Check Engine Light service was preformed and issues were resolved. The technician and manager were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I didn t have to wait all day, the Tech Jeff knew what to do so, work was done fast and efficiently.

I bought some tires from this shop recently and the manager Cornell helped me with my purchase. He was so helpful and patient. He talked me through the whole process and made sure I was getting the best deal. I highly recommend this place if you need new tires. Ask for Cornell!

Just needed my tire plugged. I pulled up around 5:10pm, the doors were locked and the sign was on stating that they are open. The store manager came to the door and unlocked it. I asked if they were open he said yes. I told him I just needed my tire plugged. He then stated he doesn't have any employees and "I don't plug tires." I don't understand how this place is still open. I've gone before to have a brake job done and they "didn't have the tool to do it"Horrible experience

My experience at this store was great! I have been shopping around for tires. Every question I had Mr. Cornell had an answer. He was very helpful and his patience was great! Tire Choice is the right choice for tires!

I came to have two tires installed originally my visit was ok but once I got home and checked my vehicle I noticed my wheel lock was missing off one tire and also a couple of my lugs were left loose enough for me to twist with my hand!I bring the vehicle back the next day highly frustrated and the service manager Cornell had the nastiest attitude telling me my vehicle must ve came missing a lock off the tire and acting as if I m being dramatic about my lugs being left loose he told me the tire wasn t going to come off because they still had three that were tight and also to call corporate if I wanted to argue because he doesn t get paid enough for that!!! I will not be returning to this location my experience was horrible !

I came to Tire Choice on Airline Hwy. in Baton Rouge to have my CV Axels repaired. Aimee & Mr. Jeff really took care of me! They made my experience pleasant and made sure I understood everything!

I'm giving 3 stars based solely on past service..BUT...the last two visits have been BRUTAL!The last visit was painfully slow. I arrived at 7:25am...they opened the doors at 7:45 (opens at 7:30)...i was one of two customers. I needed a set (4) of tires for my van. I was told they were in stock. I left at 10:32 am. First customer...3 hours for 4 tires...Two other customers arrived after me, but ended up leaving because it took too long.

I went to tire choice on airline on 3/28/2023 my be beetle has been here before. This time they have completely new staff and incompetent employees. I stayed there for 3 hours for a oil change. I got up to see what was the hold up, these guys are near my car watching a YouTube video on how to change my oil. I immediately felt that was so unprofessional, most certainly because my car has been here before and these guys are suppose to be trained and certified in mechanics. I m never bringing my car here again and I ve been a customer for 6years

Great customer care. Not only was David awesome, but Kevin was too. You can tell they all love their job and are very attentive to the clients needs. Friendly, honest and dependable. I am very happy to see that changing owners has not changed this fact. A place you can trust who guarantee lowest price. The employees do make the difference and pleasant environment.

I have never been in and out of a tire shop quicker. And they were so nice! I went in thinking I'd have to buy a whole new tire and they gave me better options to save me money. I'll definitely be coming back here the next time I need a tire service.

Went to get my tire checked. The service manager started that my tire was most probably low due to the cold weather. I explained this happen once before and just wanted to be safe. He took my keys and information after telling me that I was going to be mad because the wait would be long as he already had two customers (gentleman) waiting. A young lady pulled up in a black vehicle needing a new right front tire. Moments later her car was being pulled to the back for service. So I asked her if she has an appointment. Her response was no . 03/25/22

Well the actual service wasn t bad and the manager was extremely helpful, however, one of the mechanics stole my gun from the center console, and the shop did not have their cameras wired up.

The service was very slow. I was there 2.5 hours to check out my tire. I had to buy a replacement tire which took even longer. Afterward, my rim was all smugged with grease and grim.

I have gone 3 times always great customer service friendly and informative with your car needs. Never longer than normal waiting. I use to go to dealership, with this being closer and good service I am satisfied.

Dave was wonderful. He made me feel special. He was kind and very friendly. My first time there and if anything goes wrong with my car Tire Choice are my new mechanics. Awesome experience.

Have visited to get oil changed multiple times. Always professional. Be sure to call ahead to schedule- or you WILL be waiting...The prices are reasonable as well. Always clean. Indoor or outdoor seating.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil changeServices: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Got a great price and Randy was very helpful! Female friendly!! Service was fast and I got exactly what I was quoted over the phone. The waiting area has a water fountain, vending machines, and a TV. The facility is old but the bathrooms were clean! Service and price are great! Will use them from now on.

AWWW MAN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. BETTER THAN Chik-Fil-A s customer service if you know what I mean! Lol They are really awesome! Every single one! They are so patient and they answer the phone on the first ring every time!! The wait isn t long and if it is, you won t even notice how good the customer service is! They price match, and even before that their prices are affordable and the quality is perfection . Need your tires or tired serviced without the attitude and long wait? TIRE CHOICE ON AIRLINE is ze way to g�!!!! It s the great service for me.

Still comparing pricing with other tire sales in the area. In the past I have always done business with Allied Tires but right now I'm financially embarrassed and have to really search hard for the best possible deal. Good service was given if that helps.

David is awesome! Been using Allied for a few years now anytime I ve had tire probs, David has always taken great care of me! They do get super busy, so I try to go first thing in the morning!

At Allied Discount, the staff is very courteous and they guarantee the lowest price in town. If you need new tires, they are the people to go See! They have great deals on brakes and wheel alignments as well!

Kind and friendly, one of the best automotive experiences I have ever had. They will work with you and they are personable. Also the wheel alignment tech does fantastic work, I would not take my trucks anywhere else
