I literally had a flat while on the road. I went to Walmart and they needed to order the tires. I can to Pit Stop Auto Clinic, the staff immediately came to see what I needed help with. Joel did a great job with explaining to me the best type of tires to use for my vehicle. Erica was very helpful and courteous. She made she that I was completely comfortable doing my service. They seem like a family working to get the job done. Everyone was nice and professional. They updated me with every step of the process.Service: Tires

Trevor and Joel are the most professional, reliable people I ve come across in the mechanic business. Being 800 miles away from home and not having my dad to help with any mechanic problems on my car, it s soo important to me that I have somewhere to bring my car that I can trust! Trevor and Joel have not let me down! From being reasonably priced to friendly and professional, Pit Stop Auto Clinic is my go to shop from here on out. Let s just say I paid for a tow truck to bring my car from Zachary all the way to O Neal, passing up about 4 other shops along the way.

Very friendly and professional staff. They have a super easy to use website that I able was to schedule my appointment on. They were ready to service my vehicle on time, got it in and out quickly and also provided a detailed inspection of my entire vehicle even though I was only there for a simple oil change. These guys are great, and I won t be going anywhere else to get my car worked on.

Love Pit Stop Auto Clinic!!! Very friendly, top notch customer service! They took great care of my car in a timely manner for a very affordable price. I wasn't pressured for additional service I didn't need. Highly recommend!

I was a walk-in customer, and must have caught it just right, was able to get new tires, an alignment, and a few other things talken care of in one day. Took my other car in the next day and had power steering repaired. Nice shop. Great company. I showed up right before close and the guys still hooked me up with a great deal on my new tires and stayed late to help me out. Companies like this is the ones that always have your back. I recommend pit stop for the best place to get rims and tires with there good deals I promise you would be satisfied at the end of the day.Thanks guys I really appreciate y all help today

I've gotten oil changes and tire rotations here and they've been great. Fast and affordable. They don't pressure you to get other things done that you don't need, which is something I've experienced at other places. Definitely my go-to place in BR for maintenance & service!

Super friendly staff and fixed my truck AC. AC just needed a charge. It was a little expensive, but I'm sure that's hot too so worth inflation. But glad I got AC fixed in time for summer. Would go back if I needed my truck fixed.

Travis and Joel are great! Very. Knowledgeable and very good customer service. They kept us informed every step of the way through the repairs to our Mercedes GL350. Highly recommended if you need your vehicle serviced!

I made an appointment and when I arrived everyone was so friendly and professional. I got my oil changed and a free inspection, they were very detailed in explaining the condition of my car and there were no hidden fees or charges. I ve been to multiple mechanic shops and was always treated unfair because I m a woman but here I was treated with the same respect as if I were a man. Thanks pit stop auto clinic for standing out.

Jesse was so professional and really helped a lady in distress. He came out in the rain with Zeta lurking to check air in my tires to make sure i wouldn't be stranded and unable to get to work in the wee hours of the morning.I so appreciate the genuine care and concern. Thanks again.
