I had a great experience here. Sean my salesman walked me through the whole process and Jessica in Finance explained everything so I understood what I was paying for. I walked out with a brand new Chevy Trax and it's so nice to not have to bend down to get into it like I had to with my Corolla. I will definitely go back when it's time for another car!

If you know the right people, great deals! If you don't have those connections, from a more than a few people's personal experience they would never recommend to the average everyday blue collar worker even with an excellent credit score! You'll think your getting a good deal until it turns out to be a money pit. Even though you might have dropped 30K! But if you got those connections you absolutely will get a great deal and a great car!

Brought vehicle in around 3:00 PM on Friday afternoon. Diagnosed as having a bad battery which was replaced the same afternoon. Service was handled in about an hour. Great service.

I have never brought a vehicle in to have work done. Meaning that I purchased my vehicle from there I thought I would give it a shot. Heard some good heard some bad. The price wasn't too bad for what I needed done. It was done in a good time frame. The part was changed. So i would say a good experience being my first time. Thank you.

Brought my truck over there for my tire showing low pressure on dash gauges. Told them to check my sensor. Well next thing I know I was I had a hole near my side wall and a patch was installed. Had to pay $40 for a plug. Tire only leaks about 10 psi a week. Left there and went across the bridge to Brother s Tire to see if I had road hazard insurance. Showed the worker my tire and he said he could patch it. Well when he took it off The AJ Chevrolet never took the nail completely out and made another hole in my tire. Bad Business.

Honestly is the best Policy in life, wether Business, personal or life in general. Through the years with vehicle, I always ask for my old parts that are been replaced. This time, he didn't have it, the trash man took it so quick, in 2hrs yeah right..not good

A.J. Dohmann has a wonderful service department. Ms. June is excellent. She is always courteous and friendly. The salesman are great as well. I told them I was just looking around and they were very helpful. If you need service to your vehicle it's definitely worth the drive.

First, I want to say I bought my car used from AJ Dohmann Chrysler on 1-14-21. I was and still am very happy with the purchase of my car and the customer service that I receive from that side.When I bought the car, the Dealer put a new battery and 2 new tires included with the sales price. I opted to buy the other 2 tires to have a new set.For Service on my vehicle, I have to go to AJ Dohmann Chevrolet. On 2-13-23 I go to the service center, and I say: I need an oil change, tire rotation and my battery is bad but should be under warranty! They tell me that they can t find the invoice on when the battery was bought or installed and that it would cost $260 to change. I said I don't have that much money at the moment and I really didn t pay much attention to the ticket whenever I paid for the oil change. I was confused because I knew when it was put in.I had to have them jump my car so I could drive home. I took the battery out myself and, on the sticker, it said 42 month free replacement!So I called the Chrysler side and they were able to find the ticket, and they even took it over to the Chevrolet side. I walked about a mile with the old battery to AJ Dohmann Chevrolet parts counter where I pick up the new battery, I was told that this was my only free replacement and that the new battery has NO Warranty IDK about that I walked about a mile back home installed the battery and then I noticed that my fluids were low. I changed oil back in the days and I would top off fluids only charging extra if extremely low. I wasn t charged but wasn t asked about. The fluids or low. So I decided to check my air filter to see if they even checked that. After opening the air filter I know they didn t even check it, because even though it was good, there was leaves and trash all inside the encloser. SEE PHOTOSI SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED, Then DENIDED THE REFUND when I asked!! And was told by ROB DOHMANN that I should have had the Invoice for the warranty that its not his job!!!!! But guess what buddy it is Your computers have the info you just have to know how to use or not be so lazy and RUDE!!!!!!

As a business owner, you are sometimes inundated with complaints and problems from customers, and many times it becomes overwhelming. Well I would like to brag on local service for a second because people should also hear of really great things that happen. I would like to thank Spencer Dohmann at AJ Dohmann for going above and beyond when he didn't have too. This guy made sure to do everything possible to make sure I was able to get a part that I wanted. He went way above what was required, and I am so thrilled by the service at AJ Dohmann. This is why I try to shop local because the people care. Keep up the great work.

The service department will lie to your face. I took my vehicle in for service, it sat for a week exactly where I parked it. When I called and asked the status they lied and said they been trying to resolve the issue each day. Once they were called out for lying they said I told them take their time, so they hadn't looked at it all. Then I asked why would you say you been checking it each day, they lied again and said they thought it was a different vehicle. Don't take your vehicle here. They Lie

I went in with a specific price point in mind. I was trying to downsize my note and thought I had to downsize my vehicle as well. I was able to buy a large vehicle in my price point. I was not even considering staying in a larger vehicle, but I am very glad I was able to keep my third row. There was a problem with the XM radio, but the dealership ordered a new part. Each time I had to bring in my car, I was offered another car to leave in instead of sitting at the dealership for many hours. Many dealerships say they offer this; however, when it comes time, you do not receive this service. I was very grateful for this service. Even though having an issue with a new car seems like a little bit of a pain, it was not a big deal at all. The fix was free, and I did not have to wait for the vehicle. I was able to continue with my normal schedule.

Great place! Way better than Southland dodge! Whatever you do avoid that place! Always remember southland dodge in Houma are thieves and liars and crooks!

Seemed like a decent place to start with until the next time I had to change my oil. I found out the mechanics there don't understand and oil filter only goes on hand tight I ended up breaking a rubber strap wrench and bending a metal band Ranch in the process of crushing the oil filter trying to get it off. I generally do my own oil changes being on the road so much I change my oil quite often but take it into a shop every second or third oil change so that they can grease it. Making a point of this and telling them I was there more for the greasing than the oil change itself I find out later on letting grease it at all. Avoid this place the mechanics are shotty and the place is only out for your money.

Great people, everyone treats you with respect. Shop and showroom are so clean. I would purchase another vehicle here and let them take care of all my oil changes and service needs. Very professional.
