Customer service is horrible. I was gonna purchase a new car battery - but Old man was on the phone and my father and I walked in and was NOT greeted. The old man DIDN T even acknowledge us or let us know he was on the phone so it would be a minute before he could help us. Then he called for Marcus (which he yelled for Marcus TWICE) and Marcus still didn t come up to help us.So we are there for about 5 minutes more waiting and decided to leave because we weren t getting any customer service.The old man with glasses said sorry as we were half way out the door and then we said you didn t even welcome us in or anything then the old man with glasses proceeded to yell at us claiming he did. And told us to get the hell outPlease don t spend your money here for the ones who actually prefer having the customer service that is needed.I wish I could give this a -20 star review.Go to another location.

Worked for ABC For a few months,I left as soon as I had an opportunity. People can't make a living with their low wages and they know this. They pay 30% less than the average hourly rate.If you're considering working for them you wont make enough to pay your bills also know in advance that they don't pay,not because they can't but because they're cheap and greedy. I left and I'm now working for the competition making 2.5 the money I was making there.This company is garbage and management is the problem.

Customer Service was excellent . The staff was so helpful, and even let me borrow their tools to replace my battery. Keep up the great service.

Hands down the most helpful auto parts store I ve been to. The store manager Ron and cashier Jax went above and beyond to get us parts needed to fix the electrical problems of our camper van. The store is extremely clean, and they even stocked the female bathroom with thoughtful products. I feel extremely at home at this store. The best ever!

Tim was outstanding! He had wiper blades that would fit my jeep in stock, but said given my current blades, I wouldn't be happy with what he had. He even called another auto parts to find appropriate replacements. Outstanding customer service and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding service! We had never been to an ABC before but we needed a car battery replacement that was covered by warranty. They made it so easy to switch it out and definitely decreased my stress levels (it's never good when your car battery suddenly dies after only two years). The employees were really friendly and professional and made honest, helpful suggestions. We will be returning to this location for all of our auto part needs!

These folks go above and beyond to help a customer with putting on windows blades, and finding the right bulbs for the tail end of the vehicle. Even though the computer said a different bulb number they were very helpful with finding the replacements and best of all they had all three bulbs sizes in stock. A+ from me.

ABC has always been a really easy place to get quality parts. The salesman are educated and helpful. Would highly recommend if your buying auto parts start here and save yourself time and frustration

I thought I would have to go to the dealer for a part but ABC had what was needed. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with the service and price.

Marcus was extremely helpful. I had a bad battery and I am disabled and he removed my bad battery and installed the new one. I appreciate his help very much.

It's great service (Marcus went above and beyond), just needs more people.. When I went in there, it took so long just to get what I needed and get out of there! They are understaffed. There was ONE PERSON there when I went!

I don't go to ABC Auto Parts very often because our parts are great so is the prices and you always have what I need staff's always helpful as well
