Had a blow out while doing my quarterly runs from Houston to Louisiana (i was in Addis when this happened). Great customer service from start to finish. The lady who initially answered the phone was super quick and polite about getting me transferred to the right person i needed to talk with. Mike didn't over sell or over promise. Everything he stated went exactly as planned. The roadside technician known as "pops" was super nice and caring. I think he honestly understood the dilemma i was in and actually had sympathy. All in all from initial contact to back on the road packing miles was very minimal. I'm glad they could help me out.100% would recommend and use again if necessary.

Waited two hours for an oil change for a company vehicle. Customer service was lacking. When you walk in, employees look at you then turn their heads. You never get a welcome to our store or a hello. This has happened several different times, so obviously this is the norm. Instead of being advised the vehicle was ready, I had to ask. It was not until I checked the status of the vehicle was I told it was ready. They were advised upfront, I would be waiting for vehicle. Multiple employees walked by me waiting in the lobby and not once spoke a word to me to let me know the vehicle was done. This is not a respect of your customer's time, money or business relationship. If you want long time customers, you must do better.

I cannot say enough good things about Total Tire Solutions in Baton Rouge last Wednesday (11/8/23) I was headed west on I-10, and had just (thankfully) crossed the Mississippi River bridge when the right front tire of my 40 RV blew out. 2pm. I was dealing (unsuccessfully) with my insurance roadside service for over 5 hours - many snafu s, nobody showed up, couldn t get anyone on the line - finally they said sorry, we can t find anyone - you ll have to get your own help and we ll reimburse you . Not only did Kevin at Total Tire call me back (I found them on google and left an after hours message), he sent someone immediately to help me. Eric was on call and showed up ASAP with a tire, a smile, and took care of getting my tire changed as traffic whizzed by us just inches away. I exited and parked for the night, got directions to their shop on Choctaw, and the next morning drove over there and bought all new tires for my RV. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The guys who changed out my tires were so nice and the entire office staff was polite and helpful. Definitely TEN STARS out of five!!! Thank you, Total Tire!!! -Leslie Shannon (Katy, TX)

So pleased with the level of service and the speed of the repair. We lost a wheel on I-10 and the studs on ourntravel trailer so our spare did not do us any good. We got there and they got the Hub and bearings for placed and the new tire on in less than an hour and a half so we were able to get the kids on home

Ill never use this business again! Bought two new tires and paid for the service call. They stripped my lugnuts and didnt even do what i paid for. Left me with the problem and only reimbursed me $140. So all in i paid 1200 for two new tires. What a joke.

We had one of Limos experience a low tire/small cut in tire in Grammercy coming back from NOLA around midnight. I called and spoke to Austin, cannot say enough good things about him, he was excellent in helping us, found the correct size tire for us at their shop and drove from BR to Grammercy to change our Limo's tire around 2am in the morning. The experience overall was great dealing with Total Tire, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED will only do our tire business with these guys in the future!!!

These guys were amazing! Special shout-out to Kevin and Mike for exemplary customer service. Despite being massively busy, they still took me as a customer to patch a flat so that I could continue on my evacuation from New Orleans to Houston due to Ida. They were even kind enough to fill up my ice chests so I didn t have to wait in the gas lines just for ice. Now that s going above and beyond and amazing customer service!

Total tire solutions handles all our tire needs for TruBlue Water. They are very fast and have any tire you could imagine for your personal vehicle or commercial truck. They also keep and apply forklift tires on site or at your busienss for you with their mobile tire press! Talk about service! They also offer commercial After hours tire repair on road service! Wowwwwwwweeeeeee!

Called all over Baton Rouge trying to find someone willing and able to put new tires on our Class A diesel pusher. Not only were they able, Danny worked with me to find the best discount available on the tires! Service technician was great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for RV tires.

On May 7, 2021 We stopped by Total Tire Solutions in our Class A Motorhome. Our tires needed a little air but our air compressor was broken.I had already called 4 other places who could not work us in and could not see us for several weeks. We are driving cross country and couldn t wait but also didn t want to drive on tires needing air.I called Total Tires Solutions and told them our problem. The manager worked us in and we were on our way with the confidence our tires were good to go.Special thanks to Robert and Leroy who went to work on our RV. Watching them work was amazing. You could tell they were experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. And they were friendly and answered all of questions.If you need tires, get on over to Total Tire Solutions. They are awesome!

They came out in about 20 minutes and changed four of my RV tires on the street. One had a huge bubble in it and the other three were just as bad. The mechanic (Jermand, I think) was awesome. Worked his butt off. So glad I called these guys. Mechanics like this make you guys look real good.

Total Tire Solutions is the best place to have tires installed on your RV camping trailer in the entire greater Baton Rouge area! Great, products, management and service! Their Choctaw Dr. location provides very easy access for maneuvering your tow vehicle and RV. Not to mention they can also install tires on your tow vehicle - killing two birds with one stone.

RV had 2 flat right rear tires on the interstate. Steven replaced both tires on the shoulder of I-12! No need for tow to the shop! Fantastic service with reasonable prices. I'll never buy tires anywhere else.

My company has account here, staff always did right by me. They get right on your vehicle and get tires changed in a reasonable time. Also nice wait area,in and outside. Thumbs up from me.

I had 6 tires put on my Motorhome and They also suggested to me that I could save money by joining FMCA Family Motorcoach Assoc. They have a tire program with Michelin. They Also Saved me a Major Headache. I did not know I had some run flat bands installed on my rims which require a special tool that I did not have. I could have been stranded on side of the road waiting for emergency repair for a long time. THANK YOU Everyone at Total Tire Solution.

Took forever to have obe tire replaced then didn't have correct tire. Sold used tire after checking a two days later foubd tire to be dry rotted.
