You will not receive your car back in a timely manner. Go elsewhere. I was quoted 5 days for a minor fender repair which turned into 6 months after their poor management. There is still a piece dragging on the ground under the car after the repair but Im afraid to bring it back because I cannot afford another 6 month rental car experience. Now I have received my car back but I need proof the parts were on back order for so long in order for insurance to reimburse me for the rental. Big Easy is dragging their feet on that as well. That should be a simple call to the dealer or a quick visit for the old records but I'm still out a lot of money waiting on them to send proof. I got my car back in September and I still haven t received those old records so I can be reimbursed for the 6 months of rental car fees. I call back weekly but no one can give me the documents I need. This place is very poorly run and I have spoken with a lawyer because this is ridiculous. Insanely unprofessional.

They took too long with my car. Plus they gave me runarounds about when it will be finished it's a fact that my car is not the only car they have to work on but still. I'll give them some stars for the fact they did a good job on my car I just wish they had better sense of urgency.

GOOD CUSTOMERSERVICE, but I felt for the time period they had my car 1 month& 1 week time to be exact. The repair work should have been spectacular. IT WAS NOT it looked like it was a rushed when I got it back. I had to point out a few raw details that they were quick to fix though, and would have loved to find my car's tidyness the same way I turned it it, but that didnt happen. I had do a deep cleaning of the inside and outside of my car, and take it to the dealer for service,because all fluids were drained /dried up for some reason, which is probably due to the full inspection they had to to the car.

They Made my 2016 Tundra look brand new after i got hit. Thank you to Lisa and Larry for their outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend them and I hate everyone, but they're cool.

Our company was contracted to many collision centers and Ceramic Coating shops. This is a center worth reviewing because they do an excellent work and needs to be shared. From the top of management to the bottom, their professionalism is amazing. They have a unique system to be fast and effective. Their facilities are unlike anything we ever seen before. When it comes to Ceramic Coating, they are by the books! They do it correctly, and they do it right. We been to other Ceramic Pro shops, and we will say this is the best Ceramic Pro shop in the NOLA area. No other Ceramic Pro shops come close. They are clean, understanding, and assuring. Protect your investment is definitely a motto they stand by.

They recieved my vehicle on February 17 and it is going on April and my vehicle is still "waiting on parts" and apparently from what I am hearing, this is a constant problem with this shop. Horrible communication. No one is ever in the office. It has been over a month and 2 weeks (3 weeks max estimated 24 total work hours to complete the work) worth of repairs are still not complete. Parts that were supposedly orderd in February are still not in as of March 22. I was told they are waiting on a brake line. A part that they can get from the Ford parts department up the road. I don't know who is responsible for sourcing their parts but they need to be replaced. Do not reccommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I m a very particular person when it comes to my Nissan 370Z. I arrived at Big Easy with very little trust for body repair shops due to inconsistencies in past experiences. I ve had shops tell me they could handle the custom fiber glass/carbon fiber material on my car when they couldn t or dramatically underquote me for the work. I decided to give Big Easy a chance and I m glad that I did. Their facility is top notch, they are very professional and put their customer first. The guy that worked on my car, Chris, is a master of his craft, especially when it comes to fiber glass and custom work. I highly recommend this shop for all of your body repair needs. I would love to experience their work with ceramic coating in the near future.

Big Easy Collision did great work on my Ford Escape! The repair looked brand new and the paint job was flawless! More impressively, the owner made sure I was able to get my car back almost a week before the estimated date I was given originally. Great customer service and great work done by Big Easy Collision!

Big Easy Collision is the best body shop I have ever been to on the Westbank and probably one of the best in Louisiana.I was impressed by the technology available at Big Easy Collision, but what impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff, their professionalism, and masterful work. And the owner, who is extremely knowledge, professional, and pleasant to work with, personally was there to ensure my satisfaction and expectations were met to a detailed level on all of the work performed on my car. Additionally, not only was my car fixed faster than I expected, it ended up looking like new and the cost of the repair was extremely fair.Even though I don t wish anyone to get into an accident, should that ever happen to you, count that Big Easy Collision will make the repair process as simple as possible and will fix your car to your satisfaction. Kudos to Big Easy Collision for their great work! I highly recommend them.

The body repair job was outsourced to Big Easy by Manhattan Collision. Timeline we were given was two weeks but job was complete in four weeks. We were given 3 different dates of completion by Brett without any follow up. We would call and ask if the vehicle was ready but the receptionist would have to hunt down someone who can give an update. We had to pop up and lay eyes on the vehicle to get an update. On the day the vehicle was ready, no one came out to discuss the repairs and we had to pick it up from Belle Chasse instead of Harvey.The paint job is spotty and screws are missing from the front bumper.I would NOT recommend.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

There aren't enough stars to properly rate Big Easy Collision! Customer service is awesome, they're happy to answer any questions that you have to help you through the process with your injured vehicle. I have a 2013 Ford Fusion titanium that was wrecked on both doors on drivers side. My car was ready when they said it would be, and the manager stayed late for me to come get my car after hours. After a couple of days, I noticed that the doors needed to be adjusted. When I brought it back to have the problem addressed, Larry the manager, took care of it promptly! I will definitely be back with any body work that I need and will refer family and friends to Big Easy Collision. Thanks! My car looks as good as it did when we pulled out of the dealership!

I know someone that has their vehicle there and if I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. It's a hassle to even get an update. They claim they only do update email on Tuesday but yet he's gotten emails on other days of the week. I don't ever recommend this place

My son's Brand new BMW was hit and had 19,000 worth of damage ! Big Easy Collision was fast and professional from the start! His car was fixed in no time AND they did a AMAZING JOB!!! You cannot even tell it had ever been in a wreck! I HIGHLY recommend Big Easy Collision center for all of your automotive needs!!!

i wish i could give them negative 5 stars. it s like taking your vehicle to a daycare for the mentally challenged. they talk big like they will keep you apprised of the schedule but never do it and after a couple of months of excuses for not doing the work i call up and they tell me they moved it elsewhere

Insurance company used this cut rate repair shop after an accident I had. Lot of body work and a broken steering arm and support arm. Significant damage on the front right corner of my vehicle. I mean damaging a support arm enough to have to replace it, says a lot. So these cheap clowns, who by the way don't need to be cheap because MY INSURANCE IS PAYING FOR IT, decide not to replace wheel bearings, struts, or CV axels. All things that get damaged in a collision. Save your self the headache of multiple repairs and find a worthwhile and legitimate repair shop before going to this shop. The fact they have to play off "Big Easy" should have been an indicator to my insurance company and should be a warning to anyone else.

Car was pulling to the right, I had a damaged Engine Cradle. They replaced it and realigned it, car drives great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.
