I took my car here several times for an issue that couldn t be resolved. They went from diagnostic fees, changing parts, labor fees, and then the guessing game.. After getting my car back with the same issue from several drop offs they said they couldn t fix it. I decided to reach out to a new shop after being fired from this one as a customer. The problem was resolved in 3 hours in return had me wondering was it really resolved. The company assured me it was. It s been 2 months now with no issues and everything working properly as normal in my vehicle. I really hope A and B Automotive get some real professional mechanics or automotive electrical engineers. As a hard working American money doesn t grow on trees to pay someone for learning on your vehicle. That s what schools are for not a Professional business.

I don't often write reviews, but these guys were very kind and respectful. The wait time was not long and there was no charge for them checking my catalytic converter for issues. Fortunately, everything checked out ok.

I bought my truck to them and told them what it was doing and only does it when it is cold so wait until the next morning and crank it up i dropped it off at 2 pm at 3 pm they say they found the problem i said how could you when can't hear the sound its making they say we do this every day we know what it is i said ok they say its a broken bolt i said if you say so they it will be 900 they called me same day your truck.is ready paid them took it the next morning crank it same thing happening i went back to them told them they say leave here called the next day o we found the problem but you have to pay another almost thousand i left took my truck to superior motor sports on hwy 80 i told him he said leave it here next day he said yea thats bad ill do diagnostics he called me back told me he said i guarantee its the problem let him fix it next morning went crank it up with him runs like a charm come to find out the part they was going to change wasnt even the problem so another theft was going to be committed and when some one comments bad they always under the review we will make it right which i know from experience is a lie didn't even attempt to try to make it right

Quick and painless. Called got a muffler install price(which was fair and affordable) pulled in and was gone in under 30 min. Friendly and professional folks.

Seems with the hot weather if anything can go wrong it does.But cool in waiting room and they have good coffee while waiting. Got problem fixed and on road again in less then 30 minutes. And NO CHARGE!

This place is PHENOMENAL!! A group of us were headed to Dallas for a Bach weekend, my best friend hit a curb and pulled her entire exhaust off. We called here and they were so friendly!! Very courteous and professional not to mention helpful. They did not try to upsell anything I took my tahoe in for a rear main seal replacement they did a great job couldn't ask for a better mechanic shop. I had taken it to the auto repair shop on highway 80 they screwed me out of 700 dollars. These guys are one of few who will do the job right at a reasonable price and time. If I ever need work done again I'll be sure to give them a call 10/10 service. The staff here is the best. I took my vehicle in to see why it was making such an odd noise and they raised it up and discovered that my exhaust system was damaged from the roadway. I left it overnight and it was ready early the next morning. I highly recommend these guys to fix your problems. A+ service and honest prices.

I was sent to them by another local company and thank goodness I was. I called and the gentleman that answered said he could take a look and give me a quote in minutes. I had tried off road in a minivan which not good for a muffler ;).He not only checked it but fixed it in less than 20 min total!!! Thankfully because I had two children in tow! The price for the repair was awesome and they could have taken advantage of me since I had no idea what was wrong nor what I needed. I got honest awesome treatment! So thankful. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was super nice!

Always great customer service and speedy vehicle maintenance. I take both of my Lexus vehicles there and their care for them is actually better than the dealership and a whole lot cheaper. If you haven't been there yet i highly suggest you go there. You will not be disappointed. I'm proud to be an A&B customer and I'm sure you will be happy to!

They were honest, up front, and got the work done. They even followed up to make sure everything was working well for me a few days after they completed my work. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with them.PS. I had called multiple other places before getting work done and A&B had everyone beat on price by a decent amount.

Had exhaust manifolds replaced and all was well, then I noticed that my break line on the driver's front tire was leaking, wasn't leaking before I turned it in. Currently waiting to see how they take the next step to see if we go from 1 star to 5, just thinking how lucky I am that my breaks did not catastrophically fail with my family in the truck or driving on base next to the CDC on my daily commute. I found them to be extremely profession and reliable. I have done business with them for 20 years on a variety of vehicles. They are a higher quality office and do better work. They sell higher quality parts (like RhinoLiner). You can cheap out on a muffler somewhere else, and be sorry later. When I read these reviews, there are always malcontents everywhere. If you want to cheap out, chose a different product and a different vendor, but buyer beware. You can buy a Chinese muffler or transmission down the street

We had a small crash on I-20 heading to TX which resulted in a crushed muffler exhaust. I brought the car in to chop off the crushed portion of muffler so we could continue home. Team A & B were professional and fast with the work and the family got back on the road with a working exhaust! Thanks a lot for your professionalism and speed guys!

SGT Humphreys here, called to get some help on selecting a Megnaflow muffler and getting a price. The fella I talked to acted annoyed and couldn't tell me what series muffler he had, only they are 189.00 a piece. Which is about 80 higher than anywhere else I have checked. Customer Service is key to a successful locally owned business . Thanks for making my Amazon muffler purchase very easy... Good day.

Took my car there with a muffler that I bought elsewhere. The employee told me that it couldn't be installed on my car and showed zero interest in helping me any further. I took my car to Lite's on North Market and they installed it with no problems. I know where I'll go from now on.

Had valve cover gaskets replaced that continued to leak. Under warranty and took it back. They Held the car for five days before warranty repairs were made. Totally unjustified. Just drove it home and find oil pouring out of valve cover. Time to find another service center.

Showed up at 0800 when they opened. They installed a new flowmaster muffler for me in less than 1 hour without an appointment. Great service too.

very unprofessional. paid in advance to have my car fixed. they called me the next day saying "well, it runs a little better, but you need to have it looked at by someone else" ...yup... $306 later...oh and my car still isn't fixed, and its running worse than before. ..go figure

Called in advance to let them know I was interested in getting my catback exhaust installed on my car. Showed up and talked to an older gentlement, probably the owner. He asked me what I wanted done, told him. He asked me what my system was and I responded with Gibson Exhaust (who, mind you, makes some of the best catback systems out there). He then proceeded to tell me that 99% of Gibson Exhaust will not fit correctly and will require welding and other fitment procedures. Obviously this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to installing catback exhaust and told him so. He was very adamant about exhaust systems not fitting properly and even mentioned a Mercedes owner who purchased a $3000 catback exhaust and his needed a lot of work. He then told me if it's true what I said and everything will fit as it should, it would only cost $250. I just laughed and said I'll do it myself. What a bunch of crooks!
