I don't ever recommend big dealers. However Timmons in Baton rouge was Awesome. Terrell was great. Chuck very nice and knowledgeable. Ozzy the tech was excellent. I cant say enough. They didn't try to RIP me off which is the biggest issue with dealers.

Horrible experience. To make a long story short, I was trying to make this my "home base". 30 minutes from the house. Can't beat that right? They've tried to fix my AC so many times, each time never does it. I've had the truck in the shop for 9 days and they didn't even put it in the bay. Reason was "it's to cold outside to run the system to fix your truck". To cold? It's in the 70s today and they still haven't touched it. I'm not complaining, just upset. I really wanted them to be my 1 stop shop but I can't afford to sit at home for literally 5 weeks, just to have the AC still broken. Now I'm driving to Birmingham to get them to fix it, again, after already sitting at home for 9 days. Before that I ran for 2 weeks. Then the truck was in the shop for 15 days last time. Made it 15 miles down the road and the AC went out again. They also don't communicate. If ur not calling them, they aren't calling for with any info. Take that for what u want. Good luck!

Called them day before i got there to see what their work load was. They told me if i could get there next morning when they opened they could look at truck. They were good to their word. I had a/c issue and power issue. Six hours and forty five minutes later i was fixed and back to work with my a/c working right and a brand new turbo.. . This shop definitely earned my respect and future business.

Had to order a part... Got it the n next day. Michael... Parts man... Awesome dude... Very helpful... Pleasant and a welcome smile.... Unlike the old grouch that sits next to him.. Lol. TIMMONS has a New name but don't let that throw you... Same good service and good people...

The first time I dealt with these people I got an inspection done no problem I was on the road in 15 minutes in and out.I recently just bought a 2013 International with a year factory warranty left on it. So when the truck needed repairs I bought it in.I was told that my wait time would be about two weeks.I drop the truck off two weeks past my truck was still sitting exactly where it was parked the day I drop it off.I contacted them the third week by phone a couple times.I Was told they were backed up and it would probably be another week or so before they could get around to it.I asked why they didn't they tell me this from the beginning.The answer I was given did not impress me a bit.So the fourth week I was finally over it I picked my truck up.the ppl are vary unprofessional they took everything as a joke this place is a circus when it comes to service work go elsewhere if you want it to be done in a reasonable amount of time.besides just having to deal with those clowns was bad enough

Top level mechanics, good parts department but I've had very poor customer service and communication from the service writers on three separate occasions now. Three repair orders that have been inflated after initial estimate, two of them without a call to get approval. It was explained to me that their estimates are "rough" and the price sometimes changes. I've now spent better than $10k in 2017 on unapproved and undiscussed estimates. My trucks are going to Lafayette for repairs from here on out.

Good group of guys. My truck was overheating & Timmons was the closest International shop. They got me into the shop the next morning, did the diagnosis & had the fan clutch motor replaced before noon that day. Can't say enough good things. This group understands that a truckers time is money. Thank you, Tim C.

Worst place ever to get parts for an international truck. They won't even try and help you. Rude to their customers and treat them with complete disrespect. Have tried several times to get parts here for my older truck and they pretty much laugh in my face. You can drive 5 mins down the road to margots or all truck and be treated better. I suggest you do the same. These guys could careless to help you. I don't know how they are even in business.

Drove someone two hours to get a mission critical part that costs thousands only to have them drive back and find the part broken into pieces in the box. Sells parts seemingly without checking condition.
