My family and I have been apart of the Barksdale Family for over 8 years and it has been amazing the lady s at the Blanchard location are the sweetest, caring ladies!! More places need people like them.. They are always there to help with all your banking needs!!!

The Blanchard Center location has the very best employees. Every one of them knows your name and greets me when I walk in. BFCU has good CD rates too! Love everything about this branch especially Shadie and Angella. They are the best!

I have multiple accounts with Barksdale Federal Credit Union. They work hard to keep my investments drawing the maximum and are friendly. Shelly does a great job knowing me by name and having my accounts pulled up and ready to go when I arrive.

No greeting before, during, or after my transaction. No communication what so ever. Not a word. What kind of customer service is this. This is the 3rd time I ve had to deal with this kind of rudeness.Only at the BLANCHARD location on Main St. I have this problem.I would ve went to the ATM but this location doesn t have an updated ATM where I can make a deposit. Someone needs to deal with this branch immediately. No one should have to deal with being treated this way!!!!

Absolutely love barksdale!! Being a teen girl, I struggle with remembering how to deposit things but the women at barksdale in blanchard always help me out and are so communicative and kind!! Shelly complimented me and it absolutely made my day

So shout out to Brittney. She went above and beyond and chased my money down across the parking lot... lesson learned to use the drop bar EVERY TIME in the drive thru... what a blessing. I hope she has a wonderful day every day...
