Very transparent with work options on car. Understands budgets and prompt with communication. Had a coolant line issue near firewall and replaced thermostat. With new reservor. $2100, not bad for a 2012 ml 350. Replaced all original party.

Everyone at Wedge Kyes is knowledgeable, efficient and ready to go out of their way to meet your needs. Have been taking my BMW there for almost 10 years for maintenance and repairs. They charge me 373.83 to take my battery out and put it back. That s it. My Mercedes Benz E350 is 2014 and the dealership recommended them to me. Baton Rouge s Mercedes Benz dealership. I was told by the dealership in Baton Rouge doesn t work on 10yr old cars.If you can please please avoid this place I promise if you don t you will be sorry. WOW I still can t believe it 2hours to take a battery out and put it back. Never again

***Customer Service Complaint*** If customer service is not your thing then maybe this business is for you. However, if you re looking to be valued as a customer then I suggest you look elsewhere. I ve only had an oil change/service done twice at this business on my bmw which I purchased in 2021 and up until December 2023 had not given me any problems. The 1st visit was May/2022 after they were recommended by a coworker and most recently on or about October 11th 2023. I contacted the business on December 8, 2023 because a prior oil leak had become worst and was now causing my vehicle to smoke. I called at 7:34am in an attempt to bring the vehicle in urgently to have it repaired, however the male that answered was less concerned and extremely dismissive. I stated my problem and was met with they are backed up for two weeks which was the case in October. I asked if there was anyway he could fit me in because at that point I could not even check the oil level because on the last visit after they changed the oil they discovered the oil sensor could not be reset and they would have to drain the oil again after just changing it, which I stated I would wait until my next visit and they assured me it wouldn t effect the function of the car. Had I known the importance of changing the oil sensor at that point because there was an oil leak present and I would only be able to monitor the oil level with a functioning oil sensor I would have gotten it replaced at that time. Draining the oil twice seemed redundant but never the less I explained that to the male who answered and was told unfortunately without the oil sensor you can t check it but you can call me back, which he repeated twice and I m not understanding why I m being told to call back. Then he says well I don t know what to tell you. I then asked if he could put me down he says well I didn t know you wanted me too. I don t know if he did or didn t put me down, I can t recall if he gave me an actual day and I refused to call back after the tone he used. My initial visit in 2022 went fairly well but I noticed in October 2023 everyone s attitude and the environment seemed lukewarm and less engaging with me, but more concerning and engaging with another customer. I took their diagnosis to another business, got that business diagnosis, everything explained and broken down, and all the issues were fixed. In my experience and my opinion, maybe they pick and choose the customers they want to value and serve. As I stated in the beginning, if customer service is not your thing then maybe this business is for you! However, if you re looking for your money and business to be valued I highly suggest you look elsewhere!

Excellent service, polite, accurate cost estimates, completed ahead of scheduled, invoice was clear and detailed. Suggested pending items and potential cost clearly noted in detail on invoice. Doesn't get better than this.

Had nasty oil leak on Mini Cooper, they did repair professionally, and efficiency. Also solved rattling sound that I had diagnosed wrong. These guys are well run, look no further.

I purchased a 2012 BMW 328 I in December 2022. I had some issues with it and was having some issues with the dealership I purchased the car from.I stopped in at Wedge Kyes one afternoon and spoke with Kacey and let her know what was going on with my new/used car. She got me on the schedule for a thorough, bumper-to-bumper examination. They let me know what was going on and gave me an estimate for everything that needed to be done. I was not pressured into doing anything. They helped me out, brought me home when my BMW needed to stay overnight and gave me peace of mind.I was able to take their report back to the dealership I purchased the car from and have them replace parts that should have been done before I purchase the car. I really love my BMW and I didn t want to get rid of it.Wedge Kyes gave me reassurance my BMW was solid and road worthy. Kacey also let me know about a recall I was not aware of, I was so grateful for this!I would recommend them for anyone with a German car any day! To say they go above and beyond in service is an understatement!

I came in because my transmission was slipping out of drive while I was driving. I took my 2011 Mercedes directly to this shop. They drove it and knew how to fix. Ordered the part and fixed it! I have been doing business with Wedge Keyes Motorwerks for about two and a half years for my 2014 Mercedes C250 and have been very satisfied with their work. Prices are fair, service and repairs are always performed as quickly as possible, and customer care is impeccable. Kayci is the best. If she tells me my car needs something I hadn t planned on, I trust her. If I drop my car off she calls me promptly when it s ready. I couldn t ask for more from a service and repair shop.

Very thankful for this business! They schedule you for an appointment for the day they can see it and try to have it finished as fast as possible. They send itemized list of diagnosis and you can easily accept or reject services from your phone before they begin working on it. The prices are not outrageous for a foreign car repair. I was traveling to LA from Oregon in my SL500 and needed help so I could get back on the road and they graciously fixed my electrical problem while I waited even though they were very busy and booked out for the next 2 weeks. Don't recommend going there. They want to push additional work on the customer at extremely high cost, even for a simple oil change. Not going back. Next time, I am using the dealership with better service and no higher price. Took three weeks to get an appointment for an oil change and they wanted to keep the car for additional scheduled service because of warranty.They are generally unfriendly in their interaction with customers and despite this fact I have returned to them due to loyalty and the fact the owner is a knowledgable and friendly person. This time was a a deal breaker for me. Upon receiving my car, they had stated on my invoice that I declined additional service on my car. Sorry, the additional service will be done at the MB dealership where personnel are polite and service is by far more reliable.

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR WORKMANSHIP!My car is worse than when I brought it in!Reason for contact/ appointment: I'm not sure what your guy did or didn't do at my recent appointment, but my front bumper honeycomb came loose and the protector panel has come loose too. Everything he worked on is worse than when I brought it in! This is ridiculous and unacceptable... he took it apart and told me everything that he thought needed repairs but it wasn't falling apart either! I'm very disappointed in the workmanship or lack of. It seemed to me like he wasn't experienced in this type of repair but I also didn't request that, I mainly wanted a front splitter installed, which didn't happen either!What steps will you take to rectify this debacle?Answer: They would be happy to do the work and charge me $3000 for work I didn't ask for! They want charge me $272 to install a splitter that I provided! They did not quote me the splitter price until after the $180 "inspection" under the car!The panels and honeycomb are loose and way worse than before as stated!--Service: Body & Trim
