Just as many others have noted, we had to get our sienna fixed after someone spun out and destroyed its front end and Jimmy and the folks at Unique Custom Collision really took care of us. The only drawback was it was a little further a drive than other shops, but worth it! Everyone else was going to take longer and insurance wasn't paying out like they should (also didn't have much time bc we had short duration on our rental and wife/kids needed the car) but Jimmy gave us a great deal and got us in fast then communicated the entire way. A couple parts got hung up and he bent over backwards trying to find them. Then let us know as soon as he did that it might be a couple more days than he originally told us (still faster than other shops). As for the work, I actually waited to write this because I have had other work look good at first only to realize later that parts/work were inferior. But after a number of months everything is working and looking as it should. We will be back.

After getting broadsided a couple of months back, one of my first concerns was whether my lovely 2019 Volkswagen GLI would ever return to her former glory. Jimmy and the folks at Unique Custom Collision Center made all of those concerns disappear as they delivered her back to me like NEW! Pickup and drop off was extremely easy, very detail oriented in terms of letting me know step by step what was happening with repairs, upfront & honest, repairs completed two days ahead of schedule! Unique was a preferred company through the insurance company of someone that rear ended my truck. I had never heard of Unique but chose them out of two companies. once my appointment was set Tanya with Unique contacted me, was extremely thorough and professional - I was impressed right away. She was in touch again prior to my appointment and assisted me with a car rental and all details. Once my truck was there Jimmy was in touch with all details regarding the repair. I highly recommend Unique and will absolutely recommend them to others and use them again. It was a good experience and the work was perfect.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was rear ended in my Jeep Rubicon in late February and the insurance company scheduled my repair for April 4, 2023. I took the vehicle in that day and Jimmy did the initial estimate. He told me that the entire frame may have to be replaced (which it was). I assumed that it would be months given the extensive repair required, but he told me that they hope to have it repaired on April 17. It was finished on April 17, but they saw something they didn't like on their paint repair so they kept it another day to make it right. The Jeep is perfect. I do hope that I don't require the use of their services again, but if I do I would not hesitate to use this company again. Given the circumstances, it was a great experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the estimate to completion, the process was great. Mr. Jimmy was in constant communication during the process! Would take my vehicles there again if I ever need to. Great job UCCC!!

I had the back of my Ford Explorer hit with only a little damage but completely preventing the rear door from opening - we made a few queries to get it fixed and Unique Custom Collision Center gave me a quick fix and have made the back of the vehicle now look totally brand new! I was apprehensive about bringing my vehicle to an insurance company's "preferred vendor" but UCC did a great job. Jimmy was very professional and thorough. My repairs came out great in a very reasonable time frame. Thanks UCC!

My insurance company sent me here. The service was fast and and thorough. They call me after doing the walk through and asked if I was my bump repaired as well. They are very nice and professional. They provided excellent service throughout the process... From the estimate to me picking up my car. They worked with my schedule and was kind enough to wait a while after closing time for me to pick up my car. It's obvious customer satisfaction is a top priority for Unique Collision Center, which is a refreshing these days. Ms. Tanya and the office staff were awesome especially with communication and reaching out to the insurance company. Definitely will be my pick for basic maintenance now.

Absolutely love the work that they did on my car. The staff was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. All my questions were answered in a timely manner as well as returning my phone calls. Big shout out to the detail person on detailing my car. It was immaculate..They went above and beyond..I would HIGHLY recommend them for any and all your needs.

Body work looks good. However, there was a vibration in the vehicle that was not present prior to the wreck. They stated it was normal wear and tear of the engine mounts. I told them it was not normal wear and tear, I had just had the engine replaced and there was nothing wrong with the engine mounts at that time. They reported back to my insurance that it was normal wear and tear instead of related to the wreck. I had to appeal the process, take it back to the mechanic who replaced the engine (thank God they did an assessment prior to the wreck on the mounts), and the engine mounts were replaced and covered by insurance at my trusted mechanic. I was referred to Unique Custom Collision Center by a Progressive Insurance representative because Unique is a Progressive Guaranteed collision center. My experience with them was excellent. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. They are very efficient, and the paperwork didn't even take the 15 minutes that it was estimated to take. Jimmy - the owner, I think - met with me about my car and explained what to expect. He was kind and very personable. He assured me that the work would be completed within the timeline and that the work was guaranteed. He did not disappoint; my car was finished and like new a day earlier than scheduled. I write this review as I sit at Unique waiting on my car to be aligned, a service that Jimmy offerred to save me money and help me out. If you happen to be in accident, Unique Custom Collision is the repair center to go to. The service and quality of their work is excellent.

The people at Unique did an excellent job on my car. The staff, especially Tanya, were terrific. She kept me informed on the progress of my car and was always nice and helpful. The work done on my car was excellent and completed ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle repaired.

Very professional staff and service repairs were completed in the estimated time provided. The owner makes sure to come out and meet customers. Tanya was extremely helpful especially in helping to switch out my rental with enterprise. You receive step-by-step updates on your repairs via text and / or email. I recommend Unique Custom Collision Center for all your collision needs. I will definitely return.

How did I get so lucky? This place is beyond amazing!! The staff and service is absolutely amazing!! I was involved in a couple of wrecks and needed body restoration. They went above and beyond! Earlier this year someone backed into my car and I had to get some repairs done. I looked online because they had a ton of good reviews. These guys are the real deal. They finished the job fast and did a great job on repairs. There was a slight smudge from something and they went above and beyond when one of the girls at the desk took a rag to it and removed it. She talked about how the guys in the shop took pride in their work, the gals in the front were nice and friendly. If you need any work done these are nice, knowledgeable, and skilled craftsmen. Check them out

Ms. Tanya and the crew at Unique Custom Collision Center we re AWESOME!! My back bumper had to be serviced and they did an amazing job. You get daily texts on your vehicles progress, so the communication was great. Ms. Tanya even interacts and communicates with the insurance company on your behalf if needed. Choosing this collision center was better than I expected!

Excellent service!!!! I needed repairs after having a wreck and Unique Custom Collision Center really took care of me. I'm new to the area and didn't know where to take my vehicle, but I'm so glad I chose them. They repaired my vehicle sooner than expected and kept me updated throughout the process. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful during a very stressful time. Just call and ask for Tanya and Jimmy!!! They are GREAT!!!! Ya'll have a customer for life!!!! Thank You!!!!!!

Wonderful! Nicest people and completely honest! He told me what I needed to fix and what could wait. So refreshing to not have some gouge you.My bill was less then my deductible which was great and they did an amazing job!Took it in for an estimate on Friday, dropped it off Monday and had it back same day. Amazing!This is my go-to place and they do detailing as well

Brought my truck in to get repaired, they were very friendly and helpful. After the insurance did their part, Unique Custom took two days to get my truck repaired and back to me. Very great place and very great and professional people. Will bring my vehicles back, hopefully nothing happens to where I need too.

I brought my vehicle here late November as the place is close to my house and it has positive reviews online. DO NOT LET THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOOL YOU. The receptionist always sounded like she didn t know what was going on and was giving me the run around. If you need more time, just say that! On top of that, the few times that I was up there, there were kids running around all over the place! Not safe and very unprofessional! I shouldn t have to deal with toys being thrown at me while I m patiently waiting for an update in the office. I wasn t going to write a review until I noticed a little bit of defective paint work this past week. Paying someone to fix it out of pocket because I don t want to deal with these clowns anymore! I m pretty sure they sleep in the shop, too! Very unprofessional place. I ve wrecked my vehicle before and the experience back then was night and day between that shop and this one. I brought my truck to this place after I had gotten into a wreck! They did beyond a fantastic job! You can t even tell that there was any damage to my truck! I love the work they did! I will recommend them to everyone I know! They were very nice, answered every question I had, and my truck was ready in the time frame they said it would be! They also kept me updated the whole time they had my truck!

I was referred to Unique Custom Collision after some one rear ended my vehicle. From the very beginning Ms.Tanya was very helpful in assisting me with getting this taken care of through the insurance company and seeing to it that I recieved a rental. I was asked if I needed any other services while my Chrysler was being repaired which I found to be very convenient being that most repair shops don't offer mechanical services. I was also notified with updates throughout the process... The job was fast and looked like new, and upon getting my car back it had been detailed. Thanks Unique!!!!
