Got there at 7:05am with old auto battery already out and just needed replacement. After waiting 15 minutes with no help finally a worker showed up but told me he had to finish opening up and couldn t just check me out but would be back. After another 15 minutes (7:35 by now) he finally came back and rang me up that took all of 5 minutes since I had already did all the work.He told me his hours starts at 7am and couldn t help that they were not ready at 7 and next time I should come at 7:30 instead. What a terrible excuse for customer service.Next time I ll just pay more somewhere else so at least I can get service.If your hours say 7:00am you should be ready for business at that time no excuses!!

Every auto parts store was over $200. Autozone had their car batteries on sale and theirs were $189 on sale regularly $211. Have to say they were the cheapest 149 for T5

I went to the tire and lube center this morning because my tire light came on and was showing a low pressure icon on my dash. I pulled up and the gentleman was assisting another custom but acknowledged me and said he d be right there! He came over and asked what I needed, I said I m unsure but my tire light is on. He prompted me to pull up the bay...he filled ALL of my tires with air and THANKED ME! As if I had done something. No sir, THANK YOU! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help me. You knew exactly what I needed. The tire light is off and there was no charge. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. And still would be posting the same 5 stars if I was charged (which I was fully expecting)!!

I've been to this one before and I came again because I thought they work so fast but They work very slow ! My first experience was great but my second was not so good. I got there at 1:30 , had to be at work for 5 . They did not start working on my car until 3:30 .... they were just standing around talking the whole time . The only reason why they started to work on my car was because I was frowned up the whole time . I don't even live on this side of the town but I come here because I thought they work fast.

Needed a few items for our RV. I was able to find them locally at the Breaux Bridge Wal-Mart. I picked up a new microwave oven, water pressure regulator and a short fresh water hose.

Waiting for over 3 hours and finally left for one tire change. I watch 2 guys pull different vehicles in yo change tires, took them over an hour to finish 1 car, then brings it out and both of them take lunch at 3 with nobody to take care of the cars that have been sitting there until 12. Staff very lazy just walking around not doing anything, when ask about how long, you get rude responses. I will be calling corporate. They need better incompetant employees that can get their job done instead milking Walmart clock doing less as possible. Need to learn from McDonalds tires they can do like 8 vehicles in less than an hour. No reason Walmart tires can not do the same.

Got my oil changed paid extra for the lube services for mostlty the vacuuming of the interior well they took 2 hours to change my oil did not vacuum or check my battery. I called thr manger he was very nice he said come in tomorrow and ill get it done, well i went back this morning they got to work seen 4 people standing over my car ans after about 20 minutes they were done so i get my keys and we get in the car they literally did nothing they crudely vacuumed the driver side front and smeared something on the rug instead of cleaning it up they left every other part of the car a disaster so i called the manger back over he asked if all my items were moved which they were i spent 30 minutes in the parking lot in the heat preparing and throwing out trash for them to simply vacuum. He offerd to vacuum it himself i told him it's not his job , and i didn't want them touching my car again that jus go to the vacuums and repay to do it myself . I'm going to check all my oil stuff to iv seen reports of them but changing filters and not using enough oil. Manager was really nice but in the end i told him i just wanted to let him know that they were not doing there jobs at all he said he would take care of it and i left and wont be back worse service ever

Central Automotive is awesome wonderful employees that helped me fast and efficiently and were so sweet and kind thank yall for making this mama's day I have a 4 month old and a 9 year old and it took them less than a hour and they did a wonderful Job.

The man that checked my car in knew I was having a really bad day. He did a remarkable act of kindness for me. Just when you think all the good has left this earth, this young man proceeds to show his unconditional kindness towards me.

Waited for 1hr 30 mins to find out I had to wait for the manager to approve my tire replacement, which never happened. Employee recommended I take it somewhere else and wished me luck as if I was there for luck. I was there for new tires not luck!

Waited 3hrs for a tire rotation because the guys were trying to get laid and then I paid and found out nothing was done except for the screw in my tire that had just been inspected

Went in with a donut on. Drove out within an hour with a new tire on my car. Very kind and efficient.

These guys are awesome! Very trustworthy and personable. You can tell they really care about you as a person. I highly recommend them! :)

Experienced staff! I get my oil changed, but purchase my oil type & filter inside Walmart, and pay just a service fee!

They have been slow this morning, came in for oil change been here an hour with 2 cars ahead of me and the same truck is over pit. Same car in front of me.
