My interior leather door panels were rotting out from the inside and I needed to get them fixed. I called Caldwell's and received a price for the work. I brought my car in the next week and they took the panels off of my car, fixed them, and reinstalled them. Caldwell's performed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The final price was even slightly lower than the original quote, which was nice. Caldwell's did a very good job on my panels and i am overall very happy with them. The people at Caldwell's are all very friendly and helpful. If I ever have any other auto interior needs I will definitely call Caldwell's again.

I give them 2 out of 5 stars.I drove from East Texas to a glass shop to have a side glass replaced. In order to GET to the glass the trim shop had to take out the backseat and inside panel.Not being from Bossier there was no way of leaving my car. Also I had to drive my car back to the glass shop for them to install the glass then drive it back to have the seat put back in. So, leaving the car was not an option! The owner of the shop doesn t like people staying around while they work on vehicles. In my case I couldn t leave it.I received a price quote of the covetable top that has a rip in it from a previous owner not knowing how to drop the top correctly. About 2k. Ok no problem.At the moment when we are all done, glass is in, the seat is in, the side panel is in, the owner of the trim shop says, I never want to see this car here ever again! I ve been dealing with this car for 6 months! Sir, this is the first time you have ever seen this car! As far as 6 months, no sir! It s today and only today.With that I was told to not come back.I don t understand what my car did to this man, (Christine) but he s scared of my car for some reason!

Caldwell has done two upholstery jobs for me. Both were finished by noon as promised and were of excellent quality and workmanship. I highly recommend their services and feel they are likely the best cloth interior shop in the Shreveport/Bossier area. They also have reasonable pricing.

Highly recommended! Tim the owners son knocked out my center console on my 2013 Tundra within a matter of hrs. Way quicker and cheaper then I expected.

My car's headliner was getting old and coming down with age. Caldwell's was able to put a brand new one in with a job well done in only a couple of days.

For now I have to give them a 5 star. I haven't seen the work yet, I'm dropping my convertible off tomorrow for a new top but they have a very friendly staff seems to be super people.

Had head liner replaced I Town & country van. Very good quality product and workmanship. Work performed in one day and price was very affordable
