Wish I could give a better review but this shop missed the mark on every possible opportunityA technician at the Honda dealership uncovered shoddy repair work by this shop.Additionally, paint overspray from the exterior made its way inside and coated the interior and was very difficult to remove. Broken clips on interior paneling from rough handling during headliner removal. Very shoddy reinstallation of the rear hatch, evidenced by the 1 inch panel gap on the left and 1/8 inch panel gap on the right.Additionally, there was damage to the front bumper that did not exist when the vehicle was dropped off.Very unimpressed. Other additional issues with the handing of the financial side of the transaction - but that doesn't figure into the rating above.Avoid this body shop at this time. Can't recommend.

A unattended driver hit my car which caused me to need collision repair. So I most definitely wanted to consider my factory company landers to fix this ordeal. So I chose bossier city collision. The workers was very professional , patiently, understanding, and etc. when it comes to my vehicles I m very picky. I have several !! After reading the bad reviews I was hesitant on leaving my vehicle. But they reassured me I would be pleased with their work . I was so worried so I hounded them. But they remain patient and understanding. And continue to reassure me. After receiving the call for my pick up. My heart melted. I was so happy and pleased and apologetic and grateful. They did an amazing job before and afterwards photos below . My car look new again.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

BCC assisted me with repairs on my vehicle after a wreck and the work they did was great. Along with that, Jessica and Casey had the best customer service with answering phones, being prompt to answer questions, and even gave/offered personal rides to increase my convenience. I highly recommend this location for any future repairs and will use them again if I ever need.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer on the way to work and it damaged the front right of my truck.. I took it to Bossier City Collision and the young lady Kaci took care of me. She was very knowledgeable about the damage and told me that they would have it done in about a day or two. When I came to pick my truck up it had been washed and looking like new you couldn't tell it had been damaged. I would recommend Bossier City Collision to anyone looking for work to be done on their vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Took my wife's car here for some bodywork and they were wonderful. There was a delay on a part but they kept me informed the entire time. They are courteous, professional and helpful. I will be doing business with them again soon. Hyundai Sonata owner.

That worked with me to fix the hail damage to my truck. They out sourced the paintless dent repair when when I went to pick up my truck there were several scratches and a torn door seal. I let them know that this was not like this when I dropped it off. The replaced the door seal and buffed out the scratches that were caused by the company they outsourced the paintless dent repair too. I was happy that they were willing to work with me to make it right

After a month and four trips to pick up the car they finally got it right. The people up front told us a different story every time we called and went in to pick up the car. It was always someone else's fault. Manager was rude and disrespectful telling my wife and sister that "we will make your car look pretty" The tone and attitude of the entire staff is very unprofessional and irresponsible. Next time we will wait 2 months for other body shops in order to get a car repaired.Service: Body & Trim

I took my mothers Dodge Grand Cherokee into Bossier City Collison to have her a new bumper installed with the hitch. Heike worked very hard to help accomplish my mothers needs and I could not be happier! My car has been here being repaired since 11/22/16 after I got in a minor wreck during a bad storm. One car collision where I hit a bumper in the road (I didn't even see it until it was too late). I've picked my car up 3 times & had to bring it right back. The 2nd time, it was literally like my car was trying to drive itself & would go in whatever direction it chose to-not the way I was steering. VERY SCARY & DANGEROUS situation. I couldn't even put my kids in the car with me for fear of being in a horrible wreck because of this & this was after they had just replaced the entire steering column/rack.

Will never recommend to anyone customer service terrible poor paint job messed up paint and wouldn t admit tried to blame it on me couldn t get there within their 30 day time limit if they had done it right the first time I wouldn t to have to bring it back you think if they had it a month they could get it rightService: PaintingService: Painting
