"Won't Be Bringing My Vehicle to You!" Asked for a simple part replacement ESTIMATE, and was quoted in Excess of 3-5 times what competitors estimated (for 1 hr P&L). Congratulations to them for a "thieving achieving" level of successful business building to afford chasing off unneeded customers.

Friendly staff and usually very quick. Prices are reasonable and they don't give you the "run around". I trust them for all my automotive needs.

Taken vehicle in for AC problem 5 times now and still not fixed, replaced struts and now front end is popping but they say they don't know why. What a joke.

Used Ashley's forever even when I worked at the dealership and Ransom is a very honest man that always does great work and I very much appreciate him and Wayne for always having integrity when that's not something shops are known for so much.

The service and professionalism at Ashley's is outstanding! They perform their work with integrity and DO NOT attempt to exploit their customers like many other mechanic shops do in the Shreveport-Bossier area. Great job!

Great customer Service, except the lady at the front desk. Honest people, great quality of work. Ashley's of Bossier City was recommended to me and gave it a shot, glad I did. They call you before any work is done and give you a price, and let you know any future work you need.Once you stop at Ashley's of Bossier City you won't go any were else.

Beware of this Shop.....On September 2, 2016 I went into the shop for simple maintenance, oil change, lube and the tires rotated and balanced. The mechanic drove my car up on to a front end machine, for those non-mechanics this is the lift that lifts the whole car at one time using all 4 tires. The mechanic then proceeded to use the interior lifts to lift the car by the rear axle and the front lift lifted from the A-frames of the car. To make a long story short a year a half ago I had the lower ball joints replaced and was in perfect working order when this maintenance began. In lifting the front by the A-frames the mechanic compress the tension on the front springs causing the balls join to lift out of the socket and tearing the rubber boots the keeps the water and dirt out in the grease from the lube in. This will happen with any car, even when brand-new. The mechanic continuing to compress the spring until it tore the boots on my ball joints. He then call me out to show me what he called ware, but I am going to call damage as this was a direct result in the way my car was lifted. He wanted an additional $297 to replace these ball joints. All I can say is, beware of the shop and avoid all cost. It is now my word against his and regardless of the condition of my car when it went in, it now needs lower ball joints. I gave this business a 1 star rating only because I could not leave any and still post this review. I will never return to this business. David R. I was referred to check out this business for my vehicle and was disappointed with their service. My vehicle was looking drop off for repair. I never received a call back about my vehicle until I called and ask about my vehicle. When I did go in person I was giving all kind of explanation on what the problem. So my vehicle was park and driving by a mechanic around turn when it should have been worked on. No call back after I was told they would return my call. I would not recommend this business to anyone. After all this I find out that the problem could have been fix by another mechanic. The problem was not what I was told at Ashley Automotive. A great lesson learned. Beware military family..

I made an appt. For 800 dropped the car off for a very basic belt change. They never called me back so i called them at 330 and they told me they were backed up and couldn't get to my car along with 4 other cars and they did that to multiple other people the day prior. I could pick it up tomorrow. I changed my work schedule around that whole week to get in that day and they couldn't even get to my car all day. Their excuse was they have been backed up and only have two bays. If u can't get to a car don't make so many appointments and give me a call once u know you can't get to my car. I picked up my car and plan on going somewhere else.

I just took a car in it needed a starter that they put in 2 years ago and this starter is still under warranty and it went out so took it back in they fixed it so that's why they get two stars it cost almost 300 dollars some thing is not adding up to buy a brand new starter is any where from 40 to 70 dollars 54.56 for the one to fit my car a starter in not hard to change I could have fix it my self. For less than 100 dollars this place will take advantage of people and over charge you so look up the part before you pay might save your self 100s of dollars what was the warranty for on the receipt its shows I paid for starter and parts to fix what the warranty covers dont go here call around and compare first we have to stop people like this we work hard for our money so they should to not scam and rob people my mom dont work on cars so they jack the price up on here cause she dont know so do what you want I'm sure they treat some people good I hope I will not go back there and neither should you

I called for an estimate and they never called me back with a quote and has declined working on my cars. I have never had a good experience with them. One star was too many.

Sign said they were open till 5:30. Got there at 4:45 to see if I could get my tires rotated and the lady said they were closed. Get a new sign slackers
