2nd time at this place, no tractor fluids last time.This time went looking for fuel line for earthquake tiller. Had generic fuel line on display. Told them it was too small, asked if they had more could they match it with what they have in back. Came out with same fuel line as on display, bought both thinking they were different! Same exact cheap fuel line. Thought they would be honest and tell me if they were the same exact cheap fuel line. I assumed they were different.What real auto parts store doesn't have spools of various fuel lines in-stock?Not driving all the way back for refund or more BS!Now I know why their parking lot is always empty.Never step foot in that place again!Place is a joke! Jokes on them, they lost a lot of return business $$$

There prices are getting way to high and you can go 30 miles down the road and the prices or cheeper at the same kind of store just raising the price here in franklinton and bogalusa

I was offered help immediately and the store was well organized.Staff helped me choose a better product then i asked forwithout breaking the bank. Great advice given, everything went as smooth as i hoped.

Have done a lot of business here. After today we won t be back. BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT do cash transactions with tj hunt (Thurman Hunt). He is the assistant manager. Today my boyfriend went in to buy a part for his truck. The total was $24 my boyfriend hands him 2 $20 that he had stuck back for this part. Well Mr. Hunt hands him $4 and change back. After my boyfriend tells him no I gave you $40, the assistant manager then goes in the back claims he counted his drawer (which he didn t do in front of us!) came back and said my drawer is right so there s nothing I can do. Idk if this guy needed lunch money or gas money but we have two kids! One with special needs and we live on 1 income. This guy took it upon himself to pocket our money and when we asked for him to review the cameras he refused!! He is a thief and there s no telling how many people he has ripped off!!

We always get the best service here! The people who work there are always so helpful and understanding when my husband sends me in and I have no clue what I'm talking about. Lol.

Staff isn't knowledgeable on parts. Which, if you're going to work for an auto part store, you should have some type of idea about what the consumer needs.
