fantastic!! It looks brand new!!! It was also all clean on the inside. I can t recommend them enough. The whole staff was wonderful!!

My truck was involved in a front end collision and my truck was taken to Complete Auto Body for repairs. The truck was only a year old and of course my thoughts were, they wouldn't match my paint and would use none Dodge original parts... My bad, it was perfect in every way. I held off making a comment until I was sure I couldn't find anything wrong.. thanks for the excellent work and hope I don't have to see you all again except to tell you thanks again.

They do NOT stand by their work. Took it in for one reason. Came out with a broken door lock. Wasn't broke when it went in. The mechanic I took it too then said they broke the inside switch not the part they told me I needed to buy. I will never take my vehicle there again. And will tell everyone I know NOT to use them as well!!

These guys live custom, just look at the cars they drive and you will know these guys love cars. When you want your car done right Complete Autobody is the shop for you. If you want a cheap paint job look else where.

the worst place ever. They charged me 350 bucks kept my car for two months and did nothing.Sent my car to a place on Mansfield road and they fixed it in two days. for 750. Compete wanted 2800 for the same job.

I realize I had some additional damage to rear of bed, but simply changing out flare made a big difference. Looks good
