Thought the 4 star review was good enough to trust this business however they ran a test to see if I needed a new battery and said my alternator needed replacing. I purchased an alternator and went to a friend s shop to have it replaced. When they tested my car there (because it s insanely hard to get to my alternator to replace it) they said it was perfectly fine and didn t need replaced. They also replaced my battery and the employee dropped a screw somewhere and told me I was responsible for finding it because he couldn t reach it. The only good part of my experience was that I was able to return it at full price with a receipt. It has been months and sure as hell, my car is still perfectly fine. Would not go here again.

Great place to buy parts and they even let me bring my bicycle inside so that it wouldn't get stolen.

Easy pick up and curb side delivery available. Matt was friendly and made sure everything in my order was good to go with no issues.Convenience store around Barksdale with plenty of parking, but an awkward entrance/exit due to the main road.

As a auto repair mechanic, I spend many hours sourcing parts. Many of my parts come from Advance Auto, and this specific location is my go-to store. Great staff!

Went to the Advance Auto Part store on Barksdale Blvd next to sonic went to get a headlight for my truck store was empty walked in two black guys and two white guys was in the store did the new guy was helping me when the black guy Darrell walked up and told the new guy to put batteries on a table while he was helping me find what I needed at first I thought he was going to help me since he told him to put batteries on table he went started to check other people out bad for business rude told he don t have the number to corporate never again will stop there.

I go here constantly for my two cars. Very rarely do I go to another company now after working with them. They always have the part in stock, or can at least get it here within a day or two.The guys that work the counter are amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and nice individuals. They always greet me and will talk about cars when I come in.

I was one of only two people shopping in the store. There were 4 employees on the floor and couldn't get any of them to help me find a tool I was having trouble finding. This even after I asked, not once, but twice. I'm guessing that's probably why the store was empty. I won't be back.

It s been a few years since I ve been to that store but they weren t very helpful and it wasn t very organized. Fingers crossed it s better now

The guys let me wonder around the store not asking if I needed assistance or looking for something in particular. And I was in the store for 12 mins before walking out because they did not have the windshield wipers I wanted . Poor customer service . Went right to Auto Zone and got the windshield wipers, received customer service and they installed my new blade's for me

They were adequate. My fiance's car battery took a dump and we needed a replacement asap. She had lost the receipt, but they were able to look it up using her phone number. They replaced it with no issues. My only complaint is that they would not take the old battery out and install the new one for her, making me have to leave work, go pick up tools from home and go do it myself. The girl who tried to take it out to begin with literally stopped once her hands got dirty and the "man" inside didn't even bother coming out. So much for them installing your battery for you. My fianc� has bought her last battery from Advanced Auto Parts. They would've received 5 stars if they would've done the job and performed the services they advertise. Customer service is lost at Advanced Auto Parts.

The staff members @ Adv Auto Parts on Barksdale Blvd were very kind & very helpful. I will exchanged a battery for my 2002 Buick LeSabre & Morgan, along w/another Female co-worker of hers' was very helpful to me & took great care of me. I was out of there within 10 mins. or less.

My favorite AA in a 50 mile radius, and I've been to just about all of them. Well stocked, clean, neat, and the staff there are very helpful, courteous, and just downright friendly!

Went inside and meet the nicest clerk told him what I wanted and within three minutes he had the parts laying on the counter and within 5 minutes I was out the door. Good customer service on my stop.

This is the location near the intersection of Barksdale and Airline. The young man at the counter was very friendly and funny. Knowledgeable made a frustrating situation bearable.
