The best in central you need your ride to be fix and sometimes get you a detail.they do everything they can to make your day go by faster especially waiting on your vehicle..love them alot

I have used Treads and Care for years and highly recommend their services. Their staff is very professional and the work is outstanding. I recently brought one of my cars in for alignment work and am 100% satisfied with repair.

This may be my first Google review, but I'm glad it's for this company. I came in this morning (11/14/22) with a slow tire leak and was in and out of the shop within an hour. I believe I spoke with (Devin?), but was thoroughly impressed with his level of professionalism and care (values that are obviously shared by the entire team). I moved to the Central area about 8 months ago and am so glad I found this shop. Definitely coming back for future services and happy to spread the good word to others in the area. Thanks for GREAT service!Also worth noting - this is a fantastic alternative to the dealership for routine services, especially for those with newer vehicles.

Without a doubt the highest quality and friendliest car care I've ever received! Chico worked with me by phone to make sure I had all the options available to choose from in order to get exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was completely happy with their products and service. They even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to sit and wait, then picked me up when my car was ready. Outstanding people and quality service! I highly recommend Treads & Care in Central.

Kind, courteous, and prompt service. I am not from central but have used treads and care off coursery several years ago when I worked in the area. The company always did a great job then and I drove from another parish over to give this new treads and care my business. Cody did a terrific job of communicating with each customer about services, time, and pricing. Other gentleman in lobby was very nice too and was open to my feedback on the outside irrigation system. The outside landscape is very nicely taken care of and has a beautiful and calming water feature as well. Also... The coffee and tea bar is superb!

After having a new set of tires installed on my SUV I must say that I was very impressed! - not only with the state of the art facility at Treads and Care Tire Co. in Central, but more importantly with the knowledge and honesty of both the staff and the technicians. Celebrating 50 years in business means they are doing things right! I am rating this business a full 5 stars and will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I went to Treads & Care Tire Co. at 11115 Park Place Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70818 to have my oil changed on a 2016 Toyota Camry LE. I was charged over $98.00 after tax. I spoke to Chico and told him that the total amount was more than what I expected to pay for a basic oil change and that the dealership is at least $25 cheaper for the Year, Make, and Model of my car. I generally pay no more than $70.00 anywhere else and I decided to come to Treads & Care because I thought they would provide excellent service. While discussing my concern about the final bill amount, I found that Chico had no real excuse as to why the price was over $98.00 other than "an increase in Oil prices". It was not until I saw the itemized bill that I noticed add-on charges for the following:-Waste and Oil Filter Disposal ($1.99)-Shop Materials ($4.99)-Premium Oil Filter ($14.99)This is a clear case of Nickel-and Dime and there was nearly a $22.00 overcharge on the total bill amount (which I am disputing).After leaving Treads & Care Tire Co., I decided to call around and price check the average cost for Oil Change services on a 2016 Toyota Camry LE. Team Toyota, Price LeBlanc, and Midas each quoted me $68.00 before tax.In conclusion, I felt obligated to pay the full amount for this service as they had already done the work on my car. Please be advised that this is one of several unfair tactics used on consumers they consider to be vulnerable. It is difficult to find trustworthy car maintenance businesses with real integrity, however, this one did not make the list. Although their management may appear to be very courteous and friendly, it just so happens to be a facade in my opinion. I will not be returning to Treads & Care Tire Co., nor will I make any recommendations to family and friends.

I am so excited that Treads and Care is back and located in my hometown of Central. I had an excellent experience today with Cody and his team resolving some tire sensor issues that 2 other tire shops couldn t figure out. I also needed new tires and they were able to get what I wanted installed within a couple of hours. It was easy and painless. I highly recommend Treads and Care in Central.

Excellent Service. Tires were ordered and came in within a few days. They took very good care of my Shelby which was a concern. I was concerned about the rims being damaged, but they have the right tools and procedures and that was not a problem.Very knowledgeable and courteous staff it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Highly recommend this place!! My husband went in at 11:30 to get two new tires for me since I couldn t drive my car with two bad tires and told them I needed them by 12:30, if possible to make it to a doctors appointment. And if not he d have to get them the next day since he didn t get off work until after they were closed. First, they so kindly offered to drop off the tires at our house when they were done. THEN they called us around 12:15 to say they just went ahead and got the tires done for us and that we could come get them then! They were so kind and professional and saved me from having to take an Uber to my doctors appointment!

So glad to see Treads and Care are back open. Didn t mind the drive from mid-city Baton Rouge because of the honest and efficient staff. Needed four new tires and everything was explained to me every step of the process. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

We ran over a bolt and had a flat tire. We put in a plug until we could get somewhere to get it fixed. When we met with Chico he had the tire looked at and said a patch would work good, be dependable and we wouldn't need a new tire. Chico saved us a lot of money, we wouldn't buy tires anywhere else. Thanks Chico.

The quality of work done here is unbeatable. My issues were resolved fast and couldn't ask for better customer service. Highly recommended for all vehicles. Honest recommendations without the b.s. other places try to sell you.

Business you can trust. Courteous and fast. The trust goes a long way for repair shops. Most just try to upsell and get add-ons. T&C will show you problems they find, not try to sell you more blinker fluid.

Very helpful with locating a replacement tire and installing it all before lunch. Wait time was short and they are very nice. Also, the bathroom was super clean and nice.

I just moved to Louisiana and had to replace a tire. I was so pleased with the service I received. Everybody was no so nice and my tire was in stock. I couldn't have selected a better place to be welcomed by. Thanks to everyone.
