This place is excellent the manager & his co workers of employees are super nice & they greet you with a smile . The manager is super nice too as well. This store is always helpful& if not they will make you satisfied to come back... They always greets you when you walk in the door when they are not to busy. Lol.. When walking in. We always get good service from Blanchard store AutoZone! Great Job Team! Thank you so much! We appreciate you all! Keep up the great work.. Thanks manager also. We have been helped so many times we can not count!

Two were working one was helping someone the other was on computer. The phone rang he ask them what could he help them with and I still haven't been taken care of yet.that passed me off .he said I'm sorry he could help me I said he'll no im going to orileys bye

The employees that were on shift at 9:44 on 4/20/23 were very unhelpful I told them what I needed for my car and they told me "good luck finding it". They didn't even try and help or stop talking to each other.

If I could give 0 stars and a first class ticket to hell I would. The black woman has NO customer service skills. This will be my first and last time at this location. I was told the tools were needed to change my tail light bulb which is not what the dealership told me. Hire people who have more pep in there step and are appreciative for having a job.

Wonderful Service! We stopped to get gas on our way out of town, and our vehicle wouldn t start when we were ready to go. We walked over to AutoZone behind the gas station, and they promptly came to test the vehicle. Our battery was not charging, so they installed a new battery. Very professional! I appreciated they didn t just send us on our way (knowing we were traveling); but they took the time to rerun the testing to be sure the alternator and starter were in good shape, too. Thank you, AutoZone and Jakob, for taking such good care of our family and helping to get our baller back on the road to the fields as soon as possible. We appreciate you!

I went around 5:00pm to get a new battery. I was the second person in line. An older white gentleman starts helping me and proceeds to answer three phone calls, each lasting about 5 minutes each. Then the other worker slowly walks from the back and starts helping the people behind me. Then the man helping me starts doing a return. At this point it s 5:45 and I haven t even payed for a new battery. So finally the older white man gets back to me after helping every last person possible, and I tell him no thank you and I was going to go somewhere else. He proceeds to get rude at me. I was just under the impression that getting my battery changed wouldn t take an hour. I went to Tristate Battery up the road and they changed it in 10 minutes and it was $100 cheaper and they were sooo nice!

We have been to alot of Autozones & this is by far the cleanest & most nicest one we have been in always smiling, generous,,polite & very helpful employees we know every time we walk in , in this particular store they are all so helpful they always go out of their way to help every time we come in this store no matter what time day or night. And we recommend any one. We also tell all of our friends & family to go to the one in Blanchard because yall know how to please your customers. Thank you for all of your Hardwork! Keep it up employees! Thank you Charles, And alot of others Charlie, Keep on making us Happy & we will continue to be back.

Went looking for a hard to find 12 volt dc bulb from the 1980s. Number on bulb no longer listed. But with determoned help from an employee he found one to fit the receptical I provided.

Dishonest and unhelpful staff. Desperate for sales. Last visit, was exactly the same as this time. This time they knew exactly the part I was asking about, and tried to sell me something else 10x more expensive. Wouldn't recommend, there's a location down the street.
