This week, my granddaughters and I were stranded in the Chck Fil A line when my car overheated.To say I was in a panic, is an understatement. My first thought was who can I call to help and I can trust. Right away, I thought of Benton Road Auto Repair. As soon as I called, my fears were put to rest by a calm and patient office worker who said they would send a tow truck immediately and help with my car problem. ( I was so relieved that I didn t have to be the one to contact a tow company. I was already overwhelmed.) The office worker was so reassuring telling me they were here to help me! A day later, I received a prompt and detailed update from a knowledgeable mechanic who explained the repairs needed, the why the overheating occurred, plus gave me the estimated repair cost. I appreciated the thorough explanation and his respect and kindness. My car repairs were made promptly and I am extremely satisfied. I am thankful for the their expert care and superior service from everyone who assisted me. Call Benton Road Auto Repair for service, I promise you can trust them!

Took my Crossfire in for repairs. They did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing my car. They kept me informed on when they were receiving the necessary parts for the work. Once they were received they quickly performed the repairs.

Benton Road Auto s staff are great to work with. Repairs are always top notch and reasonable pricing. I referred a friend with their Jaguar and got excellent feedback. They work on all of our vehicles when needed and have never had and issues. Highly recommend them.

Best shop I've worked with! They were honest about how long it could be to diagnose my car's problems, and they still got to it way sooner than expected. They kept in touch, were thorough, and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Benton Road Auto.

Great friendly service , the receptionist was very sweet . She keep me updated on everything concerning my vehicle. I definitely recommend this company for their honesty, my vehicle had a lot of issues and instead of doing one job and sending it back , the mechanic broke everything down for me. Then came up with a solution to help me. So yes 10/10

The repair I brought my car in for went great. They were professional and did a good job. However when I left my car started steaming and I noticed there was a cut in my radiator hose and coolant spewing out the top of it. I always take pictures of my car before I leave it anywhere and I have picture proof all my hoses were fine when I dropped it off. I told them this and they refused to reimburse me for the hose and coolant I had to fix on the side of the road even though I told and showed them proof it was their shop who did it to my car. Seems unprofessional and unfair to me.

I was able to get my car towed here on extremely short notice. With a nonfunctioning water pump causing overheating (which prompted the tow), three broken motor mounts, and some belts/pulleys, the time from drop-off to pickup was about a week. The price for parts and labor was fair, and phenomenal if you compare to manufacturer s costs of the same services. Customer service was kind and helpful, and called with a rundown after the diagnostics to discuss repair options. The suggested maintenance fairly reflected my vehicle s mileage and existing issues rather than upselling unneeded services.I would gladly return for future work or recommend this shop.

Hands down the best!!! James, Cameron, Michaela and the entire staff were nothing short of exceptional. Communication every step of the way regarding 06 Range Rover and 08 Solstice. Thanks for all the work and the deliveries. Highly recommend!!!!

They were thorough with my vehicle and honest with me about what it needed and didn't need! They were perfectly reasonable and the 3 year warranty was perfect! I admire people who stand behind their work. This is a locally owned and operated shop who deserves your business. Even my husband's trucking company's shop maintenance guys recommend this place! VERY NICE Customer service! When you've been in the Auto Business over 30+ years that's the easy part. Hard part is leaving everyone satisfied, but those are the Cons of business. I recommend for common folk WITHOUT A CHUNK OF CHANGE - find a neighborhood mechanic. There's credit/ loan options to help pay service but you MUST HAVE 800+ credit. A very convenient and easily promoted service according to Location. But it's PRICEY!!! I went in for a Transmission repair and it was quoted around $6,400 repair and equipment, AFTER 124.99 diagnostic test. $15/Day for parking/storage AFTER being serviced (I had no transportation had to wait a day to get back to my car to remove it from their lot).I could be an angry customer. And never return. Thing is, I trusted their service and they did what they could. 3 Stars because those prices are insane and I was very unsatisfied. BUT A lesson is learned in Gratitude, not Attitude. Car still need repairs.

We had our truck towed into the shop at 5pm on Friday. We are first time customers and chose Benton Road Auto because of the 26 years they have been buisness. They diagnosed the issue, obtained the parts and had our truck ready for travel on the same day. We appreciate Benton Road Auto so much, awsome work and thank you.

I had my transmission go out on me and luckily was covered by warranty. But I still had to pay some of the repair cost, their prices are super fair and they do fast and amazing work.

They are excellent. They fixed my vehicle right. I would say If you take it to Benton Auto repair be prepared it might be a while before you get your vehicle back because they be really busy. They are excellent at fixing vehicles.

I was referred to Benton Auto and was very pleased with the repairs done my truck is 20 yrs old and had several items, all were done completely. The staff are very professional and pleasant. Any question I had they gave me all the information. I would definitely recommend them.

Brought my car in for alternator issues. Didn't even check it, just sold me a new battery and got rid of me as quickly as they could. Now my alternator completely quit working. Instead of helping me with the thing I asked for help with, they just took advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. Won't go back ever.

We ve taken three vehicles to Benton Auto Repair for more than five years. They listen to our concerns and have always been upfront with what s wrong, the price, the guarantee (depending on what they worked on), and even if it s worth fixing. Definitely recommend!

We had a very pleasant experience at this shop. They text you with updates about your car and the front desk girl Mikaela is very nice and friendly (even when we were stressed out!!!)The owner personally messaged us after we got our car back to make sure we were satisfied!! 10/10 highly recommended!

Had my Dodge Ram towed in because it stall on me. After vehicle diagnostics. The fuel pump was bad. Replaced it and and brakes that were worn. No complaints.

I had a great experience with Benton Road auto. They replaced my entire gear shift and replaced my right wheel barrow 4 months later. The staff are all super nice and understanding. My car was repaired very quick and efficiently since it s my only way of transportation around. Fast and friendly, brought in my Kia using off-hours drop off (super easy) and the work was done very quickly. My problem was solved, communication was great, I will likely be back in the future with any other issues.

Benton rd auto repair is the absolute best!! My car was at Gladneys for 5 months, I had it moved to Benton rd auto repair and they had my vehicle ready in a couple of days. Needless to say they're my number 1 and from here on out they will be the only place that is touching my vehicle.

When I called Cameron, he said my van was too old (pre 2000) to work on the transmission. When I clarified that it was a leak job and not a functional job, he accepted with open arms. Kelly was the mechanic. He gets 5 stars also! This shop is the most professional one I have ever been to. They take pics and create a file that you can access online when talking about the estimate. They had it ready before I was because I work weekends at night. And then, when you pick up your car (see pic) you get this! Nice added thank you for your business!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Have a 2021 model truck which i bought an extended warranty on from the dealer at purchase. Took to the dealer for an AC issue. They plugged in their scanner and could never diagnose the problem after having my truck for over two weeks. Picked it up and took it to Benton Road Auto Repair and they were able to diagnose the problem within a day, ordered the part and had me on my way within a couple of days. The pricing was very fair, communication was something every company should strive for. They called me to let me know where I was in the line. Called again when my truck got pulled into the bay. Again when the problem was diagnosed. And then when it was ready to pickup. (They got it done 3 days faster than they estimated for the part to arrive.) And then the owner personally called and texted to see how my experience was. For them to be able to figure out a problem on a vehicle that even the dealer couldn t diagnose gives me the utmost confidence in their abilities. I have always heard great things about Benton Road Auto Repair from the early 80s until today (this is where my grandparents always had their vehicles serviced) and now have had the opportunity to experience it firsthand. I will definitely be back with any future vehicle issues. Thanks so much for getting my truck fixed and back on the road!

Would not recommend this company to fix your vehicle. They broke something on my husbands truck( that was not even what they were working on )and are now saying he needs to pay for it. Which is ridiculous. They refused to make it right.

Been with Benton Rd Auto for about 6 months or so with 3 different vehicles and it s been a breath of fresh air to experience a mechanic that is competent, fair, timely, and friendly on the phone and in person!! My son's vehicle quit on him while driving to work. I called Benton Road Auto Repair and spoke with James. Even though the entire town was shut down due to inclement weather, James arraigned for a tow to his shop. The diagnostic process was seemless, and the vehicle was repaired and back on the road in short order. Benton Road Auto Repair turned what could have been an extremely stressful situation for a father living a 1000 miles from his son into a minor inconvenience. Would strongly recommend Benton Road Auto Repair to anyone looking for expert vehicle repair at a fair price.

I don t trust any dealership and few mechanic s to tell the truth about your automobile issues. They will stretch the truth to get you to agree to the repair. Benton Auto has always been straight forward and if you don t need the work they will straight out tell. They are a rarity and I will always use them when I can.

My experience with Benton Road Auto was amazing. They will even send you pictures of the car part that needs repairs Communication during the repair process was nice. I recommend to everyone.
