Always a pleasant experience at this location. A young man name Nick that works here is always professional and makes sure he does a thorough check to all my vehicles. As a matter of fact I make sure he s there before I come. If not for him I would change my own oil on all my vehicles.

Great customer service. They take them time to explain their products. My only complaint is taking the tip option from the credit card machine. Bring it back!

This is my second time going to this location. First time- they forgot to plug my oil. I lost all my oil over night. I went back and told them and asked for a full oil change. They aired up 1/2 my tires, even though they said they aired up tires. They did not clean the windshield as stated on my receipt. I just don t understand the unprofessionalism.

The staff at the Take 5 on Belle Chase Highway is wonderful! Diego was super polite and friendly. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I use Take 5 all over and he was by far the friendliest! I ll definitely be back!

I ve been using their services for almost 2 decades. Always professional and polite! I even stop to get my tires filled whenever my instrument panel says one is low. And, I always leave a tip!!! Great job guys and gals!!

GREAT SERVICE.I was saddened to see an additional "$3.99 shop fee" on my bill. When I asked about it, I was told that it is put on everything. Why not just increase your prices? Please stop it with the mind games.

We just moved to the area. I have a 2020 Honda SUV. I went to get an oil change on 10/20. While the guys are super nice and attentive, they need more training. The guy who did the oil change did not tighten up the buttons correctly and they came out the moment I left. I went back immediately and they zipped the button metal part that fell down.Service: Oil change

This place lives up to its name. Everything the did was fast and precise. The one gentleman gave me information that was recommended by the manufacturer. This location rocks. The entire staff were 100% professional. Great job guys.

The service was good but 184.00 for a oil change is a complete ripoff for for 8 quarts of oil and a filter I could change the oil in my Disel for that price

I think his name is Nick and he took very good care of my car; he was very professional and knowledgeable. I noticed that there were new, younger employees and he didn't skip a beat between taking care of my car and teaching/mentoring the young men. They also distributed bottled water. They did not give sticker stating when next oil change is due. They also did not reset vehicle oil setting stating it had been complete , so my cars oil life is monitored.

Price for oil change is ridiculous. Over 100 bucks. I'm not sure why I go. I use a place in Lafayette it's less than $50 location is top notch. Belle Chasse is a joke.
