Called them on a Friday, asked if it would be possible to bring the axel off the vehicle for the bearing to be pressed off.. just the axel not the whole vehicle. The lady on the phone said drop it off Monday or Tuesday. We asked if we need an appointment the lady responded No so we dropped the axel/bearing off to the pressed. At 8:00 a.m Monday morning when they open. The lady stated it would be done the same day. Hours of the day went by and we called for update, the lady stated they were working on it now . They close at 5, call them at 4:30 for update and stated won t be done until first thing Tuesday morning. Once again not done. Finally decided to go get the axel/bearing and take it some place else. Looking at the reviews this place has gotten good reviews beside the last few years have been nothing but bad reviews. Need new employment or something here. Because I wouldn t bring my bicycle for them to work on.

I will not be coming be back here. After getting an oil change a few months back and being charged $75+, I thought, oh well, they are just a little bit high priced. This week I had a flat tire so since they were the most well known shop in town I went back to get my tire replaced. They charged me $215 to change 1 tire... And after looking in my trunk, they carelessly threw my spare tire into the trunk and didn t bother putting it in its compartment where it goes - and left my trunk a mess with the carpeting and padding thrown on top of any items I had back there. It would have taken an extra 30 seconds to put the tire back in its compartment. They also charged me $175.00 for labor?? Exactly WHAT labor since they couldn t even be bothered to put anything as they found it? The laziness and carelessness of this place is astounding for the price I was charged.

Today is Sat. I took my car in this past Mon.because coolant was leaking. My car set all week. On Fri. I called and informed them that I would be picking my car up. The repairs were done Friday afternoon. A water pump replaced at the cost of $526.00. Robbery! Never will I use their service again nor will I recommend them to anyone. This is why the residents of Bogalusa takes their business to Covington and other surrounding areas. BEWARE!!

Great place. Friendly staff. I've had a flat repaired there, gotten new tires, oil change. Fair prices and usually pretty quick.

I got my car service at the Bogalusa Napa, I was told they would complete a tune that wasnt fully done, I knew the problem before they checked the problem and was quoted one price for a intake gasket and was told a higher price when done I paid over nine hundred dollars for my car to be in the shop over a week and driving worse than it was. My intake gasket was not done correctly, now my car is smoking as well as jumping and stiring wheel making sounds i would never use them and would never recommend Napa services to anyone

When you order a car part if it is the ring part they will not take it back after ten days even if it's the rong part . even if it there mistake

They said they used and O-ring hanging around the shop and used it on my sons car so they said it was fixed But when I got home checked under my sons car it was still leaking

The service was poor several people was in line and the clerk came from the back and waited on a customer that just walk through the door..instead of asking can I help the next person in line
