Brett the manager is an honest man and I recommend dealing with him. He'll do whats necessary to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. The auto technician LeKendrick is also very trustworthy and thorough at his job. 5 stars from me.

Visited for a battery change. They came back saying my car keeps horning and it have electrical issues. I did not have this problem when I walked in. Now they took off my horn completely and I should bring it to a mechanic to fix it. Very unsatisfactory service.

My tire was flat and I was driving on my spare, I came to buy a new tire and to have it put on. I was waiting for 20 minutes just to be helped, waited another 45 minutes-1 hour for the tire change. It got done and I drove off to quickly see my tire light turn back on, luckily I wasn't far, turns out my rim was bent and the "forgot to tell me" before I drove off. They actively put me in danger, and to top it all off they tried to sell be a break job I didn't need.. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYBODY

1. There is nobody at the service table when arrive. Waiting 10min.2. Was told Only one worker there. And let another people change oil first though she came later. That's okay to me. I have too much things need to be done. It's better if they say something to me before the decision.3. They don't have the type of tire I wanted. But when I asked about other tires suitable with my car,they also said no. However, I found it exists in that store by walmart app later. I guess they denied to service intentionally though I had told them I can take the tires to other store to install.Having gone to three walmart store, the other two don't have this type of tire. Waste the whole afternoon leaving the spare tire still on my car .

Decent oil change prices, but too long of a wait! I showed up at 7am and my oil change took 2.5 hours. I even had to go out and help them find my locking lug key, which I told them was in my glove box.. another customer showed up at 7 with me and we both had to wait the same length of time. He only got one tire replaced.. I don t know why the services took so long for us, but I m assuming they are understaffed.

By far worst Wal-Mart Tire and Lube department I've ever seen! Took 2hours to change 1 tire. I asked for 2 to be changed but the other tire was stuck because the lugs where "damaged" they said. I got back to work and tried to take the lugs off myself. Every single one came off with minimal effort. And I also see on the receipt the Air pressure was checked? NO my new tire is 45psi all the rest are 34... Scrap the whole department none of them know what they're doing....

Visit this location today for a simple tire repair. The technician was quite friendly but my car has quite a few deep scratches in the paint. This is very disheartening. I've attempted to call the location a few times this afternoon to no avail. I will visit the location tomorrow to attempt to resolve the matter.

Went to have my tires rotated, & a Racist black little girl with braces was working taking the order for it. She was short with me & had an attitude. I told her to give me my damn keys, I going elsewhere. Don't give "these people" your money! They're TRASH & don't know how to behave or interact with the public!!

I should have read the reviews. I pulled up yesterday at about 5:20 to get a battery. They didn't close until 6, but they had closed everything off. The guy that was supposed to help me disappeared and everyone else acted as if I was invisible. I guess it doesn't matter what location Walmart is at, customer service still sucks.

Ms Suga was very helpful, unfortunately they couldn't help me with my tires, due to me having the custom rims for my vehicle

Called to find out if a tire was in stock for my make and model vehicle. I did not know I was supposed to be the tire specialist. I apparently need to know what size tire my car uses in order to receive help. The guy was so lazy, he was barely able to even utter words. Pathetic.

I am literally watching one employee push my tire around the empty auto garage (not fixing it) while two other employees hold a conversation and continue to do nothing with a lobby full of waiting customers inside.

The technician, Robert, was very friendly. Most of the staff was friendly but it took a really long time to replace a tire.

Excessively long wait times with very little customer contact unless it's initialized by customers. If you can, go somewhere else
