I give up with Wal-Mart. They didn t check my tire pressure but the paperwork states that they set everything at 35 PSI. They apparently didn t even check my mileage for my follow up oil change either. I checked the tire pressure before I even left the premises, because I thought it looked a little spot on. Go somewhere else where they will take your vehicle and time seriously. And get this labor charges accounted for almost half of my total charged.Service: Auto maintenance

The automotive department has The worst customer service out of every Walmart in Baton Rouge the ppl they hire to answer the phones don t care about your vehicle nor your service don t go

UPDATE: I unfortunately have to edit my review, as less than a week after the new tire installation, not only is my steering wheel pulling in one direction when it wasn't before, but the tires were not properly inflated to the same levels. Upon checking, one tire was at 41 PSI and another at 28 PSI with no visible tire damage-- that is quite a difference, and hard to account for with no appreciable driving done between the visit and now.As Walmart seems to no longer offer alignments, even with new tire installations, I will now have to take it elsewhere to be checked and spend even more money.OLD REVIEW:Had an appointment for new tire installation. Area seemed well staffed, and I was checked in quickly. My tires showed up fine, but employees needed me to find the locking lugnut key for my car, as they did not have any on hand that would fit. I pulled the key from my glovebox for them and they were able to put on the new tires.As a note, the TPMS machine is apparently broken right now so they were unable to reset it (which is normally an included service) after the tire installation.

I don't think this location is open anymore. I call and the phone rings and rings. Then the call is forwarded to customer service who says someone is back there and they transfer the call. Once again rings and rings and gets transferred back to customer service. Customer service will transfer your call again and then it hangs up. I drove to the back and the ropes are up. No cars in the parking lot or the bays. You go inside and they say, "Yes. Automotive is open." Yet there are no workers, cashiers, no one. So I have to go across the street to Take 5. It's just. . .frustrating.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

On my way out of town, I got a flat. Tire center is supposed to open at 8. It's 8:30, and they're not open. Why? Because the workers decided not to show up yet. Ugh. So, I'm sitting here on a completely flat tire, can't even move.

Okay, it wasn't perfect as 5 stars would imply, but compared to most of my experiences in purchasing tires, it was close enough. Rotating and replacing the tires was very quick. The paperwork took longer but I did receive a nice credit for my unrepairable tire.

These people do not answer the phone to save their lives. I called everyday for a week to check on an online order and it rang for almost 20mins and no one ever picked up the phone in that department.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was in need of an oil change & tire rotation, but in a tight financial situation. Instead of going to Acura, where I ve always trusted with my car, and pay $200 for everything I needed, I choose to go to Walmart Service Center on O Neal. HUGE MISTAKE!! After a service that cost approximately $40, now is costing me over $300 to replace two cover pieces that Walmart damaged. When I finally was able to take my car back to Walmart, I was questioned in regards to me damaging it myself and why didn t I go back immediately. Some families have one vehicle and both work FT to survive so time off to just go back isn t exactly the easiest. After my integrity questioned and no offer to even apologize, I WILL NEVER use Walmart for any of my car services again. Lesson learned.

Did awful job on oil change. Got oil all over engine so smelled burning oil for a week also i paid extra for then to clean the inside of the car. They didnt do it so i called the manager he made them redo it when i went and looked they just pushed evrything to one corner so i called the manager again he said hed getm to do it again but it was supposed to be 30 minute oil change took 3 hours and i was fed up i chewed them out and left. Hadta end up spending 20 more dollars to clean it myself. Dont waste your time they will screw up your vehicles more than anything, also they dont check tires, brake, or fluids which was all supposed to be included

BOUGHT 4 new tires a year ago, they didn't balance one of them,TOOK A ACT OF GOD TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR DONE.WILL NEVER BUY TIRES FROM WAL-MART AGAIN.

They checked my old battery and discovered that I needed a new one and they promptly replaced it and I was on my way. Service was great.

THE CASHIER THAT HELPED ME. WAS VERY POLITE AND EXPLAIN VERY WELL TO ME WHAT TYPE OF TIRES I WAS PURCHASING AND THE BENEFITS THAT I WOULD RECEIVE. FIRST TIME PURCHASING TIRES FROM HERE, AND I HOPE THAT THIS IS A PLACE THAT I CAN RETURN TO FOR FUTURE BUSINESS.
