I had a great experience at the tire repairing shop. The staff was prompt and professional, providing efficient service. The guys were excellent in their jop. My tire was repaired quickly, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The pricing was reasonable, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, a positive and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

They stayed open late on a Saturday evening for me to make it there to get a new tire after having a blowout on I-12 just before the Airline exit. Super patient and understanding. Was willing to go to my location after closing, get the rim, return to the shop to put a new tire on, then go back and put it on my vehicle. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!!

Traveling through Baton Rouge and got a flat at 530 PM during Memorial Day weekend-The only place open Saturday evening. Kind and quick service for the most reasonable price ever paid for a used tire!! Highly recommend

Buyer beware!!!The 1st few times I visited this business they were respectful and sold decent used tires. Recently I purchased 2 tires, 1 went flat last night, 2 weeks from purchase, so I returned because the tire is separating causing several leaks on the inside (where I couldn t see without removing). The man in charge agreed to replace but then after talking in another language tried to sneak a tire on my vehicle with a puncture they plugged and different size. When I questioned I was cussed and 1 employee had to hold this man back from coming at me violently. I quickly left. Mind you I ve definitely been known to lose my cool but in this instance I remained calm only pointing out that the size didn t even match until I pulled away. I get that this was a used tire but I expected one that wasn t going to come apart in 2 weeks or else I would ve save my money and kept the old tires I was attempting to replace.

I was in a parts store when Frank approached me after hearing my conversation with the clerk. He knew I was about to buy a part I didn t need. He offered to check my car at no charge. After looking at my car in the parking lot I drove to his shop. Frank checked several things and found the problem. He did not charge me. Told me what the problem was. I knew it would be costly to have it fixed. I called Frank back and told him I had found the part and wanted to know if he would fix my car. He agreed to fix it at a very low price. We are in a world where you don t see people like this any more. I would definitely recommend Tire City.

Needed 3 used tires and all the "used" tires look brand new! I will always come back. Not to mention the great prices for the tires! The workers are very welcoming and accommodate your every need! If I could give a extra star I totally would! Love, love, love this place!

Absolutely the most professional and convenient tire/ maintenance service I have ever been to. There is only one man working at this location and I ll tell you he gets the job done so fast and simple and trustworthy we use them for a company also very kind and the prices are awesome I don t see how any other tire shop is in business we definitely appreciate you!- Stonewall Architectural Concrete
